Description of Work: Lowe's installed a new laminate floor in our kitchen. They came out to detail an estimate. We had to purchase the supplies and get them to our house on our own. We were not told that delivery of supplies would cost an extra $60. Work was completed in one day. Installer was very professional and did an excellent job. He gave us tips about why it was installed a certain way. He had the proper tools, which we would not have had if we had done the job ourselves. While labor was more than twice the cost of supplies, we were glad that we paid to have the floor installed. It was well worth the money.

I have not had a single problem with the opener since they installed it. I would never mind calling them back. Not only was the work great, but so was the pricing.

They were very good about cleaning up everything very well. We have not had to call them back for anything and I was happy with the quality.

+ 0 moreWe had used Lowe's for other projects, and they had performed well, so this was just a continuation of that. When we went to select the flooring, the sales people were very patient while went back and forth trying to decide. The installation crew was equally professional, and finished in just two days. They took all of the old flooring to the dump for us, as well.
Description of Work: Lowe's installed vinyl flooring in two rooms and carpeting in three other rooms. All existing flooring had to be removed prior to installation.

+ -1 moreThey came to fit and measure the windows one day and came back another day to put the windows in. They did a nice job on my windows and they keep the heat in and the noise out. They had competitive prices and high quality windows. The only problem I had was with the scheduling because they couldn t come when I wanted them to.
Description of Work: They installed 7 new double pane windows plus 2 windows in a couple of doors for me.

+ -1 moreThis job was a problem from the start. We had a disagreement about the price to begin with. They tried to charge us one thousand more than we were quoted. Then there were two windows that had the wrong panes installed. They came back to replace the panes, but arrived with the wrong ones again. They said they have ordered the right ones, but they have not been back. That was fifteen months ago, and we have given up hope of ever getting the right ones installed.
Description of Work: Lowe's installed twelve double paned windows in our house.

+ -1 moreLowes removed and replaced the door frame. I really didn t like the frame work they did on that. We had to replace the doorknob lock on the storm door, but that was a manufacturer defect. They did make it right with us. Other than that, I liked the job done. I don't know if I would use this company again or not.
