Very nice man....did a good job...was a little expensive for the short time he needed for the job.

Jeff is very dependable; they do an assessment and provide a fair estimate for the work; they were willing to move furniture; vacuumed after power stretching and repairing carpet; the result was excellent! No more wrinkles or bulges. Very pleased with the outcome!

Promised us that they would not damage new paint when installing carpet in two rooms and would be very careful when we questioned their time frame for installation. Contractor recommended waiting for paint to cure. Not only did we have to pay contractor $100 to fix damaged walls, chair rail and floor molding paint, but they bothered the painters so much to help move furniture that the painters complained to us for time lost painting while assisting Jeff and Nathan. Decent price and nice guys but problematic.

We had worried for y ears about the horrible carpet ridges that had developed in three large rooms upstairs. Finally, we were afraid someone would trip in the dark and hurt themselves. Our carpet is very thick and "Berber-like," but they were able to repair quite a few major ridges in three large rooms in one day, including one very large problem directly under a professional size pool table and more that were near a treadmill and a Bowflex machine. They also had to move a lot of major furniture and put it back. It sure looked like a major job to us! But they worked steadily and got it all done with a written guarantee they would return if the problems resurfaced. We are extremely pleased and relieved! So happy we found them on HomeAdvisor.

They called me to asked if they could early, I said that great. They were very friendly and polite and very efficient. I was delighted. I would recomment them to anyone.

He was not great about follow up to confirm the appointment, forgot what he was coming to do, was late to the appointment (he did let me know he was going to be late) and did an ok job with my carpet repair. Super nice guy, but I would not hire him again.
