The original estimate is $139 for labor of install 2 recess lights, that's cheaper than the other handyman's estimate for $150. So I ask them to do the job. When the 2 guys come, they said they need 2 hours to do the job, they want me to sign the agreement first. Ok, I signed the agreement and they spend about 80min to finish the job. Then the younger guy gave me the bill for $290. The older guy said that is not right, 2 guys for 2 hours is 4 hours labor and material cost $50 ( what material? a piece of wire? I had lights ready), the final charge is $410.
