Great. I recall that there was good reply to any concerns I had. I think it included a strange noise in the dashboard area, and when that happened they figured out the cause and fixed the problem right away.

Since I have a maintenance contract with Ford, the work went very well. Olivia, my service adviser, kept me informed for all the work that had to be done. Because I have the Ted Britt for Life capability, I was given a loaner car and was able to go about my business without a hitch. Due to the amount of work required, they worked on the car over night, and I was able to pick up the car the next morning.

There were numerous items that needed to be repaired and the bill was costly. There was also an issue with the windshield and poor follow through by the vendor regarding the safety inspection. An issue with the braking system that should have been covered under a warranty which my husband had to call and speak to someone to get satisfactory service for.

Very well. Scott, my service rep, was friendly and helpful. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and what type of work they recommended. When the mechanics found some other problems, Scott called me right away to let me know, tell me what they recommended, and ask what I wanted to do.

When I picked up my car the new remote could not be found. I returned and they gave the wrong remote but I didn't notice it until the following day. Remember I still had a functioning remote. When I returned with the wrong remote, which didn't work, I was told that they could not return it because it was the wrong remote. Apparently their accounting system would not let them do a return unless a manager approved it. No manager was around. After speaking with the manager I was permitted to return again, number 4, to return the incorrect remote and get the correct remote programmed.

Reported they had tightened a loose part. Started OK at their facility, but problem reappeared within a few days. Note - They had advised that they might have to do more extensive work if tightening the part they found did not solve the problem.

It took me much longer than expected to have a paint defect repainted on my truck after buying it there new. The work was fair, not perfect match. I had a problem with the sunroof opening/closing properly and it took two service visits for them to fix it correctly. The replacement of a damaged side rear view mirror on my car was done properly taking two days, but the cost was $800 (not exactly reasonable pricing). Ted Britt's service department is nothing special, I wish there was a close alternative. I've left phone messages with service reps there in the past that were never returned, kinda tells you a lot about how much they value their customers. I bought two other new Ford vehicles from other dealers after the truck issues. Needless to say, I doubt I'll ever buy a car from them again.
