Perfect Auto Detail

Great service. Easy to schedule, drop off, and pick up. Did not try to up-sell me at all.

I wasn't too pleased with the service nor the end result of a Perfect Auto Detail company. I felt they did bad work and charged me a lot of money. So I went to one of their competitors which happened to be right down the block to get a much better service and I was better satisfied. I spent $250 at Perfect. I would tell others that they charge too much for the service they provide, for a detail shop they weren't very detail oriented and overall I was not pleased with the amount I paid and the job that was performed.

It was a good experience since they did a good job. The only thing that I did not like was that I have this clear film put on the front of the car and they waxed the tail with a real heavy line and it is really difficult to get it out. I wish that they rounded the edges but they went real heavy with the wax and I cannot get that out which is really annoying. Other than that they did a real good job and they were very professional.

First class business in all respects. Car like new. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended. Five stars!!

OK, nothing special for the price.

Good value but the company details cars for dealerships and values dealership cars over customer cars. Beware! I made an appointment over the internet on 5/17/14 at 8:30 am. Had been a customer 6 times previously. When I arrived the young lady at the desk told me they were very busy and my car would not be ready for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a simple hand wash. I told her I could not do it because I had an appointment at 10:30 in another city. She said no problem we can reschedule for 1 pm and said they would be less busy at that time. She sent me an email appointment confirmation and I came back at 1 pm. I should have suspected something when I saw the same man sitting in the waiting room I had seen earlier at 8:30 am. He told me and quot;hello again.and quot; The young lady at the reception then said they were too busy and could not see me at all today. I reminded her that I had been turned away in the morning and that I had an appointment then and now. She said sorry, we have too many dealer cars. I said that I had driven all the way there twice and someone should have called me to cancel, so I would not waste my time and gas. She said sorry. I asked to speak to the manager. She called him and they spoke in Spanish. She hung up and said he does not have time to talk to you. Appalled, I told her I would let it be known this is how Perfect Details treats customers. She shrugged her shoulders. I left furious. Once back in April 2014, I had made an appointment for the morning for a hand wash and when I arrived the same lady said it was not in the book. I told her the name of the person who took my appointment by phone and she said he forgets to write down appointments. She was about to turn me away that day but a more reasonable man came from outside and said they could do it. My car was ready in 1 hour, but I should have learned my lesson that day. Bottom line, good location and value, but if they are busy they will waste your day waiting too long or they might cancel your appointment on the spot! Either makes this company not worth the hassle. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!

I really love that you can schedule appointments and buy gift cards online. Took my husband's car to get completely detailed inside and out. The car was a disgusting mess when we dropped it off. I don't think that he had cleaned it in 2 years. When we picked it up, it was so clean that my jaw dropped open. Even the heat smelled better once we turned it on (which, I'm not sure how this happened, but I'm grateful b/c it stunk!). Awesome job and totally worth the money!

They were extremely punctual, professional, and I can't be happier with my car! They did a great job on the external, and as a bonus, they even vacuumed the inside! I wasn't expecting it at all, but am so thankful, since I had remnants of Christmas tree all over my trunk. Seriously above and beyond!

The car had never been professionally detailed before and although the car was and quot;cleanand quot; to begin with, they really made it nearly showroom new. The exterior work, including paint chip repair, was excellent and the repairs to the side door molding brought it back to new condition. The interior shampoo and detailing were well done and the car went from a 7/10 exterior and 8/10 interior to 9+/10 for both the interior and exterior. The car was quickly sold and the detailing helped me fetch top dollar. The new owner comment on how clean the car was and I an certain I got much more or a ROI than what I spent to have the detailing performed. I will continue to use Perfect Auto Detail for my other cars.

They did an excellent job on both the interior and exterior of the car. They also used special wax for black cars that helped to reduce the appearance of a number of small imperfections. The interior looked great - especially the leather seats. I am extremely impressed with the results - this is the second car I have taken there, and they have done wonders for both. My only suggestion is that It would be nice if the office was open earlier, as they need to take a look at the car to determine the actual cost. The walk from W Falls Church metro is not bad if you can't pick up the car before they close.

They inspected the car as soon as I arrived and told me what they could and probably couldn't do. When I picked up the car at the time promised it was like new, inside and out. The price is on the high side, so I'll probably only be able to afford the Perfect treatment once a year.

Overall the car was ready when they said it would be, but the detailing was not as detailed as it could have been. They did miss several spots. They did do a fairly good job on cleaning the car seats. however they did miss several spots when it came to cleaning the hard surfaces inside the vehicle. They were not detailed enough for me. Also a couple of my inexpensive items (value $12) were missing from the vehicle and they could not locate them. It would have been appreciated if they would have offered to pay for them, but that offer never transpired. This is an UPDATE from the previous service provided on 02 May 2013. I received a call from the manager, Sam in which I was very surprised. I wasn't expecting a call from the service provider. He was apologetic that I was not 100% pleased with their service and stated if possible to bring the car back in so they could take care of the spots that were missed. I did bring the car back into the shop, they re-cleaned my car even the outside and I was very pleased with the outcome. When I returned to pick up the car, Sam went over the car with me to ensure it was up to my expectation. I was very pleased with the detailng job they did. They even replaced my missing items. I commend the company in taking action in pursuing customer satisfaction from their customers and following through to ensure customers are pleased with their performance. They did a great job, and their commitment to provide excellent service to the customer is commendable. Because of their follow-up and the way Perfect Detail responded, yes, I will take my car back to Perfect Detailing again.

Decent job, but I wouldn't rate the business as an and quot;Aand quot;. There were several missed spots on the car. Build up of wax around edge of hood, due to not opening hood to wipe edges clean. One outside mirror not cleaned. Some ripped paper was left under the rear wiper blade. Job took about 45 minutes longer than expected.

They did a great job. My experience from the time of the initial phone call to picking up the car after the job was done was first rate. The staff was professional, welcoming and concerned. The front office was very attractive and comfortable. I don't think my old car has looked as good since I picked it up from the dealer. All and all, a first class operation.

The work was done well and on time. The office folks were especially helpful answering questions before we arranged the actual work. They did not try to sell us more services than we needed. We appreciate that they were up front about what they were able to do re: the scratches our car had (and what scratches they could not eliminate - which would require more serious body work). The resulting work matched what they had promised.

It was amazing! I am so very happy I did this. When I first bought my new car, it was a dream come true and I thought I would never let it get dirty at all. But you know how it is - eventually the mud and salt and random french fries take up residence and it just isn't the same. After this it feels like my car is almost like new again. I am most impressed with the leather seats - I was certain I had ruined them by not treating them sooner, but they look like new. My floor mats had chocolate milkshake stains and mud from all over the country ground into them cause we're rock climbers, and they were able to get them back to about 95% their original look. That's really the only part you could point out as evidence that it's not a brand new car. I'm giving them an and quot;Aand quot; for price. Yeah, it's a lot to spend for most of us, but if everyone in these reviews says they would do it again anyway (including me), then the price obviously isn't too much. :)

They are nice people. I wasn't really pleased. I had to take it back once. They missed obvious spots on the body when they detailed it.

We own a 2007 Toyota RAV-4 with about 80,000 miles on it, and countless trips and errands with our grandchildren. The interior of the RAV suffered from all the things little children can do when they're being little children - food stains, drink spills, candy stuck and melted in every imaginable crevice, scuffs and scratches - and from years of general cleaning neglect.by my wife and me. I promised a full detail job as a birthday present for my wife, and went to Angie's List to find candidates for the work. Perfect Auto Detail had very good references and a workable web site, which included prices and descriptions of each cleaning and quot;package,and quot; as well as photos of some of their work, so I called on a Friday and made an appointment for the following Monday. Although the package prices are available online, I was told that a final estimate would be given after an inspection of the RAV's condition. I dropped the vehicle off and by 9:30 a.m. on Monday I had the estimate, which seemed quite reasonable to me given its condition. Perfect Auto Detail kept the RAV all day, and called to let me know I could pick it up about 5:00 pm. My wife and I went to pick it up and we did a careful inspection of all the work. We're both extremely pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the completed job. Sam Osei, the Director of Operations, inspected the RAV as well before turning it over to us. I have to say that every spill, every random dirt and grease stain, all the accumulated dust and dirt around the gear shift lever were gone. Inside and outside were perfect, as promised. The RAV looked the way it did when we bought it. I highly recommend Sam Osei and his operation at Perfect Auto Detail. They did everything they promised, on time and at the agreed-on price. I'll use them the next time I need similar work done.

Perfect. They were polite, reasonable priced, honest, did a great job getting the water and mildew smell out of my car.

The job went great. The sap is gone, the paint looks new. The price was dramatically less than another detailer that my wife went with. I am very happy with the job they did.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Except for the scratches and dings that my car had acquired over 10 years, the car looked showroom ready after the work they performed. Although the website advertised $160 for the full detail package, I was quoted $180 over the phone. When dropping off the car, after inspection, the quoted price was $190 because of the tree sap on the car. Even with the change in price, though, I feel like I received a good value for the price. Compared with other providers, the cost was in line or lower than the other quotes that I received. Adrianne in the office was very pleasant and professional. She accommodated my dropping the car off at 10 am and picking it up the next day.

Perfect Auto Detail loves cars. They treat your auto like it was their own. I had badly scratched the hood of my Honda Ridgeline attempting to clean tree sap off of it. When they inspected my truck they promised they would make it look like new. This was no idle boast on their part. The detailers buffed my truck to a showroom finish. I literally can not find the damage. These guys know their stuff! The pride they show in their work is admirable. The interior was immaculate. Door jams. Everything clean as a whistle. They even conditioned my truck bed. I plan on taking my Wife's Honda there to be detailed. There is no question that I will be a return customer.
