Description of Work: Heaven's Best did a fabulous job on my carpets! I had three rooms cleaned and stairs, all of which had never been professionally cleaned since we purchased our home 7 years ago. The guys were on time and ready to go. After they evaluated the stains, I was given two types of service to choose from. A more expensive service (which was really needed) or a cheaper one. I chose the cheaper one since we plan on replacing the carpets in the near future. Even with that choice, the carpets looked great! Very impressed as usual with their services. I have had many clients and friends use their service without disappointment!

Description of Work: Cleaned stairs, upstairs hallway, LR, DR, and Family room in addition to 2 couches. All cleaning was done well. Only negative is that the chair in the family room wasn't moved so carpet under and beside it didn't get cleaned. Next time I will be more specific in my directions. Individuals that came to the house were professional and nice.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job! I was very impressed because it was difficult for me to schedule this and they worked very hard at meeting my schedule needs. Because they did such a good job I had them come to my house, I had a wine stain on my beige carpet and they got the stain out. They are reasonably priced and they got stains out that another carpet cleaner could not get out which was impressive. They also did cleaning for me today and everything came out very nicely! They are also very professional, timely and informative!
Description of Work: I have used them three times in the last few weeks, they did carpet cleaning for my daughters new home that she was moving into as well as my home.

 + 1 moreI was recently in need of having my carpets cleaned and have used several other local companies in the area in the past. While searching the interenet I found Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, I was intrigued by their numerous positive reviews on google and I also like to support disabled veterans owned and operated companies, when I called to obtain a price quote I spoke with the owner Jim, their prices were very reasonable and I was also very pleased when they called one hour in advance of their appointment with me to let me know of their exact arrival time. When the techs arrived they were neatly dressed and very professional. In the past when I have had my carpets cleaned it has taken all day to dry, and after they did dry, it felt like a soapy residue was left on my carpets. As promised, Heaven's Best deep cleaning process not only dried in one hour, but the carpets looked like new again. They were also able to remove the permanent ink stain that other companies had been unable to remove before. It's good to see a company out there that still prides themselves on quality, value and customer satisfaction. Overall I truly enjoyed my service, and was happy that my carpets were restored and will definitely use Heaven's Best again.
Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned by Heaven's Best in 10 areas of my house as well as had protectant put on to block stains in the future. I also had permanent stains removed as well as a persistent red dye stain in the master bedroom that other companies had been unable to remove in prior cleanings.

This wasn?t an emergency but it was a pressing issue so he came out so we could get it done it time for our housewarming party. He was actually early.
