Crystal Thurber and I had previously worked together at my home. I have health issues and wanted someone familiar to my home. Crystal is very good at assessing the areas that need work and listens to your needs and doubts. She can guide you and advice you but not being pushy. If you can't decide on something that's okay. I am a papecraft person so besides cleaning up my horrible files, collections of greeting cards and postcards we have mainly worked on my getting through my craft room. Very organized and labels everything well. Has good ideas in keeping odd items so you can find them easily. I'm happy I was able to bring Crystal back to help me. Jennifer A.

Crystal not only helps with my decluttering needs but emotional needs as well. Everything is done in steps so as not to get overwhelmed and anxious. This teaches me how to do it myself. Although I hope not to get myself in this situation again. Having ADD is no fun but now having a method I will be able to help myself

Compassionate Decluttering is helping with a range of services from ridding my place of unnecessary paperwork, working ON that paperwork, going through closets, establishing files, etc. Crystal Thurber is very amenable, caring, and interested in one's well-being. Easy to communicate with. A patient service provider who always asks how she can best help that day.

Crystal is a genius at organization. I moved from a four bedroom, 3600 square foot house to s two bedroom 2400 square foot townhouse. Crystal was instrumental in sorting through my belongings, helping me to figure out what to keep, what to pitch and what to donate, and how to organize what I DID keep. And sheâ s FAST!

Crystal did an amazing job organizing my kitchen. I am bed ridden disabled and she made sure to include me in the entire process. She brought items to me and we sorted at my bedside. She made suggestions but was not pushy or upset if I made another choice. She is very flexible and has a wonderful personality. Not only did I find a great organizer, I found a wonderful new friend. Finding things suddenly become easier thanks to Crystal. Things donà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t just à  à ¢à  à  à  à  disappearà  à ¢à  à  à  à  anymore. I can actually move around my basement area and enjoy the space, instead of moving around things that are in the way. Crystalà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s approach is to tackle stuff category-by-category, and declutter, with plenty of heart. Excellent job!

Have ADHD with executive processing dysfunction, and have been messy and disorganized my whole life. Crystal is patient and non-judgmental. She takes the time to find out what works best for me, but also offers suggestions so I don't feel overwhelmed. We are ahead of schedule from her original estimate. After an hour, I could see the floor in my closet After 6 hours, I have donated 4 bags of unneeded items and know where things are that I haven't seen in years! Looking forward to seeing more miracles as we tackle the rest of my house

Crystal was very organized and made some incredible suggestions on keeping things together and clutter free for the home. Crystal did all the work and only asked me for a review when done each day. My only complaint is that I did not hire her sooner. Thanks for a Job well done Crystal.
