We had a great experience working with Mike at KO-Am and his team who installed hardwood floors in our kitchen and entryway way. They had to dig up several layers of flooring to ensure the new floors were flush with our existing hard wood floors on either side. Mike and his team were professional, arrived on time, got the job done in the time they had estimated, and cleaned up after the work was complete. The new floor looks great and we look forward to having them back this summer to refinish our other hard wood floors to match the new one.

Mike and his team were to great to work with! They have a wide selection of carpet and were able to install everything in one day. They move everything for you and put everything back. The team was friendly and nice to work with. My only issue was the walls and trim got banged up a little bit. Everything was brand new, so a little disappointed with that. But I know itâ s a messy job. Overall they were fantastic!!.

We wanted to replace flooring throughout our house, 3,000 square feet altogether. The job required removing a combination of wood, carpets and tiles and installing new flooring. After engaging a number of suppliers and installers, from big chains to independent contractors, we picked Ko-Am. Our decision was based on the great customer service during the sales process as well as the reviews on HomeAdvisor. They were very accommodating, changing the terms of their contract based on our requests and promising a "no surprises" installation. Because we were replacing different types of flooring over different surfaces, including stairs, we were concerned about running into issues but a no surprise installation is exactly what we got. They promised us to complete the job in five days and that is exactly what they did. When they ran out of material, they quickly found a local supply in order to finish the job. They addressed all our issues and requests throughout the installation and added a few touches that we had not thought of or requested. Best of all, their quote was the lowest we had received and they did not charge us a penny more.

Amazing way better than Home Depot

I have been a general contractor for many years, but needed a new carpet supplier/installer. Although this was a small job, it was very important to me as it was for my daughter's new nursery. Following up on a recommendation I contacted Mike - all of our conversations were pleasant and professional. I knew the specific carpet and the amount needed, and Mike gave me a competitive price and promised an excellent installation. She and I are very satisfied with both the price and the installation. I recommend them, and I will use them again.

The installers came on time, overcame small problems with the elevator reservation , did a complete and very professional job in the time and budget previously discussed. They finished everything with complete clean up, removed and replaced old carpet with good carpet and padding. Removed and replaced all furniture and left a beautiful two rooms with all carpets including closets (which were not previously discussed). I sincerely recommend them
