Our experience with Ko-Am was terrific in every way. Mike came over, measured the space, showed us a nice range of carpet swatches, and even provided larger samples of our two finalists to try in different areas. They came in and installed the selection on floors and stairs and it all looks terrific. The seams and edges are all tidy and really sharp looking. We could not be happier!

Mike was the gentleman who came out to give me a quote, we did have to reschedule the first time due to a conflict on their end...but after that, it was smooth sailing. We were able to communicate easily by phone and text and the job turned out very nice. Its brand new, so its hard to rate the quality, so soon. It looks very nice, but time will tell how durable the installation actually is. I have no reason to have concerns now at this point.

Mike was great .. he gave me a great deal.. much cheaper than Home Depot. His guys came in when they said hey would and did a great job. Cleaned up and got rid of old carpet. Awesome service !

Mike is great. He was very responsive, kind and the estimate was more than reasonable. The carpet and padding are fantastic. I liked one installer, Mauricio, but the other was difficult to work with. I would recommend KO-Am and would use them again.
