I had 5 bids for my hardwood flooring. They were all over the place in costs. Mike's bid was fare and he was honest about what they could not do on the stairs. He was easy to work with, crew was very professional and worked their tails off. Let's just say I will call these guys for any additional flooring projects and not even collect bids on the job .

Mike and everyone were so easy to work with and flexible with my requests. I got a lot of bids and they had a great price and a great reputation. Mike was helpful with making selections and even came back with more samples. I had wood floors installed, carpet replaced, and bathroom floors done. It was the entire townhouse and they did it in 2 days. The installers were very nice and communicated with me along the way. It was a busy two days, but well worth it. It was great working with Mike, a true professional. He provided a quote that could not be matched and fit within our budget. The two individuals assigned to install the carpeting are great craftsman and really know that they are doing. We had carpeting installed in 8 rooms including the stairs and it was all completed in the two days as scheduled. Would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Mike came out and gave me a fair, no pressure quote that ended up being much less than the other quotes I received. Once I hired them they came out within a week, got the job done in one day and the new laminate floor looks great. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very happy with this company from the beginning negotiations with owner Mike to the excellent finished work with the installers. The hardwood floors on the bedroom level were installed in one day and look truly beautiful. The additional challenge was to remove carpeting on four sets of stairs without damaging the original wood steps underneath. One employee spent many additional hours carefully removing countless staples and bringing the steps to its original beauty by matching the newly installed hardwood floor and the 10 year older hardwood floor on the lower level. We are very pleased with the beautiful floors and stairways (without carpeting) and are highly recommending the owner and his installers. Reasonable price, good service and excellent final result!

I am very satisfied with the finished product ! The laminated floors looks great. But I was disappointed because the day of installation my appointment was cancelled by KO-AM. I realize emergencies happens..there was no compensations offered to me for my wasted day off work and the inconvenient of taking the next day off.

A very good experience! We encountered a misunderstanding the first day of installation but Mike (owner) was good about working with us to negotiate the change and things went very smoothly after that. His crew did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company. We like our new floors! Update (10months later) KO-Am has a warranty that they honor. We had a couple of spots that needed tightening up and they sent someone within hours to fix it for free. Reliable service provider!

Mike is awesome! We had him in for a quote and were pleased with the realistic quote for installing new hardwood floors. Some of his team smoked and left behind butts, and didn't do a great job cleaning up outside. Mike had someone come the next day to rectify the situation. We will certainly hire KO-Am for future work.

Mike was great to work with through the whole sales and service process. He was great through the follow up and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. We had a carpet and flooring installation done and I feel that we were offered great products with professional and timely installation.

On time, extremely professional when here, and did a fantastic job.

Excellent responsiveness, customer service, and professional work. Installed carpeting on entire ground floor. Mike was flexible and courteous, even after I changed my mind at the last minute. The installers were professional and left a nice, clean finish. And their prices were great; beat out other estimates. At the least, do yourself a favor and get an estimate from Mike.
