I liked Mr. Koo`s representation. It was short and to the point. He oddered the best prices for the job. I had him come back for more aditional work. They show up on time and finished the project early. They had to reschedule to accommodate our schedule on our request and they were very friendly. Workmanship was great. Payment terms were absolutely great. A little bit of concern communicating - English - but not at all a PROBLEM! I am going to hire them again soon for another similar project!!!

Mr Ko did very good work. He was professional, polite and on time.

He gave us an estimate the day after we called and he went above and beyond to find the right color to match our siding. The repair was done within 2 days.

Mr. Ko and team were very responsive out of the gate. They were the first to repsond to the query actually appearing for an estimate ont he very same day that the request was made. They listened to precisely what I wanted done and then gave me a verbal estimate which was shortly followed by a written estimate of the SAME price. We arranged to have the work done on a particular day. When the day arrived the crew was on time and began work immediately. They completed their task in well under their own estimated time which minimized the inconvenience that any of these projects have on your family life. The team cleaned up after themselves.

I received a call from Barnabas Ko Construction shortly after I submitted my request to ServiceMagic on a Saturday morning. Two gentlemen came out that afternoon and provided an estimate to me for the repairs. I had aluminum trim on the house that was loose and banging against the house from high winds. They removed the loose and damaged sections and ordered the new trim to match our existing trim. They returned 3 days later as promised to install the new trim and complete the project. This company was very professional and did a quick and thorough repair job. The pricing was reasonable and I am very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Just after registering on line, I received a call from a lady about our request. She stated that the person fro Barnabas Ko Construction would be out on a Saturday morning at 10:00 AM to give us a free estimate. We both work, so this was great. He arrived promptly, gave us the estimate, my wife called me with the price and we accepted. He stated that he would be out the next week to do the work. When we arrived home from work on Monday, the work had been completed. We were very pleased with the service provided.

Right price, prompt, completed on schedule.

Mr. KO worked very hard to do the job. He said to wait a cople of days for caulking to dry then to test it. Tesed it today & it seems to have worked. This was the second attempt 1st guy slowed the leak but did not fix it. I was in a difficult location to work in. Worth the extra cost. Thanks!

The Barnabas KO representative showed up at my house within an hour...I was shocked. I expected someone to call and schedule an appointment. He looked at the problem and gave me an estimate to which I agreed. He fixed it promptly and professionally. I am VERY pleased.

I had siding blown off by high winds, another piece that was loose, and another where the original sidding had been cut too short when originally installed. Someone named Jenny Song contacted me almost immediately and made an appiointment for Mr. Ko to come by. He arrived promptly, gave me a verbal estimate only, and took the piece with him that had been blown down so he could order a matching piece. Jenny again called and told me the date/time he would return. I didn't get any other estimates so I don't know how his price compares--$300 for the work. The only receipt he gave me was written on his business card. Work was fine.

Great job! Fast and easy!

Workman came as agreed (I was out of town) then called and requested that I send check. I did not climb up on roof to see finished work, but it looks quite good from the ground. Job was done neatly, no damage to flowers or trash from work thrown on my yard. Initial response from company for estimate was quick and their price was less than other.
