Jeff came to restretch several areas in our home where the carpet had bubbled. As he entered the home, he noticed some gaps in our wood flooring, which has been another issue we needed to worry about at some point. He offered to fix it at a price that was incredibly reasonable. He stretched the carpets as we had intended, and he also took care of some pops/creaks we had in the floor. He was pleasant and fast. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do for us. That's the kind of guy I want to work for me (and you)

When Jeff came to stretch our old master br carpet he noticed beautiful hardwood floors underneath. He called to let us know and asked if we'd prefer to remove the old carpet show the house with the hardwood floor. What a wonderful job Jeff! The floor and trim all look fantastic! Water damage to floor. Jeff brought samples on his first visit.. Matching flooring had been discontinued. Through contacting dealers, he was able to find matching discontinued flooring in a warehouse in Va. Beach. I am a senior and had surgery so was unable to get out to look at flooring. He did all the research for me and "went the extra mile". The cost was reasonable and was done to perfection. I would hire him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Jeff was hired to repair some squeaky flooring underneath a carpeted floor and then re-stretch the carpet. Jeff was easy to communicate the scheduling of this work. He arrived a little early which is great for me. He presented himself as a professional and with good customer service. I showed him the area; he had an idea what needed to be done and went to work. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe and I was very pleased. His cost was reasonable, too. I would hire him again "and" recommend him to my family and friends for their carpet or flooring jobs.

I hired Jeff to install a carpet runner on my stairs. He did very high quality work, the runner is perfectly centered, padded lightly on the treads, and tight as a drum to the shape of the stairs. I couldn't be more pleased. He was friendly and prompt, and charged a fair price.
