The service was excellent across the board. Two men came to do the work and were very professional, courteous and respectful. They worked for more than 2 hours. They brought all the washing equipment and water and vacuum. The car looked like new when they were finished. I was completely happy with the results and would hire this company again.

Perfect Auto Detail is as good as it gets. I've taken three cars and one gigantic truck and the results have been -- well -- perfect. I'm something of a perfectionist when it comes to caring for my cars. They're expensive and BLACK. If you've ever owned a black car, then you know how great they look when properly detailed -- and how awful black paint looks when there are spider webs or a hint of swirl. My MB SL550 came out with a mirror-like shine (as it should) -- and I've gotten the same results on the other cars. Above and beyond the excellent job on my cars, Perfect Auto Detail impressed with the obvious pride in what they do. I watched the detailers work and they treated my cars as though they were their own -- and obviously pleased with the results they achieved. So, call Adrian and make an appointment and have Sam or Jorge tell you what you need for a and quot;perfectand quot; transformation of your car; I'm sure you will be as impressed as I was.

The price I paid was the price quoted I made an appointment and brought my car in, they gave me a ride to my office They told me how long it would take and they were timely and extremely polite. My car is 10 years old and even though I haven taken care of it, they were able to really make it sparkle inside and out. It has leather interior and they were able to clean it like new. They called me when it was ready and I picked it up. They were very friendly and seem very trust worthy. Overall, I believe they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I will use them again and be happy to recommend them to others. Their office Manager/Staff was extremely friendly and polite.

I really like them. They are very good. The quality of their work is very good. I used another auto detailer before and they did a horrible job. I had to leave my car for several days before I picked it up. Perfect Auto Detail did the job in a day and everything is very clean. Their cleaning is really good. They are all very good. The quality of the work is excellent. They are great. I would use them in the future.

Came back two days later and looked fantastic inside and out. Have used others but now will only go here for detail services.

Dropped off my truck, dirty and smelly inside with spills, dirt and mud. Returned at the specified time to find it sparkling clean! I was very impressed with the high quality work performed.

Carpet and rugs looked better and were cleaner than when we bought the vehicle 10 years ago. And the main reason we took the car in was to get rid of the smell of a small amount of leaf mulch that had dropped in the car a couple of months ago, and could not remove with vacuum. It was gone - car smelt great. Very good service. Rugs needed another day in the sun to dry fully but that was fine.

I really needed to leave teh car all day. Which I was told would not be needed. Results were floor mats that were still wet

Outstanding job! They squeezed me in for Saturday a.m. service at last minute's notice. I have a large minivan. They usually charge $200 for the service but charged me $240 due to the terrible condition (3 small kids, a dog and a pretty messy family overall). I was a little annoyed at that price change, but my car was indeed rather shockingly trashed! When I picked it up late afternoon, it looked shockingly new! I couldn't believe what they were able to do. Every miniscule crevice was cleaned and polished to a high shine. The stained carpet looked practically new. I was truly amazed. I have used several other detailers, but I will never go anywhere else now. This is absolutely top notch work! If you really care about your car being ultra detailed, go here. It is worth the few extra dollars over what you might pay elsewhere.

I dropped off my car around 11:30 am and they called me around 4 pm when it was ready. They performed the service in the time frame we had previously discussed for the price we had discussed. Everything was just as expected. The car looked showroom perfect! I don't think my car has looked this good since I bought it new!

They were very professional and the shop was well organized. They gave me a lift to the Metro nearby. The only problem was that they left the light on for the rear door and I failed to notice it. The next day I had to jump the car to start the battery. Even with this glitch, I would use them again.

Although I had called the day before and made an appointment to drop the car off between 8:30-9:30 in the morning, when I arrived at 9:15 there was no one in the office to help me. I wandered into the garage where I surprised some workers who were working on another car. They had no knowledge of the appointment and told me the person that I had spoken with to make the appointment would not be there until 4pm. They tried to call someone else on their cell phones to come to the shop to help, but it was unclear when they would actually arrive and I did not have time to wait indefinitely, so I ended up leaving without having the detail work done. I was quite disappointed given the other good reviews here - but my experience was quite different from the others posted.

Outstanding. After dropping the vehicle off I got a ride to the Metro station. When I returned to pickup the car only three hours later, all of the damage was removed and the car was spotless inside and out. I definitely feel like I got the value I was looking for and will be a repeat customer in the future.

I arrived at the appointed time, 8:30 a.m.; told the person what I wanted done; was driven to the closest Metro station; spent a nice day at Pentagon City (shopping, pedicure, lunch); returned to the nearest Metro station; and hopped a cab for the short ride back to the shop. (They would have sent a car, but there was really no need. I could have walked, but it was raining.) The car stood gleaming like new, with its scratches buffed out to near oblivion and its interior smelling clean and fresh. I paid the bill in cash (no credit cards), and happily drove back to DC. Because they are cloth, the seats were still damp; next time, I will take a towel to sit on.

I brought my sister's 4-door car in for a detail -- she has a 3-yr-old and the car was TRASHED. Stains, food, just gross. They usually charge $160 but in this condition, told me ahead of time, $180, which I understood. They did an excellent job -- they work magic! Just a few hours later we picked up her car, which looked WONDERFUL. I will definitely use them again, and recommend you do as well.

I called on a Monday and asked if I could drop the car off around 4:30 Tuesday and pick it up 4:30 on Wednesday. They said no problem. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. The car looked amazing! My husband was thrilled, as was I.

Called at 9:15 am, took the car in then, had it back by 1:30 pm. 4 hours without an appointment for an auto detailer and a 10 minute walk to the metro was wonderful!

Excellent - very nice work, did more than they promised for less money. I would definitely use them again.
