Very fast scheduling and the crew were efficient, thorough, and very careful. We are very picky customers and my wife was very pleased with the service!

The technician could not accommodate stretching request at appointment time (did not convey this during scheduling.) The voucher items were not completed per our request, because the technician scheduling terms were unacceptable for our timeline (technician did not come prepared to stretch the carpet.) The technician only cleaned carpet in one room, plus 9 stairs per our request. We have to separately pay Absolute Carpet Care $199, since the voucher could not be honored, therefore we are requesting a refund for the $249

I have just used them this one time. They completed everything just as expected. My experience with them was good.

They do a pretty good job but the price was high. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine and not an issue.

The team arrived later than I expected, probably last call for the day. They worked very hard, and with amazing energy and efficiency. I could tell they wanted to get the job finished. All the elements of service that I checked were A but I felt that I could've done about the same level of cleaning with a rug cleaner from the supermarket. But I was glad I didn't have to labor over the project myself or rent equipment. That's the best part--the opportunity cost. With the time it saved having someone professional do the job, and the peace of mind that the most used areas of the carpet were fresh and clean before house guests arrived, I could use the time to relax. Money well spent!

It went better than I had hoped for. Both men were professional & friendly. Explained what they were going to do and did an exceptional job.

It went well. My chairs, area carpet and rug in basement on the stairs look great!! They cleaned all this in under 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Crew of 2 came on time, got right to work and finished in 2 hours. Floors were protected where necessary and all was cleaned up in the end. They even moved one piece of furniture back in place upon request.

The gentleman who cleaned the bathroom tiles worked hard. I expected him to clean the shower doors and metal fixtures, etc. in the shower where soap film had accumulated. He did not. It was not a complete job and it was not worth the price. I asked for suggestions on how to keep the tiles clean and he had none. He had no suggestions on how to clean the shower doors. When he was finished he did not return things to their original place, items moved to accommodate the cleaning. Very narrow focus on what they do rather than thinking in terms of the total job. It was like dusting a table top but not removing the lamp to dust under it or dusting the lamp itself. I found it necessary to finish the job myself and that was not how I planned to spend my weekend. This gentleman was the crew lead. He was intent on trying to sell me additional services rather than being focused on the job at hand. He was interested in selling versus carpet cleaning. This was a 2 man team. I wasn't observing the other gentleman who cleaned the carpet. It looked good when he finished, dirty areas appeared clean. I was alerted it would still be damp that day and would dry completely over the course of the day. But the next morning (Saturday) when I entered the family room all I could smell was MOLD. It was overwhelming. I tried to call their office and was only successful in leaving a message on an emergency line. The carpet pad had been soaked and became the source of the mold. Carpet had been cleaned by other services before but not with this result. Someone from the office returned my call later in the morning. There was a crew in the area that stopped by, tested for dampness, and left a carpet blower that I used over the entire weekend. In addition I opened the sliding glass door to allow ventilation. Between the two, the room was very cold. I was required to move the blower (quite heavy) around every 2 hours so every area would benefit from it. By Monday morning most of the odor had gone. I appreciate the promptness of the crew that left the carpet blower. But I can't say I would trust this firm to clean my carpet again. It appears the incentive to make more money by selling additional services became a distraction and the training was inadequate for carpet cleaning. Rather than taking the job for which they were hired for granted, they should have focused on it versus trying to make commissions on other cleaning services. I would probably have rated this entire review lower than I did had it not been for the responsiveness of the second crew that brought the carpet blower.

Horrible! Do not use this service. They take no responsibility. They do not give individualized service. They take advantage of people and exploit a situation instead of doing the right thing. My home is under contract and past appraisal and inspections. Our carpet was fine and then we had a big spill in the dining room. It covers a large area of the carpet. I called this company and they came out. They tried to clean and failed to remove the stain. Most of the area is still discolored. What happened next is why you should not use this company. They failed to recognize their part in this in any way. Additionally, they failed to recognize my situation as a home seller. I am now in a position where I have to pay to replace this carpet before the sale of my home. I take full responsibility for the spill and will pay to replace the carpet without question. However, this service refuses to take responsibility for their part. They could at least see how charging me full price is wrong. No apologies were offered. No acknowledgement of the situation I am in. Not even a 10% obligatory discount was offered. I should have known by the stock email they send regarding cleaning. They send one, extremely long email that must cover all types of clients and all types of services. It also covers pre-sales, inspections, and actual service days. It is an offense to my time as a consumer to have to read through all of the material for just a carpet cleaning. My suggestion. If, as a company, you do not have the information technology to provide notices that matter to your clients, then train your sales people and technicians to understand their particular clients and verbally communicate what is important to them. What's more they sent their "Pre & Post Cleaning Instructions" after the service was rendered, but not before. They must not even consider their own instructions as that critical. So why waste my time in having me read through all of it. Their failure to provide individualized service was also apparent by the stock email I received from the Vice President/Owner Marcus Krohn. Instead of responding to my particular grievance Mr. Krohn provided a set of standard excuses to why stains might not be completely removed. Reasonable people understand that not all stains can be removed. It is the lack of empathy to my particular situation that drives me away as a client. As a home owner and provider for my family, I was unable to attend the cleaning. Had I even known that the cleaning was going to take place, perhaps I would have changed my schedule to attend. Rather, I was under the impression that it was going to be just an assessment and estimate. Instead, I was not present. The person who was home was not a native English speaker, was not current on American norms of commerce, and certainly not savvy enough to deal with a salesperson who saw an opportunity to make a buck. Therefore, the service was done without due consideration to the possibility of failure and the ramifications that said failure would produce (vis a vis paying for a carpet to be cleaned that would have to be replaced anyway). These people have no honor.

I HAVE BEEN USING ABSOLUTE FOR YEARS. MY DOG ROUTINELY TRASHES THIS CARPET AREA AND HAS BEEN SICK LATELY WHICH MAKES IT WORSE. THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS MANAGED TO GET THE CARPET LOOKING GREAT AGAIN. THEY ALSO REMOVE THE ODORS. ANOTHER GREAT JOB!

They arrived at the appointed time for the estimate and for the actual carpet cleaning. Nelson and Otto put down covers for the hardwood floors they walked across and corner production for where the cleaning hoses went. They were quick and were able to get out some major stains. I was very happy with the work, their punctuality and the price. Nelson explained what was done in each area and worked extra hard to get out some heavy dirt in high traffic areas. 'll use them again in the future.

They were the best carpet cleaners that we ever used, and I will use them all of the time in the future. The people who came to give us an estimate before the cleaning were very professional and helpful, as were the men who did the cleaning.

Estimate was given and service provided quickly in a friendly manner and they did everything they said they would and quicker than I even expected the work was set-up/scheduled and completed.

I called Absolute Carpet Care and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the same week. Darryl and his associate arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided an estimate for just the square footage we were having cleaned. It was a pleasant surprise to not be charged for areas under large furniture items that weren't going to be moved. Luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning for the following day (Saturday). Marcus provided outstanding customer service by keeping me informed with projected arrival time (both for the estimate and carpet cleaning appointment). David and Lito arrived and made quick work of the carpet cleaning with amazing results. They were in and out in less than 1 hour. I was thrilled to see 10 years of dirt disappear before my eyes. They worked extra h****** the stubborn dirt on the stairs and even removed a rust stain I didn't think would budge - all included in the estimate. I wish I had called them sooner. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. Fantastic job!

They call 1/2 hour before they got to the house. They explained everything. Very polite. Very professional. Everything was done in 1 hour. Carpets look clean.

Absolute has been cleaning our carpets for year and has always done a wonderful job. We had a special occasion come up and with very little notice they were able to get us in the schedule and take care of everything perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!!

I was referred by a coworker who said her mom had been using Absolute for over 20 years. I can see why. It was easy to schedule, they were fairly priced and they were able to schedule me very quickly for a Saturday morning appointment. I got a confirmation email with all of their information and tips a few days before. They called to confirm the day before my appointment and 30 minutes before they arrived. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The carpet looks 1,000 times better. They even got stains out that I didn't think they'd be able to get out. They were great.

Excellent job, but accidentally over-charged. That was fixed right away.
