Description of Work: "One of the new plants planted wasn't very hearty and will have to be replaced. I told them that when they initially planted planted | It's confirmed now. They also had to come back out to finish backyard as I wasn't home when work was done as they didn't do all they said they would do per the contract. But they did make it right. I will probably use them for regular yard service."

Description of Work: I had high hopes because their price was so reasonable. I keep my back yard gate locked because of a prior contractor leaving it open for my dogs to escape; I asked Premium to give us advanced notice to unlock the gate. Premium would show up with no notice and just do our front yard. I would have to call them to arrange a time for them to finish their service in my back yard. This happened multiple times until they informed me that they could not continue doing my lawn and shrub maintenance.

Description of Work: Fall cleanup of large flower bed and small flower bed. |They arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. |They worked to our special instructions around existing plantings. |They did an excellent job trimming existing bushes and avoided |damage to some of the more delicate bushes.

Description of Work: They put together an architectural design for me. They were awesome. They were fast and I felt the cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: The professionalism was excellent. The sales person I dealt with took a keen interest in ensuring everything was accomplished and when there were issues he resolved them quickly. I would have liked a more timely completion of the project, but when working with sub-contractors it can be difficult. The selling point for me was the estimate. There was no pressure to buy that day and no threats that if we didn't sign the contract with them that day the price would be different; unlike the other companies I got estimates from. They gave us ample time to make our decision and worked with us on all changes we wanted to make giving us multiple estimates.

Description of Work: I had a old, tall maple tree in the back yard that had dead limbs and so I decided to remove the whole tree. I called Yards R Us, which I had used before several times. I learned that they had merged with Premium Lawn. The former Yards R Us executive now with Premium reviewed the problem tree and thoroughly explained how the tree would be removed. The price quoted was significantly less than another service. I appreciate that they did not try to push additional services, as did the other firm. Premium did a professional job, and I'm glad they did: the core of this large tree was rotten. They were on time and on budget. I'll use them again.

Description of Work: Work involved clearing overgrown plants, replacing with sod, removing overgrown rhododendron and replacing with azaleas, removing juniper bushes and replacing with box woods. He also trimmed back several other bushes and cleaned up bedding. He came on time for the estimate and began work within a week of when the deposit was paid. It took 2 trips to get everything planted but it looks great.

Description of Work: We worked with Ritchie on a patio and landscape project. He showed up and was very professional from the start. The crew worked hard and was equally professional the entire two weeks they were here. They cleaned up at the end of every day and really made us at ease with the way they did the construction. Everyone we spoke to at Premium was very nice and easy to work with. We love our new backyard!
