We completed our kitchen and decided to work on our downstairs. I heard about KO- Am Enterprises, Inc. through Home Advisors. He was rated a 5 Star and his reviews were amazing so we decided to do hardwood floors and carpeting with his services. The work was done within two days for everything and we couldn t be happier. Their prices were amazingly reasonable and the quality of the product was above grade. I couldn t recommend a service more than this company so happy we found them we love our house now!

They did quick work and it looks very nice. A few places where it is obvious where the nails went into the subfloor and a few place I have felt nail heads through the carpet and pad. I did not bring this up to them as I was able to fix many of the issues myself, but really I shouldn't have had to.

They did a great job at a good price.

When I sent the request, Mike called right away and came by a few hours later--I liked the speed and ease of him moving to schedule the job.

Mike was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of our project until conclusion. We replaced carpet and two flights of steps with hardwood. Ko-Am gave us several options within our budget and were a breeze to work with during scheduling and installation. I just renovated my condo and needed new carpet. I found KO-Am on HomeAdvisor and couldn t be more pleased!! Mike was amazing to work with throughout the entire process and even worked with me when I had to reschedule numerous times. When the day finally came to install the carpet, the style we picked out wasn t available so Mike told us to pick out any carpet in stock and he ll pay the difference if it was more. We ended up getting a way better carpet for the same original estimated price!! From start to end they were very accommodating and easy to work with. Also the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using these guys!

Very happy with the work performed by Michael and Ko-Am Enterprises. The workers showed up right on schedule, did all the work professionally and efficiently. Left no mess, and did a very good job. I was very happy with the quality and price of the project.

I went through 5 estimates and finally selected Ko-Am . My instinct and decision are right. It turned out the best decision I made. The contracts showed up on time and went through smoothly as promised. It tooled three days to finish the installation of entire house . My house now looks warm and specious. KO-Am provided excellent expert advice about the choice of wood for my floor. The technicians were highly skilled and professional. I am very happy with my new floors.

Very happy with the speed, efficiency, and even art of the installers. Along with carpeting two sets of stairs, four rooms, and a hallway, they also repaired two additional dog-damaged steps and solved a problem presented by connecting two levels of flooring. Most impressive. And they never seemed to take a break!

We had Mike's company weave in hardwood and resurface the entire first floor of our home. His crew did an excellent job. Mike is great to work with. Our only issue, which was partly our fault, was not discussing the poly finish that would be used. Our previous floors were fairly shiny. The finish used was Satin, so not so shiny. But it still looks great! Great communication.

After a really bad experience with another flooring contractor, Mike as so easy to work with. He offered solutions to some challenges we faced and followed up with our punch list. We had a few finishing details that needed to be touched up, but overall very pleased with the work, customer service and prompt responsiveness. We would use them again.

Great experience. Mike was easy to work with and did a great job explaining products and options. Accurate bid with no hidden fees. The price was below other contractor s bids and the quality of work was great. I would recommend them and use them again when I need more flooring installed in the other parts of my condo.

I had them replaced my downstairs and upstairs from carpet to hardwood floor. They showed up promptly in time, work crew are nice guys, clean after themselves pretty well. The only thing is that I need to some minor touch up afterwards and the price they offered is very competitive with a good quality work. I am happy with the work they have done.
