Carpet Specialist

True Craftsman. I thought workmanship of this caliber was a thing of the past. These two re-installed vinyl tiles that looked like a nightmare from a previous installer. My foyer , hallway and kitchen looks like I imaged it would when I first selected the vinyl tiles. They also recognized a defect in the product and went so far as to talk to the store representative and tech support to resolve this issue with the products on my behalf. Hiring them to do my new carpeting in the upstairs area of my home. Kind, Consideration and best of all very professional.

great results and reasonable price

The two men stretched my rippling carpet (which had been badly installed just a year and a half ago) and put a different pad under it--voila! A great improvement. I have no idea how they did it without creating gaps, but they did. Very professional.

He was prompt and on tim e, completed the work, but I thought was a little pricy. But given the fact that He had to come from the south side to the west end, He made it up in fuel.

Jeff contacted me promptly, we made a plan and it was executed as promised with excellent quality of work. It took about as long as estimated and the bumps in my carpet were fixed.

Jeff responded to my call before I was able to log-off the computer! From our initial conversation to completion of the job, less than two hours! This really got me out of a jam and I can not thank Jeff enough, especially during the holiday season, I did not expect this type of response.

He came out to my house 1 hour after I spoke with him -- I was very limited in my availability and he worked around my schedule. I was very surprised (and thrilled) when he said "Would you like me to come right now?"........not used to that kind of customer service. He stretched my carpet and restored it to original condition.....EXTREMELY PLEASED with the result. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

The Carpet Specialist responded immediately to my inquiry which was very impressive. His work was great and his personality was exceptional. I plan to have him come back and do more work in a few months. He is a little costly compared to others but it is probably due to is 35 years of experience.
