Great. I recall that there was good reply to any concerns I had. I think it included a strange noise in the dashboard area, and when that happened they figured out the cause and fixed the problem right away.

Since I have a maintenance contract with Ford, the work went very well. Olivia, my service adviser, kept me informed for all the work that had to be done. Because I have the Ted Britt for Life capability, I was given a loaner car and was able to go about my business without a hitch. Due to the amount of work required, they worked on the car over night, and I was able to pick up the car the next morning.

Brought the car in for oil change and possibly complete the factory recommended 60,000 maintenance. The cost of the this latter service is way to high for the work recommended by the dealer, but not Ford. So instead of paying $540, I took the car to a small repair station for a total of $68 dollars worth of needed servicing. Big difference between factory and dealer recommendations, so it pays to know what the factory (Ford) really says is necessary for maintaining your vehicle relative to what the dealer wants to do. The dealer's oil change was free based on a prior compromise with the service manager over the maintenance contract not being followed. The service representative did help with reconnecting an iPhone using the sync system and was receptive to my complaints that I was able to back up with documented previous communication with service managers.

There were numerous items that needed to be repaired and the bill was costly. There was also an issue with the windshield and poor follow through by the vendor regarding the safety inspection. An issue with the braking system that should have been covered under a warranty which my husband had to call and speak to someone to get satisfactory service for.

Very well. Scott, my service rep, was friendly and helpful. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and what type of work they recommended. When the mechanics found some other problems, Scott called me right away to let me know, tell me what they recommended, and ask what I wanted to do.

Great. Ted Britt Lincoln is the only place i have my car serviced because they take great care to see that the work is done right the first time and only what the vehicle actually needs.

When I picked up my car the new remote could not be found. I returned and they gave the wrong remote but I didn't notice it until the following day. Remember I still had a functioning remote. When I returned with the wrong remote, which didn't work, I was told that they could not return it because it was the wrong remote. Apparently their accounting system would not let them do a return unless a manager approved it. No manager was around. After speaking with the manager I was permitted to return again, number 4, to return the incorrect remote and get the correct remote programmed.

Reported they had tightened a loose part. Started OK at their facility, but problem reappeared within a few days. Note - They had advised that they might have to do more extensive work if tightening the part they found did not solve the problem.

Very well. Always done quickly and correctly.

Replaced battery with overpriced replacement.Recall work performed at no cost. Replaced part to fix check engine light,

It went fine. No issues found. Complimentary car wash was nice. Free internet and beverages while you wait.

We just use the dealership. It takes less than an hour. I don't come in contact with any of the service workers.

It was very smoothly. Everyone was very thorough with explanations.

Easy to make the appointment, short lead time (good), got the car in right on time and did the work promptly.

We've gone many times. The service department tends to do a very good job. But we've had poor luck with the service Reps.

It took me much longer than expected to have a paint defect repainted on my truck after buying it there new. The work was fair, not perfect match. I had a problem with the sunroof opening/closing properly and it took two service visits for them to fix it correctly. The replacement of a damaged side rear view mirror on my car was done properly taking two days, but the cost was $800 (not exactly reasonable pricing). Ted Britt's service department is nothing special, I wish there was a close alternative. I've left phone messages with service reps there in the past that were never returned, kinda tells you a lot about how much they value their customers. I bought two other new Ford vehicles from other dealers after the truck issues. Needless to say, I doubt I'll ever buy a car from them again.

Inspection part took longer than we anticipated - apparently both inspectors decided to go to lunch at the same time - but everything else ran like clockwork.

Very well, punctual, very nice and pleasant. Work went well.

They need more staff on their customer service. When you go drop off the car it takes an hour to get checked in. It's annoying, to say the least, even when you have a scheduled time.

Excellent. Service performed under service contract.
