Absolute Carpet Care

They were here within the arranged one-hour timeframe and called to let me know when they were on the way. The two men were professional and went over the trouble spots and the cleaning options with me. They did a good job, however, one of the pet stains actually looked worse after it dried than it did before it was cleaned. I called them and they came back out and retreated that spot. Mind you, pet stains are not guaranteed but they didn't hesitate to come back and work on it again. I have used Absolute Carpet for many years now and they've always done a professional job and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I always use absolute and have always had great service. Disappointed there was a stain they couldn't get out. Not there fault other than that this is a great company always do a great job. My carpets are 12 years old and look brand new thanks to them.

I have used this company a few years ago and was delighted with the service. Called to have a few pet stains cleaned on some area rugs and a small portion of a wall to wall carpet. I spent over twenty minutes on the phone with their customer service rep explaining that the total areas to be cleaned were small, and that the biggest area rug was about 8 x 10, even though the stain was less than three square feet. Appointment made, no problem. Technicians showed up as promised, no problem. They said they couldn't clean area rugs without taking them back to their shop. Big problem. Spent time talking to Vernon, who said the customer service rep was new, that they wouldn't charge me for their fuel surcharge (never mentioned in the original discussion). Looks like this company has become a big bureaucracy and lost its focus. Plenty of other options so I will contact another Angie's List vendor.

Absolute Carpet Care was okay but I wouldn't want them back.

Outstanding! Absolute Carpet Care always goes above and beyond, their professionalism and customer service can't be topped in my opinion. They take great pride in their work and I don't see that often. We have been using their services for many years and will remain a loyal customer for many years to come.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to do the stripping and staining, so I hired them to clean the floors instead. They showed up on time, did a quality cleaning, and were friendly as well as professional at all times.

The team arrived on time and were very professional and polite. The couch looked great once they had finished and they followed up afterwards to check I was happy with the results. I would use them again.

Excellent! The carpet looks SHOCKINGLY brand new! The squeezed us in (poor planning on our part) and they did an outstanding job. They vacuumed the areas first, then sprayed a solution, and followed with steamed cleaned the entire carpet! The carpet was not - not soppy wet! They paid extra attention to spotted areas and were able to get all the spots out! They were professional and polite and wore those little booties to protect their shoes from our carpet!

The two technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They explained all the options available to me for the cleaning before they began the work. I liked that they wore shoe covers & provied us with there to while the carpet was drying. Great Job!

Terrell and his assistant, Will, did a fantastic job! They were in & out quick and were very thorough. It was a very good job and they were not pushy and did not try to upsell, etc. We will definitely call them back.

First, two men came, but they had misunderstood the service required so were unable to bid on the reinstallation. The did bid on the cleaning. Several days later two men came, on the same as before, who bid on the reinstallation. Again the price was extremely high compared to others. We wound up in a Goldilocks position: we had three bids; this provider was the highest by s factor of 2.5. That is, their price was 2 and 1/2 times higher than the next highest price. There was also an individual that gave us a low-ball, with the condition that if he ran into problems the cost would be higher. We choose the middle bidder who did an outstanding job on the reinstallation, and will do the cleaning in a week or so. We will not trouble with Absolute again.

I would rate them as excellent, they did a very nice job. They even offered follow up service since we are pet owners!

They vacuumed the rugs to be cleaned and then treated the badly soiled spots. Then, they cleaned the rugs and , when finished, raked the carpets pile. The rugs look like new. Oh, almost forgot, they sprayed with carpet protector also. This company arrives on time and is most professional. They wear protective coverings on their shoes and always leave you a bottle of spot cleaner and a copy of the work performed. Wouldn't use anyone else and recommend them very highly. You won't be disappointed. I had a couch and chair cleaned last year and was very pleased with the result.

The team arrived on time with all the proper equipment to clean and protect our carpets in our home. They did an excellent on the homes very old and very dirty carpets. They were always positive about the cleaning.

My husband was home to take care of most of the details, but I was pleased with the amount of communication with Absolute from my standpoint. Jason came out and provided an initial measurement and several carpet sample boxes. Jason left us with different levels of carpet quality and pricing and went over with my husband what his recommended course of action was. We were allowed to keep the carpet samples for about two weeks while we made a decision between other companies. Once we decided to go with Absolute, Jason returned to our townhouse and we discussed the best color and carpet with him for what we needed. There was no pressure to go with a higher quality carpet and we ended up deciding on the middle level carpet. Jason actually worked around the chosen colors and the square footage to make sure we had the best use of the carpet and didn't have to pay for extra carpeting. The carpet was ordered promptly, but since we had more snow, the shipment was put on hold for the bad weather and we had to reschedule the installation, but it turned out fine. The installation team came and it was done within 6-7 hours, two guys who really didn't take much of a break. After the carpet was installed and we moved the furniture back into the rooms, our light carpet had an odd staining on it near the door frame. We weren't sure where it had come from initially (turns out it was the metal from the door frame hinges), but since Absolute guaranteed their carpeting, they came out the following weekend to clean the spot without charge. Very happy with the service and installation and would use them again.

The cleaning team called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and inspected and measured the areas to be serviced to provide a price. They explained that I could have a basic service or one that included adding carpet protection. I selected the service I wanted and the team went right to work. I really liked the fact that the workers wore protective coverings on their boots while inside my home. They cleaned the areas I selected, placed coverings underneath the legs of items that may create stains on wet carpet, and did not damage anything. Once they were finished I inspected their work and was not surprised that my carpets looked great. I have used Absolute before and were very impressed with their service. This is why I chose them again. The price I was quoted before they began was the price I was charged. No additional "fees" were added. The team was friendly and professional, the work was great, and the price was very reasonable. All in all a great job by a company that still understands the meaning of great customer service.
