The crew did a great job installing our new hardwood floors. The floors look great! I docked a half-star for the numerous dirty fingerprints and glue-glops left behind. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the floors and the company.

They showed up 3 hours late to install the carpet.

I am very pleased with the excellent service and quality of my new gorgeous wood floors. Mike, the owner, came out to meet with me initially and provided options and pricing. Pricing was affordable based on other offers I received. I needed to change scheduling a couple of times. Mike was very patient and understanding and we were able to reschedule pretty quickly. The floor installers were quite good at what they do. All polite and respectful as well. They didn’t mess around. Once finished, I called back later for one issue to be corrected. The folks came back and fixed the item. I am more than pleased with the beautiful floors and stairway, the pricing and excellent service provided.I would hire this company again for sure!!!

Mike is very customer-focused and will address any concerns you have with the project along the way. Because the crew may not be based themselves in the community where you reside, I recommend proactive scheduling communication to assure you're both in agreement on the date and arrival times you should expect. When the job was finished we were very satisfied and he promply dealt with everything on our punch list before asking for payment

I love my beautiful new laminate flooring. It was installed perfectly. Everyone was helpful about moving the furniture, answering my questions, and doing things the way I wanted. I needed to have the carpet removed and an enzyme cleaner sprayed on the old wood floor, which they did, and then come back two days later to lay down the laminate floor, which they were able to do. There was a mix-up about what time to arrive on the first day, but I was there the whole day so it was not a problem. I will have them come back in a few months to do another room. Their price was as good as another estimate I got, but they were more accommodating than the other estimate. They were a third of the price of a third company I looked at. Definitely recommend.

They did an excellent and beautiful job

KoAm was great, I very much recommend them. They came in lower than the other estimate we had done. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of wood, enhanced wood and vinyl flooring. We are very happy with the look and feel of our flooring in the kitchen.

Hired this company to replace wood flooring in my upstairs. Decided to only do wood in the master, hallway and steps, and carpet the other bedrooms. When the wood was delivered I questioned the workers that it seemed like it was too much. They said there were a limited amount of wood in the boxes. Day of installation I received a phone call from the owner that my carpet was not in, and that it couldn't be done until the next week. This was not acceptable and not what we agreed upon. Long story short, they made it right. However, in the meantime the wood installers had already done almost all of the additional rooms in wood. (they were supposed to be carpet). We called the owner who blamed us for not checking on their work. This was unacceptable, he said they would take out the wood, but by this point we didn't want them there any longer and my husband agreed to split the difference of cost as it was more for the wood. I feel as if the owner should have ate the cost as it was totally his fault for not supervising the job, as he said he would. HE was the one who ordered all the wood that was sent to my home. The workmanship was very good, so no complaints on that, but the customer service was lacking. I would not recommend them.

Mike responded promptly for my request for an estimate. He brought a number of samples that he had in stock. Great price and was able to install just days later based upon my schedule. Came when they said they would, did the job quickly and left the place clean. Great work. Highly recommend.

When the salesman, Mike, didn’t have a sample of the textured carpet I wanted to replace he tracked it down and stopped by my office to show it to me and then got the installation scheduled right away. He went the extra mile to make us happy with their product and work.
