Description of Work: They added a Roku device to my system and programmed a universal remote control for several devices to work with the TV. They were professional and patient with their instructions and explanations. there were several followup calls to be sure we were satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: WSC installed a home theater system that included mounting the living room TV, in-wall speakers, and an outdoor TV with speakers. We had to wait for components to be shipped, and some had to be reordered because of color. I was charged $220 over the quote because of a missing cable that was needed. (Chris is supposed to be getting back to me on this.) The remote does not work as well as we would like. It isn't as responsive as it should be. Overall, we are still very pleased.

Tone 2 speakershe majority of the work involved analysis oI've f an issue I was experiencing with my outdoor/zone 2 speakers. The techs also installed some new audio/visua equipment. I was overall very pleased with their work. My only concern was the defference/increase in cost o ver that which the owner had given me the day or two previously. I've heard of cost over runs, however some three hundred dollars more/// In conclusion I was pleased with the work, I would just suggest that the the cost projection become more reliable...

Description of Work: I bought the 200.00 install but after speaking with Chris, bought a new TV and that that insatlled as well as the other wall mount. System is beautiful. No wires anywhere, Very happy

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal of $149 for a big TV flat wall mount and was going to buy a TV at Best Buy. Chris at WSC met Best Buys price so I bought it and a Sony 3D Blu-Ray player too. The WSC guys installed everything in a couple of hours including wiring in a WII that we had in the box since Christmas 2012. | |Very prompt, professional service that we liked so well that we had them come back a month later to remove the flat mount and install a movable mount.

Description of Work: WSC Home Audio Video installed a home theatre system for us. The main focus of the job was installed speakers for surround sound in the family room, and hooking up a wireless system so the audio could be used throughout the house. The owner, Chris, was really friendly and helpful. If we had any issues arise with the system, he would come promptly and resolve the problem. I would highly recommend his company to others!
