The end product is great. There was a great deal of confusion and miscommunication between the workmen and the programmer, so the project took twice the time we expected.

Chris did a great job on my install. Even sent a pic showing the tv was perfectly level...nice little attention to detail. My inquiry was responded to within hours; I had a quote within a day; and my work was scheduled and completed within another day. Total of 3 days at a reasonable price and with zero complaints...awesome service!

I had a rats nest of a/v wiring over my fire place mounted tv. WSC cleaned up everything to where no wires were exposed. A/V systems working perfectly. It took a total of three days from the time Chris came out to my home for an estimate until the techs finished the job. Exceeded my expectations.

They were very helpful in resolving a problem I created, and rigged things so I wouldn't make the same mistake again. They did a fantastic job concealing all of the cords to my TV that were such an eyesore. It took them very little time. They were also super helpful in educating me in the process. I highly recommend WSC.

It was a small job but they still worked me in on short notice. After the tech called to say he would be late due to complications at his current work site the owner surprised us by showing up to get a start on my job. I was impressed which isnât easy to do.

They determined what the problem was and advised me what I needed to purchase to resolve the problem. They performed a preliminary set up so when my replacement device arrived, I would be able to install it quickly and easily. They took away the old device to dispose of it responsibly. A very pleasant experience.

Installer took time to do an excellent job. He explained how to use the movable mount, made sure the system was in good working condition (TV working & use of remote control), and loaded Netflix and programs for us on our new TV (we're elderly and it saved us from trying to figure it out).
