Perfect Auto Detail

Description of Work: Great job. Friendly, professional service. I will definitely go back. My only complaint that is they charge $40.00 extra to remove pet hair. I felt that was a bit steep. Other than that I had no complaints. My car 10 year old car looks like new again.

Description of Work: I called Perfect Auto detailing in need of a complete detail on my car before starting a new job. Robin was very thorough and helpful on the phone and managed to fit me in right away. She did a thorough estimate before starting work on the car and then offered me a ride to the Metro station so I could get on with my day. She was very professional and listened carefully as I described my priorities for the detailing (inside rather than outside). She and her crew tailored their services to meet my needs and gave us a great deal on the job. I would highly recommend Perfect Auto Detailing to anyone in search of a very thorough, careful treatment on their car.

Description of Work: Extensive interior and exterior detailing of vehicle. Called Chantelle early on a Saturday morning to see if they could squeeze me in for same day service. She indicated she would check with her management and call me back within 10 minutes. And . . . she did. Asked me to bring the car to the shop as quickly as possible. On my arrival we went over the details of what was needed. She was quick and efficient and made several evry useful suggestions. Car had been sideswiped and required extensive buffing and scratch removal on passenger side. Returned a few hours later to find the car looking exquisite. The passenger side of the vehicle, which had been marred by rubs and scratches, looked like new! I was shocked at how good the car looked. And, Perfect had cleaned the floor mats in the back seat to near perfection. When I dropped off the car, the mats had been black from shoe polish, dirt . . . truly an amazing detailing job, in an extraordinarily short time, for an amazingly fair price.
