We have used Absolute Carpet Care for the last four years and I routinely recommend them to friends who ask about carpet or upholstery care. First, scheduling is incredibly easy. You can schedule a consult and then schedule a separate cleaning or do it all in one appointment. When I called for an appointment, I was able to get one within a week, which I think is pretty reasonable. The technicians arrived on timed, were very polite and went to work promptly. They were extremely considerate of my home during the entire job - putting down padding, wearing booties, and moving furniture as they needed to work. When they give you the cost estimates, they lay it all out in an easy to read fashion. There is no pressure to purchase any specific package, and I felt they were honest in their advice based on the conditions of my carpets and my couches. For one of my couches, which were were going to be replacing within a few weeks, but still wanted to get cleaned as we were having family come visit -- the technician was very upfront about what he thought we should and should not purchase. It was a refreshing change from most service providers who will try to sell you the most expensive package regardless of your actual needs. Not Absolute -- I continue to be impressed and will continue to recommend them to friends and anyone needing your services.

Two technicians did all of the cleaning. They were friendly and efficient. They made me aware of additional services they could provide but weren't pushy about it.

We needed the rugs cleaned in a hurry and they did a great job in accommodating us. They came by and picked up the rugs, cleaned them at their shop and brought them back in time. They were cleaned very well. Getting the whole appointment set up was very easy as well.

Two individuals arrived, gave me a quote (which was right on to what I was quoted over the phone0. They were very respectful the entire time. At the end, they told me to walk through to make sure I was satisfied, which I was.

Service provider ran late--scheduler had give the technician too much work to do for the day. Once he arrived, the technician was extremely professional and worked very hard to clean my carpets, which were much dirtier than I realized. The job was well done, and the carpets looked great. A year after they put down the stain resistant application in the major traffic areas, those carpets are still relatively clean. The tech really worked with me to get as much done as possible for a reasonable price. The carpet cleaning service was not cheap, but the work was very good. I would use them again.

This is the third time we have used Absolute Carpet for periodic carpet cleaning in our home, and once again the service was professional and pleasant, and performance was fully satisfactory. Marcus was able to schedule the cleaning the same week we phoned, and the service crew was courteous and on time. As in the past , we utilized their free "Re-servicing" offer to come back and give prompt secondary attention to stubborn stains/spots that "wicked up" as the carpet dried over the following 2 days -- no arguments or excuses from the company -- and as usual this took care of those stubborn spots. After 25 years of trying numerous different companies, we have finally found a carpet cleaner we like and can rely on.

The service was great. We paid an additional $40 to the big deal so it was $200 total. They were really good, efficient, and fast. They gave me a lot of tips about how to do clean ups after they were not around. The price without the deal was pretty expensive. With the deal, the price was good.

They were excellent. I wanted someone who could use the "wet" method/deep cleaning. I receive something in the mail every month, they have great advertising practices. I put a rug down after they cleaned and the dye bled into the wet carpet. They came back and fixed my mistake for free. They are professional. They also did my oriental carpet, it came back absolutely beautiful. Julio and Wilbert were both great.

The provider came in to check out the situation. All options were explained to me. After choosing what I wanted they got to work. The work done was good. It took my a while to realize this because I was made to feel bad about the age of my carpet and furniture.

They did a great job cleaning the rugs. I looked them up online, and I saw that Angie's List highly recommended them, so I used them. With regard to price, they were pretty comparable. I have them scheduled to clean our carpets tomorrow because we are in the middle of a move.
