They did a fantastic job - much cheaper than other estimates I received for the work. Top quality, reliable, customer-oriented, attentive to detail, and cleaned up their mess. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I found these guys on Angie's List. We were having an A/C put in and needed and area cleared right away. They came out the very next morning. They were very responsive, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. They even saved a bird nest from a bush being removed and placed it in another bush.

The day of the work went well. However, the day we built the shed we found that they had made an error. This required us to make changes to their work. It was a weekend so I called the following week and told them about it. Mark said he would look into it. Over the next several weeks I contacted them several times. They made no attempt to contact me. The last time I called, Mark said he had been out to look at it and did not believe we made any changes. Although I considered the original error to be minor, in my opinion, their response when alerted to the problem and their denial earned them a D. This is the very type of problem we tried to avoid by joining Angie's list.

This company did an all out fantastic job. The whole time they were very professional and on time everyday. They were really thorough and their follow-up was really good. I am definitely happy with the outcome and I would use them again in the future.

Everything went fine. We got an estimate that was fully broken down so that we could pick and choose what we wanted. All of the costs, benefits and options were explained and the work is done on schedule during the day while we are at work. Very easy and everything looks great.

They have done a fabulous job. I can't say enough good things, efficient & nice. They are also very prompt and show up when they say they will.

Mark provided the estimate and was very thorough and professional in explaining the options for the work to be performed. The work was finished (with an exception) on time and the work appears to be quite professional. The workers, however, did not finish with a special polymer sand to fill-in between the pavers as provided in the contract, and it took another 10 days and several attempts to get a call-back to resolve the completion of the work. It was often difficult to reach Mark or anyone else in the company, and he was slow in returning phone calls. I could not find out much at all about the company, although Mark claimed they had 40-50 employees.

We had used Premium before and were always very pleased. I called Mark and within a day, he was out and gave us a plan. When the weather got warmer, Mark sent his crew of 4 out to the house and they worked from 7:30 am to 8 pm two days straight. They cleaned up their tools and mess each night. Unfortunately when they installed a new drain in the yard, they busted into our sprinkler system -- well instead of the usual contractor "its not my fault" response, Mark said "No problem, I'll call the sprinkler company and take care of it". This is more like it. We have always been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to everyone of our friends and neighbors -- in fact two of our neighbors are using them now.

The cost was a bit more than we had budgeted for. We made a few changes and reduced our plan order a bit. The young man who did the design is a Mr. Mark Aitken-Case - what a great guy, very creative and patient with our many changes! The crews for both these projects were absolutely fantastic. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each evening. They did NOT screw up the grass getting up and down from the area. This was no easy task - the retaining wall is about 5' high and the area runs up from there. We have had nothing but compliments on the new look to our yard.

Most recently, I've requested an estimate on a walkway with pavers; I was very pleased with the price quotes and the ideas that Ritchie gave me. I have complete confidence in his work and know that he will not leave the job until he's certain his client is satisfied. He and his workers are always courteous, hard workers, competent in their job, and pleasant, and I cannot imagine having anyone else do my landscaping.

THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICES. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT PAY THEM IN FULL UNTIL THE END, THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH THE WORK THAT THEY STARTED.
