Parker Electric

Mr. Parker came to my home to "fix" my kitchen light. The ballast was old and needed replacing. He went to a local hardware store to find a new ballast that would burn better bulbs. He was very professional, prompt and reasonable. While he was here he also checked on a couple of outlets that had not been working right. I definitely would use him again, in a heartbeat! I'm just sorry this review was so long In The making...

Had a three way switch that was installed in-correctly. Problem was located very quickly and corrected.

INStalled two outdoor second story spotlights.

Mr. Parker was very personable and professional.

This was my first Anglie's list experience and I must say WOW. Our experience was outstanding with Jason from Parker Electri. He was down to earth and gave expert advice and made you think outside the box. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking and I will be using him again in the next few months.

Jason Parker s a great person, and a wonderful electrician. I sincerely appreciate his knowledge base/experience that he puts to use as well as his willingness to offer solutions to problems that I have. He thought about getting the job done right and not just about getting a the job done from the moment he arrived. Hire this man. I will be happy to call him back when I need him...and that will be soon.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. I liked the ease of being able to purchase the coupon online to purchase the service which was nice. Their business as a whole was very good and professional. They did really good work. I was pleased all around. I talked to the dispatcher which I believe was the wife of the electrician and she was very, very nice and had excellent customer service. I felt like I was going to be taken care of after talking to her and we were. I went over the amount of the deal and I saved $50 by buying the coupon.

As above - but as for the details I will not elaborate. My outside steps were wet and slippery - but true to his nature he laughed it off and kept on going!

He took a small break to run to a local store for supplies, otherwise, he worked the entire six hours he was at our house. I had a list, and it kept growing as he worked, so everything was not completed;however, this was not his fault. I was completely satisfied with both visits Jason made. The first visit was an Angie's list deal. I would recommend him without reservation, and he would be the first person I would call should there be a need.

This was my second time using Parker Electric (Jason) for electrical work. He is great at what he does and works very quickly to make sure he is utilizing his time efficiently. However, the first time he did work for me we probably were chatting for a third of the time, but most likely because I was asking him so many questions about my house :) Did the Angie's List deal for $100 for 2 hours of labor and parts were $90. Fair price. Meagan is awesome at scheduling and is VERY friendly. If I can't reach her the first time, she always calls back immediately. Overall a great local company!!! I'm definitely going to use them again when I have more work to be done. Ask Jason about his possum story.. haha

Very nice man Very nice office The light fixtures were hung with the screws and nuts out rather the covered up in the base of the fixture. An inch and a half of screw protrudes from the base and the finishing nut is at the tip. Lots of gunky white caulk finished the job. I will have to pay someone rehang them(properly) after the holidays.

Very professional staff on the phone to set up the appointment and to discuss projects, Jason was early and finished well before my allotted time needed to do the job. Jason had a great idea on how to put a light in an area that had no light (our pantry). He was willing to explain things to me as he worked so I could learn as he went. He also had some great ideas for future projects in our master bedroom and kitchen for lighting. Will use again!

Everything went better than expected. Mr. Parker was very knowledgeable and helped us avoid some big problems with our circuits. His installation of fans/lights was quick and neatly done. We found him through Angie's list, and we are so happy that we did! Additional note: His receptionist is very nice and knowledgeable also...found out it is Mr. Parker's wife...they make a great team!

He showed up early. Had to go back for some parts because my electrical box is quite outdated, but arrived back shortly and got to work. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He is dog friendly and even had my old golden retriever as an assistant for a while. He did a great job and I will definitely call Parker Electric the next time I need electrical work done.

Very well! Friendly, helpful and professional. All dos -- no don'ts. Provided equipment required for repairs. Will certainly request more help from Parker Electrical if needed. Both Mr. and Mrs. Parker were very nice and pleasant. Cost was very reasonable - $17 (for equipment) + $100 (original charge).

There were additional electrical jobs that needed doing and he took the time to review what needed to be done and gave me advice. He is obviously a very experienced electrician and confident in troubleshooting my complex electrical wiring. He worked fast, was tidy with clean-up afterwards and appeared knowledgeable with every aspect of the job. I will be asking him to install/replace two outside sensor lights as well as follow-up on another electrical problem. He is a very open, humorous and easy person to have working in the house! Yes, I will definitely be using him for future electrical work.

Both Jason and Megan were professional and awesome to work with. Megan was pleasant and responsive in scheduling the work and Jason showed up on time, calling me to let me know he was en route. The lighting installation was a bit tricky due to the lights I'd purchased and the layout of my kitchen, but Jason knocked out the job in no time. He's an extremely nice guy and clean worker, who obviously knows his trade well. I'm quite pleased with the results – the new lights look fantastic. He also gave me a very reasonable quote to install recessed lighting in the kitchen and I'm going to have them do this work very soon.

They contacted me. Jason and Megan were great. Came when they said they would. Called before they got there. It was for 2 hours. Total time was 2 hours and 15 minutes and they didn't charge extra.

Electrician was on time, was efficient and friendly. Liked the Angie ad which prepaid for a certain amount of time and the electrician tried to meet the time schedule. It helps to have most of your needs on hand and a concise way to have the work done.0

The total experience was great. Parker Electric is responsive with solid customer service. Jason Parker shows up at the scheduled time and does the work at a steady pace. He is a seasoned, competent electrician who gets the job done. His prices are very reasonable. I've used Parker Electric twice and will use them again should the need arise.
