I contacted Absolute because they came highly recommended by my next door neighbors and also based on Angie's List reviews. I explained that there were several stains based on vomit from a sick cat and they discussed the difficulty that is often involved with this type of stain. I arranged for service anyway to see what could be done. I was disappointed with the outcome and some stains actually looked worse after cleaning. I contacted the office the following business day to advise them of my disappointment and they asked to return and retreat the stubborn stains - I agreed. The majority of stains were removed during the second visit. The staff of this company are exceptional and I have no complaints with any of the folks I came in contact with. However, I was frustrated at having to schedule a second visit to get the results I had hoped for during the first visit. They are an expensive company and I don't have time to schedule multiple visits for carpet cleaning.

On time and did an excellent job. They got stains out oh the carpet that I never thought would never come out. Highly recommend.

Wonderful company that I have used before and will use again. Got an Angie's List coupon for 3 rooms for $199. They did three rooms PLUS a spot stain removal (blue nail polish, of all things) in another room, for the coupon. I asked that they come early in the estimated window, and they did. All work was completed in 45 minutes-they did an amazing job. Excellent company-thank you!

My appt was first thing in the morning and the weather was very bad that morning. They called to tell me that they would be very late because of the weather, but I could reschedule if I preferred. I told them I was OK with whenever they could get here. They kept me apprised of their estimated arrival time. Once here they explained what they would do and what I could expect. The staff was extremely professional and thorough. The carpets looked great when they left.

They were great. They offered to come back if you do a full carpet cleaning. We did have them come back. They came back at no charge, which I thought was great. They did a great job. They even did the tile. I think the price was reasonable.

These guys are amazing! We used them several times to clean carpets in our Alexandria townhouse -- and always looked great. The carpet itself was not very good quality Berber - something the last homeowner put in very inexpensively -- and we let get rather bad looking, thinking we would replace it with hardwood. But when we decided to move instead -- we opted to clean the carpets for the home showing, and Absolute got some pretty horrific looking stairs very clean -- perfect for the open house. Very impressed and definitely recommend!

I have used Absolute Carpet for years and encourage all of my friends to use them. In my opinion, there is no one better in the Northern Virginia area.

From the first contact with Absolute Carpet Care, they were pleasant, helpful, called and arrived when they said they would, followed up after service. Even though I only paid for "traffic area" cleaning, they moved most pieces of furniture, put Styrofoam or plastic pieces under pieces after cleaning, and were careful with everything. I had one bedroom in which an elderly cat had sprayed a while ago. I had treated myself with enzyme cleaners both on and under the carpet but there was a residual odor. They carefully explained that cleaning (i.e., wetting) the carpet might make any odor worse, but in fact they were able to remove just about all residual odor. All previous stains throughout the house came up. I was very pleased with their customer service and their cleaning and will certainly use again, and recommend to others.

I called this provider as I needed someone to replace carpet padding due to water damage by Weds. evening of this week. Even though Absolute Carpet did not install the carpet originally, I was really awed by their response. They said they would get someone out the same day for an estimate and would fix it by Weds. In the meantime, our original installer who had said they couldn't get someone here before Weds. came through and said they could fix it today. As a result, we cancelled the estimate with Absolute Carpet but appreciate their willingness to help us in a short period of time. Thank you, Absolute Carpet.

The carpets looked like new after they were done. Frankly, I was quite surprised. It didn't come cheap however. They were very expensive.

The workers came on time, called ahead 30 minutes was pleasant and responsible with equipment. Protected the furniture and cleaned the carpet thoroughly and quickly.

Absolute Carpet Care always do a good job. I like them and I give them high marks. I thought the price was very reasonable. I have used them many times in the past.

Arrived promptly - courteous - careful with furniture. We have only used Absolute carpet care for several years. The Angie's coupon was only for new customers. Returning customers should be included. The representative did make an adjustment.

I have been using Absolute Carpet for several years and each and every experience has been wonderful. The gentlemen that did the cleaning (Terrell and Phil) were fabulous. They were courteous, hard-working and a simple delight to deal with. They are excellent representatives of Absolute and I would strongly encourage anyone needing their carpets or furniture cleaned to ask for them by name. In addition, Darrell and Jason came by to pick up two area rugs for a minimal additional fee. There just plain isn't enough room on the page to express the appropriate accolades for these gentlemen. Their professionalism knows no bounds and I feel like they're part of the family! I would STRONGLY and COMPLETELY recommend Absolute Carpet Care, Inc. for all of your cleaning needs. I know I will never use any other company but them.

Absolute Carpet Care is very detailed. One of the guys came and worked all the way up almost 10 o'clock at night. Within just one day, they were able to cut out my drywall and then replace everything and repainted it. It's like it had never been touched. I was very impressed. They knew how to cut up a wall, it was I guess a pretty standard treatment of water damage. I would use them again.

The actual service went very well. There was a communication issue regarding the price of the service. I was a little frustrated, but it worked out, and I was very satisified with their work, and professionalism.

They were great. We used them several times and each time they were punctual, reliable and our carpets look great. They called in advance to give us a window of time for when they would arrive and called 30 minutes before to let us know they were on their way. After their services, they called for feedback and to make sure everything had gone well. We were more than satisfied with their carpet cleaning and also with the other services (carpet stretching) that they performed. We'd be happy to use them again in the future.

They responded to our needs sooner than any other company we called. With a flooded basement in need of water extraction this is key.
