Diane scheduled the appointment and was very accommodating considering I have a weird schedule. It was a pleasure talking with her. The day of - they arrived on time and presented me with booties to use when walking on the carpet to help keep it clean. Marvin was extremely nice and gave me his professional opinion on what I could realistically expect considering the carpet is 7-8 years old, cream in color and a little worn. They worked for several hours and did a beautiful job. He warned that the stains could reappear; however, that has not happened yet. I am very pleased with the outcome. I received a followup phone call from the owner and a thank you by mail with discount cards to share with my friends and neighbors. Truly a first class operation!!

Gorgeous carpets! Absolute Carpet Care has kept our carpets looking like new for 13 years. They use steam instead of chemicals and the entire house most always feels healthy after.

The team showed up exactly on time and they got right to cleaning. There were two particularly challenging holes in the carpet courtesy of two pugs. They did a top drawer job. We have used Absolute Carpet Care for years and will continue to do so.

Excellent customer service and extremely friendly and polite to deal with. The ribbed hose that connects to the tools did wear through the paint and wood on some corners of the stairs as it was pulled along during cleaning. I also noticed a small chip in the wall of my stairwell after the crew left. I can only assume this was from a careless moment using the stair tool during cleaning

This is my third time using Absolute Carpet Care. In the past they have cleaned carpets, repaired rugs and stretched carpet. Today the guys came out to do 14 stairs, four bedrooms, and a hallway. I purchased a $169 coupon for up to 400 square feet. ACC did a great job as usual! I'll be hiring them again in the near future to do my basement.

I have used Absolute Carpet for several years. They are very professional and take great care not to damage walls and doorways with their equipment. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and these companies did not take precautions when hauling their equipment through the house. Absolute provided several options for cleaning, but did not push the more expensive option. The carpet looked and smelled clean after they were finished. Absolute Carpet has always been very punctual and has arrived in the window if time provided. My only complaint is that they offer several discounts for cleaning during the year and on Angie's List. I never know if I have received the "absolute" best "discount" that is available.

They did a very good job, especially considering the age of our carpet. They were very professional and friendly. The only issue was that they ran very late from their previous jobs, but they worked very quickly and unobtrusively so it ended up being fine. Carpets dried pretty quickly. We would definitely use again.

I was most impressed. I let the carpet get rather dirty since my intention was to replace it, but the holidays were quickly approaching and I had out-of-town guests coming. Absolute Carpet Care did a splendid job. I have yet to replace the carpet... it still looks great!

Our representative from Absolute Carpet was on this issue immediately, as were the installers who had noticed it. I was very surprised and impressed that the installers noticed it and stopped installation. The carpet that was flawed was installed since the old carpet had already been pulled up. Our rep called Shaw carpet who instructed the installers to "steam" the carpet in an attempt to take care of the pile that was twisted in different directions. Unfortunately, the steam did nothing except give a new carpet a bath it should never have had as a new carpet. Our rep from Absolute Carpet contacted the company for replacement since those were the instructions from Shaw. February 10 I get a call from another company who had been contacted by Shaw to come out and "steam" and inspect our carpet. This will be a second steaming. I contacted our rep from Absolute since I was livid. At this point I had moved things off furniture, put up and taken down a bet twice, disconnected and reconnected television and stereo components in two rooms, as well as all the other "nic-naks". And I have been doing this after shoulder surgery and a pacemaker just a few short months before. It seems there was some "miscommunication" at Shaw Factories. I am hoping this is resolved post haste. So far I am impressed with Absolute for being my advocate and have rated them high. Should this turn a different direction I will change the ratings. While I gave Absolute Carpet an "A" for quality, I rate Shaw Carpets, so far as a big fat "F" for lack of internal communications and the response time taken to resolve the issue.

One call as a repeat customer had an appointment scheduled the following week. Very pleased with professionalism of the cleaners sent & great results.

We've used this company several times before and they consistently do an excellent job. The carpets look amazing, and they have been able to get things clean that other companies have never been able to fix (and we've tried several other carpet cleaners). Extremely professional and thorough, and the price is competitive and worth every penny considering the great job they do. Definitely recomment getting the extra protectant option - it's saved our carpets, especially with young kids and pets. And for the extra money, the 1 yr warranty is well worth it - again, especially with kids and pets!

Excellent service. Got the estimate the last time they were here, for cleaning a wall to wall carpet. The guys who came to pick up my carpets were great, and they came back on time, at the cost originally provided to me, and they did a fantastic job. Two of the carpets are inexpensive synthetic 8x11s, and one of these was very old. Also a wool runner and a 5x8 real oriental. Could not believe how great all of my carpets looked, especially the very old one. I have three dogs, one of these rugs sits right where you come in from the back yard, and they and not been cleaned in about three years, so Absolute really had their work cut out for them on this job! This is the third time I have used this company and they are now my go-to company for rug cleaning.

After callling and setting up a visit for a estimate, the two very professional technicians arrived on time, accurately and professionally explained the various services and recommended one based on my specific needs. (Which by the way was not the most expensive option) . They scheduled an appointment before leaving. The company called in advance to confirm the appointment and to let me know the two technicians would call 30 minutes before arrival. On the day of the serve, received a call 30 minutes before arrival. The technicians were extremely professional, did an outstanding job of moving furniture and cleaning the carpet. They did a walk through afterwards to answer any questions. They were able to remove several stains that at least three other carpet cleaning companies claimed were permanent. The also left detailed instructions as to how to maximize the cleaning. They also followed up several days afterward to ask if anything needed to be re-done, etc. This company is the best.
