I picked up small things and lamps. They moved everything else. They were very polite and did their work easily and sprayed larger soiled areas and then cleaned.

The were great! Communication was EXCELLENT, they were very punctual and proactive, and the cleaning job itself was excellent! My carpet looks brand new. The techs were very nice and friendly and we felt comfortable with them in our home. The only caution was that we had a little trouble with understanding how the deal we purchased was a deal, but a quick call to HQ corrected the math error by our tech, so all is well. Cannot recommend highly enough, though I do feel that the price is a bit high; however, you do get what you pay for, in my experience.

The company gave us a 4hr window but showed up within 15 minutes of the earliest time! Gave a fair estimate and completed work on time.

They called when on the way. Arrived on time, covered the floors not being cleaning. Did a great job cleaning, raking & deodorizing!

We were not overly impressed. They showed up promptly, worked quickly. We moved into a house that had lot of pet stains and they told us they would not come out which we understood. Not long after we used them we used a basic spot cleaner and the water that came out of the carpet was disgusting and you would have never guessed the carpets were cleaned.

It was fine. I would recommend them. A little expensive on the stretching but the cleaning price was really good.

They were good. It was a fair price and I thought I got a good deal. They are timely and professional.

It was awful. They put so much water on the carpet that I had to call the office on a Saturday. There was so much water that we couldn't use the room for the entire weekend and it created mold. They brought a heater and a fan to try to dry the carpet. They also were supposed to be cleaning the grout in the bathroom. They took the finish off the tiles. I'm having the floor replaced. And the job in the bathtub was so bad that I spent the rest of the day trying to clean up after what they did.

Stains all gone. They are always a pleasure, from the fellow who answers the phone to the technicians.

Great. 2 men came and did the work. First, cleaned all around the edge & then, remaining carpet.

Arrived early, did a great job, and finished promptly.
