Description of Work: Lowe's installed a new laminate floor in our kitchen. They came out to detail an estimate. We had to purchase the supplies and get them to our house on our own. We were not told that delivery of supplies would cost an extra $60. Work was completed in one day. Installer was very professional and did an excellent job. He gave us tips about why it was installed a certain way. He had the proper tools, which we would not have had if we had done the job ourselves. While labor was more than twice the cost of supplies, we were glad that we paid to have the floor installed. It was well worth the money.

+ -1 moreThey crew who came out were just wonderful people. They were so friendly and polite. They got right to work and the sliding door opened and closed smoothly. They cleaned up everything. I ve used Lowes for a lot of home improvements.
Description of Work: They took out the old sliding glass door in our sunroom and installed a new one. They hauled away the old door.

+ -1 moreLowes workers that put up this vinyl fence did an excellent job. We use to have all kinds of problems with the wood fence we had up. This fence was easy maintenance and easy to clean. We were very satisfied with them and have not had any problems with the new fence.
Description of Work: They put up a vinyl fence around our front yard. The fence was 4 foot high and approximately 150 feet long.

+ -1 moreLowes subcontracted this job to Perez Enterprises. They were real disrespectful to our nanny. They demanded more money that was not in our contract, and I was very displeased with their services. I would never use this subcontracting company again. They were very unprofessional. They did a poor job cleaning up. The only good thing that came out of this was that we didn t have to have a service call. We did not have a problem with Lowes at all, it was just the subcontractor.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job of cutting the carpet. The corners and wall lines fit great; I cannot even see any seams. They have very good skills and are hard working. There were no tacks to be seen at all. They were polite and very respectful. They also hauled away all the old carpet. I have used Lowes a lot.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough about the job they did, absolutely beautiful. They are very knowledgeable and every line and corner is a perfect fit. The grout is smooth and easy to clean. They were trustworthy people to have in hour home, very fast and polite.

+ -1 moreThis was not too big of a job for Lowe's to do. They are a very reliable company and I have used them in the past for many different things. Their pricing has always been great with me. I never have any complaints. I think all they really had to do was some sanding. Whatever it was, they fixed it and it is now fine. I enjoyed their company and also their professionalism.
Description of Work: Lowe's repaired my front door that had been cracking on the side.

+ -1 moreI waited a long time to find the perfect door and I found it at Lowes. It is perfect as it matches the rest of my doors. It is a brown Pella door. They came out right when they were supposed to. They stuck to the price that they had originally quoted me. I really liked the fact that they hauled away my old door as that is one less worry for me.

+ -1 moreWe were happy with the attention for small details they had. The tiling was perfectly straight all around the kitchen. We would definitely recommend Lowes to anyone. Their work was truly artistic and their prices were very good.

+ -1 moreThis job was a problem from the start. We had a disagreement about the price to begin with. They tried to charge us one thousand more than we were quoted. Then there were two windows that had the wrong panes installed. They came back to replace the panes, but arrived with the wrong ones again. They said they have ordered the right ones, but they have not been back. That was fifteen months ago, and we have given up hope of ever getting the right ones installed.
Description of Work: Lowe's installed twelve double paned windows in our house.
