Jeff is one of the old school professions that seem to be lacking with the newer generation. He was on time, professional and the quality of his work was outstanding.

I purchased a home where the sellers covered the fireplace keyhole with carpet. I contacted Carpet Specialist and informed them of my odd job I wished to do (pulling back the carpet, finding the keyhole, then laying the carpet back in). Jeff with Carpet Specialist contacted me, fit me into his schedule, and contacted me on the best time to arrive (even arriving early). Within 5 minutes he pulled back the smallest section of carpet possible, found the keyhole, cut it out, installed it properly, and re-set the carpet as it should have been done all along. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and the finished product of his work. I only wish I had called sooner!
