Absolute Carpet Care

They cleaned my wall-to-wall carpeting on the second floor of my house. There were no stains or anything necessarily challenging about the job, but they were on time, acted professionally, and they did a very thorough job. All good.

Fine. Very responsive and willing to address particulars of the situation. Preliminary quote service is professional and an incentive to do business. The minimum price is a bit high; I would consider more frequent cleanings if the cleaner provided a deal - for example, do 4 cleanings in a row and the last one is 50% off.

The technicians arrived on time and gave me advance notice as to when they would arrive. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. The carpets looked great and I would definitely use them again.

Both men were professional and friendly. Person on the phone was helpful too.

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet because of the pet stains from the previous owner's dogs. David and his crew did an excellent job and the carpets look nearly new. They arrived promptly.

On the day of service the technicians were late due to additional work at the appointment ahead of mine. The office called to let me know the technicians would be late and give me the opportunity to reschedule my appointment. I really wanted to have the carpets cleaned that day. When the technicians arrived, they got to work immediately but were not hurried. They were very polite and did an excellent job with the carpets. This is the 3rd time I have used this company for carpet cleaning. I am quite satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Great. Arrived when they said they would. The carpet was horrible and they made it look new!

They call 1/2 hour before they arrive-punctually-pulled back the carpet, removed pad and took strip; sealed seal floor. Returned 2 days later-replaced padding, took strip and did carpet treatment, replaced carpet, cleaned carpet.

Arrived on time, did the job as agreed, cleared up and left, top quality.

They were fantastic from start to finish. We were moving out of a rental home and had to have the carpets cleaned as well as de-tick/de-flea, they allowed me to pre-schedule my cleaning date and wait time-frame even before coming out to do the free estimate. Darryl came out for the estimate, he was on time (even called when he was actually on his way) and very professional and courteous, after getting their estimate I opted to use them for the cleaning and de-tick/de-flea. Terrell and Marlon showed up to do the cleaning, also calling me on their way to the house, they too were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job in cleaning, the carpets are actually cleaner now than when we first moved in. I would recommend them to everyone and would use them again.

it was a last minute call, since I attempted to clean my own carpets. The cleaner broke, and I'm actually thankful since the masterbedroom, hall and steps look brand new. Daniel and Lito arrived after a call telling me they would arrive within a certain time and they were friendly, professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They took particular care when cleaning around my furniture and they informed me of all prices, estimates, etc before cleaning and I could not be happier with the end result. I will use them at least twice a year and recommend they highly!

We have used Absolute Carpet Care for years and are faithful clients. I was originally attracted to them because of their early dedication to environmentally sound products and anti-allergen approach. Their phone reps are polite and helpful, their crews are punctual, helpful, friendly and efficient, but we never feel they are rushing or just "doing a job." Often the crew members have been to our house before and remember the quirks of our carpets and special needs. We have the "Maximum Advanced Protectant" applied every year and it really helps. Most of our carpets are over 10 years old and they really look close to new. (And this includes over a year with an incontinent dog.) With that max. protectant, Absolute Carpet Care will come back for free spill and spot clean-ups for a year. We've had to use that service from time to time, and they come promptly and cheerfully to clean up bad messes. ACC is simply outstanding. One caveat to those with very sensitive allergies. One year we had a special anti-allergy treatment in addition and it really aggravated my allergies to the point ACC had to come back and wash it out. They were very responsive. Just if you think you are really sensitive to chemicals, might be wise to avoid that extra. We've had no problems at all with the MaxAdvanced. There is no scent at all within an hour of the cleaning. A few years ago they also cleaned and revived an inherited silk-and-wool oriental that was quite dirty and neglected. THey did a wonderful job. I see many ads for cheaper cleaning services, but we are so satisfied with Absolute Carpet Care, I'm not at all tempted too change.

This carpet cleaning service was outstanding the carpet throughout they townhouse is 12 years old & hasn't been cleaned in a long time they made it look like new.

We have used them for years! I use them often and trust them. We always call them first. I feel their prices are reasonable. We have used other companies in the past, but Absolute Carpet Care do a better job. They get the carpet cleaner and were able to get old stains out that other companies weren’t able to. They seem more professional and they always arrive on time.

The service went very well. They used good equipment and they cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job with the cleaning and they were very price competitive. The carpet dried fast as they said they use hotter water than normal companies and the carpet looked and smelled good.

Absolute Carpet Care is amazing. I have dealt with them for several years now, and have always been delighted with the results. This time, I purchased a deal from them through Angie's List, and they contacted me immediately with several options for dates/times for the service. I had some questions, which were always answered promptly and professionally. I received a courtesy call on the day of the service, telling me the names and ETA of the cleaning crew. They arrived promptly as promised, and introduced themselves. We went over the areas and services to be provided (I have four cats, a dog, and a toddler, so my carpets are in rough shape). They explained in detail what they recommended, and also the additional services they offered that could possibly help. They measured areas and explained the prices clearly. They put down pads in all areas of my house so that nothing would be damaged by their machinery or hoses, and proceeded to thoroughly clean my carpets. I also really appreciated the extra care they took to block my door so that my cats couldn't escape. At the end, they showed me the results (amazing; it looked like brand-new carpeting!), and pointed out a couple of small stains that they had been unable to remove. They explained the drying procedures and times, and left me with a detailed receipt, instructions, and recommendations. The crew was EXTREMELY polite, professional, thorough, competent, and helpful. I would recommend this company without reservation, and plan to purchase new carpeting through them next year.

As always, with Absolute Carpet, especially if Darryl is involved, everything goes smoothly. He is such a wonderful representative of the company and it was a pleasure to meet Chris who was also easy to deal with and detail-oriented. I would encourage anyone that has carpet/rug issues to use Absolute. They are the BEST, especially Darryl!!

Great! Had a little delay in getting carpet samples from mag, but absolute was great and did a soled job on the installation. 15$ cheaper than competition too.

They were very good. Gave good customer service. They gave me great feedback, and I will be using them again.

The technicians were efficient and very thorough. The carpets came out better than I expected, they were terribly filthy and now they look like new. They provided plastic booties and spot remover. I agree it was a bit more than I expected to spend, but you get what you pay for. It is the most professional carpet cleaning company experience I have had. Definitely would recommend.
