I wasn't too pleased with the service nor the end result of a Perfect Auto Detail company. I felt they did bad work and charged me a lot of money. So I went to one of their competitors which happened to be right down the block to get a much better service and I was better satisfied. I spent $250 at Perfect. I would tell others that they charge too much for the service they provide, for a detail shop they weren't very detail oriented and overall I was not pleased with the amount I paid and the job that was performed.

It was a good experience since they did a good job. The only thing that I did not like was that I have this clear film put on the front of the car and they waxed the tail with a real heavy line and it is really difficult to get it out. I wish that they rounded the edges but they went real heavy with the wax and I cannot get that out which is really annoying. Other than that they did a real good job and they were very professional.

First class business in all respects. Car like new. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended. Five stars!!

OK, nothing special for the price.

Good value but the company details cars for dealerships and values dealership cars over customer cars. Beware! I made an appointment over the internet on 5/17/14 at 8:30 am. Had been a customer 6 times previously. When I arrived the young lady at the desk told me they were very busy and my car would not be ready for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a simple hand wash. I told her I could not do it because I had an appointment at 10:30 in another city. She said no problem we can reschedule for 1 pm and said they would be less busy at that time. She sent me an email appointment confirmation and I came back at 1 pm. I should have suspected something when I saw the same man sitting in the waiting room I had seen earlier at 8:30 am. He told me and quot;hello again.and quot; The young lady at the reception then said they were too busy and could not see me at all today. I reminded her that I had been turned away in the morning and that I had an appointment then and now. She said sorry, we have too many dealer cars. I said that I had driven all the way there twice and someone should have called me to cancel, so I would not waste my time and gas. She said sorry. I asked to speak to the manager. She called him and they spoke in Spanish. She hung up and said he does not have time to talk to you. Appalled, I told her I would let it be known this is how Perfect Details treats customers. She shrugged her shoulders. I left furious. Once back in April 2014, I had made an appointment for the morning for a hand wash and when I arrived the same lady said it was not in the book. I told her the name of the person who took my appointment by phone and she said he forgets to write down appointments. She was about to turn me away that day but a more reasonable man came from outside and said they could do it. My car was ready in 1 hour, but I should have learned my lesson that day. Bottom line, good location and value, but if they are busy they will waste your day waiting too long or they might cancel your appointment on the spot! Either makes this company not worth the hassle. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!

Excellent detailing of 2005 Acura TL that included repair and painting of front bumper and headlight restoration. Probably the best detailing I've seen.

I really love that you can schedule appointments and buy gift cards online. Took my husband's car to get completely detailed inside and out. The car was a disgusting mess when we dropped it off. I don't think that he had cleaned it in 2 years. When we picked it up, it was so clean that my jaw dropped open. Even the heat smelled better once we turned it on (which, I'm not sure how this happened, but I'm grateful b/c it stunk!).

They were extremely punctual, professional, and I can't be happier with my car! They did a great job on the external, and as a bonus, they even vacuumed the inside! I wasn't expecting it at all, but am so thankful, since I had remnants of Christmas tree all over my trunk. Seriously above and beyond!

The car had never been professionally detailed before and although the car was and quot;cleanand quot; to begin with, they really made it nearly showroom new. The exterior work, including paint chip repair, was excellent and the repairs to the side door molding brought it back to new condition. The interior shampoo and detailing were well done and the car went from a 7/10 exterior and 8/10 interior to 9+/10 for both the interior and exterior. The car was quickly sold and the detailing helped me fetch top dollar. The new owner comment on how clean the car was and I an certain I got much more or a ROI than what I spent to have the detailing performed. I will continue to use Perfect Auto Detail for my other cars.

They did an excellent job on both the interior and exterior of the car. They also used special wax for black cars that helped to reduce the appearance of a number of small imperfections. The interior looked great - especially the leather seats. I am extremely impressed with the results - this is the second car I have taken there, and they have done wonders for both. My only suggestion is that It would be nice if the office was open earlier, as they need to take a look at the car to determine the actual cost.
The walk from W Falls Church metro is not bad if you can't pick up the car before they close.

They inspected the car as soon as I arrived and told me what they could and probably couldn't do. When I picked up the car at the time promised it was like new, inside and out. The price is on the high side, so I'll probably only be able to afford the Perfect treatment once a year.

Overall the car was ready when they said it would be, but the detailing was not as detailed as it could have been. They did miss several spots. They did do a fairly good job on cleaning the car seats. however they did miss several spots when it came to cleaning the hard surfaces inside the vehicle. They were not detailed enough for me. Also a couple of my inexpensive items (value $12) were missing from the vehicle and they could not locate them. It would have been appreciated if they would have offered to pay for them, but that offer never transpired.

This is an UPDATE from the previous service provided on 02 May 2013. I received a call from the manager, Sam in which I was very surprised. I wasn't expecting a call from the service provider. He was apologetic that I was not 100% pleased with their service and stated if possible to bring the car back in so they could take care of the spots that were missed. I did bring the car back into the shop, they re-cleaned my car even the outside and I was very pleased with the outcome. When I returned to pick up the car, Sam went over the car with me to ensure it was up to my expectation. I was very pleased with the detailng job they did. They even replaced my missing items. I commend the company in taking action in pursuing customer satisfaction from their customers and following through to ensure customers are pleased with their performance. They did a great job, and their commitment to provide excellent service to the customer is commendable. Because of their follow-up and the way Perfect Detail responded, yes, I will take my car back to Perfect Detailing again.

Decent job, but I wouldn't rate the business as an and quot;Aand quot;. There were several missed spots on the car. Build up of wax around edge of hood, due to not opening hood to wipe edges clean. One outside mirror not cleaned. Some ripped paper was left under the rear wiper blade. Job took about 45 minutes longer than expected.

They did a great job. My experience from the time of the initial phone call to picking up the car after the job was done was first rate. The staff was professional, welcoming and concerned. The front office was very attractive and comfortable. I don't think my old car has looked as good since I picked it up from the dealer. All and all, a first class operation.

The work was done well and on time. The office folks were especially helpful answering questions before we arranged the actual work. They did not try to sell us more services than we needed. We appreciate that they were up front about what they were able to do re: the scratches our car had (and what scratches they could not eliminate - which would require more serious body work). The resulting work matched what they had promised.
