+ -1 moreThey did not put in the right delivery times so it was not there when we were. When they were on their way we received a call that the truck had broken down. They were supposed to be here between 9-12 and and we got the call of the breakdown at 11. It seems like the didn't seem to care about the customer.

+ -1 moreThey sales people I went to said they were busy. I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to cut the wood for me. Their stock was inadequate and staff was hard to find. One of the staff members I found was difficult to understand.
Description of Work: I purchased wood from them and needed 1 foot cut off the end of the board. I also wanted to purchase cabinets that they were advertising.

+ 0 moreThe rug I bought had stains on it. I discovered this when I arrived home to unroll the rug. I brought it back with the receipt and was given a hard time about the stains. I explained that the stain was there when I bought it. After much haggling they aggreed to return it. I was not pleased with the service.

+ -1 moreEXPERIENCE WAS GOOD OVERALL. THE PRICE WAS WELL LOWER THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. THEY DID ALMOST ALL THE WORK IN A DAY, AND ALTHOUGH THEY DID MAKE A MISTAKE WITH TWO OF THE WINDOWS (REVERSED THEM) THEY FIXED IT PROMPTLY. I RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL WINDOWS IN HOME, INCLUDING TWO LARGE PICTURE WINDOWS (TOTAL OF 24).
