Fantastic, they were very punctual and did awesome work.

They were on time and did a great job.

It was a good experience, but I have not done any hiring on that project. Even though I did not hire them I was confident in the gentleman who had come out and I was impressed with the experience they had.

The technician showed up to evaluate the work needed. Said they would email a quote. Two weeks later, we contacted the company and were told that the technician did not turn in the notes he had taken but that she would get then information and we could expect a quote soon. Now it has been 6 weeks and there has still been no contact. We have not received an estimate via email or phone.

When Paul initially came out it was for the 2 bedrooms ceiling. I found him extremely polite, professional and very personable. I felt his pricing was very fair and after he took a look at my ceilings and determined what needed to be done I hired him for the job. And he was here when he said he would be here. I think his crew did a great job on the sanding and his painter did a great job on painting and once done it looked beautiful! So when my kitchen renovations started, we had to knock several holes in the ceiling and the walls as major work was done. When that was completed Paul brought in his crew to repair all the holes, put up new drywall from the flood damage and sand and repair everything. Again they did a great job. Then when all was done he brought in Cindy his painter and she painted the rest of the house including all the woodwork, doors and Windows. Let me say that it looks beautiful and Paul and his entire crew did a fabulous job. I'm very happy with Castle Drywall and if I ever move and need drywall or ceilings repaired or painted Castle Drywall is in my phone. I am extremely pleased with their work, and their professionalism. If you are looking for drywall, repairs or a painter look no further Castle Drywall is your company to call! Paul went above and beyond to make sure that the repairs would be exactly what I needed to put up the new trim. The work quality was excellent and the walls were left smooth and ready for painting. What impressed me the most was how clean they tried to be during the process. There was very little dust and everything was picked up when the job was done. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a good drywall contractor and will be using them in the future as we continue our renovations.

I was nervous about being able to tell where the ceiling had been patched but you honestly cannot tell the difference. The worker was punctual, professional and completely respectful of my home while doing the repair. I am completely satisfied with the final results and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went well. Castle Drywall was able to give me a same day estimate. After that, they promptly started work. The ceiling looks great and the final price was on track with the estimate. The work was done prompty and looks great. I would recommend them as well as hire them again for future needs. I have attached a picture which shows the before and after of the work (but before it was painted the next day).

I called set up and appointment for an estimate. Paul comes out looks at my repairs on a Friday. On Monday I got the estimate and Tuesday they came and completed work. The young man who came out was very presentable and completely prepared to start the job. I ran him through what needed to be done and left him to his work. It was easy and painless. When he was done I did a walk through and am very happy with the job. More importantly he cleaned up after himself and I didn't have to do anything after he left!! I will absolutely call this company again and will recommend them- they were very easy to work with.

The work went well overall, though the price seemed high for the amount of work that was done. At first review, there were a couple of places where the old plaster was not properly removed when the mud work was first done. At our request, the painter of the crew (who came by the second day) chipped it out and made it look great.

The workmanship and professionalism of Castle Drywall & Plaster was excellent. The work was done as specified and at a fair price. We are very pleased and glad we chose them to complete the work.

Paul and his team did a great job and the room looks wonderful. Paul was very concerned that we were happy with the work and wanted to be sure that we would be pleased with the end result. Cindy, his painter, did an excellent job as well and also went "above and beyond" to make sure that the work was done professionally. We thought it was interesting that Paul actually took time to look around the yard for any trash his workers may have left, which we thought was very polite of him.

Paul was quick to respond and his estimate was timely and very detailed. He was friendly and professional. His estimate was thorough and I really wanted him to do the work. I could see he'd do a excellent job. I did not go with Castle Drywall & Plaster simply because we had some serious budget restrictions. His price was on the high end of reasonable but we were very limited. I decided to write this review because I had a positive experience with this company, even though we did not go with them.

Paul and his crew were outstanding. Paul was the lead. Straight from the beginning he was professional, courtesy, and kind. He gave us a written estimate that was professionally done. I received three estimates and his was over $2000.00 less than the top rated company on Angie's List. My wife and I were thrilled with that. His work including his crew are second to none. Looking at my walls now compared to when I had all the water damage you wouldn't believe that I ever had any kind of damage. His work and expertise speaks for itself. Several of my neighbors have been over to my house complementing us on what our contractor did to completely transform our downstairs into a like new home environment. We cannot say enough about Paul and his brilliant array of professionals. We will use Castle over, over, over again for all of our drywell and painting needs. We will be there clients for life.

The price quot for the damage was very fair. Paul and crew showed up on time.They put up plastic to protect my walls and furniture. Heavy mats were put on the floor and the path to the front door so not to damage carpets, The plaster went up in uniform pattern that pulled our room together.. Afterwards the clean up was so great you could not believe they were here. They even cleaned my driveway where a tiny amount of plaster spilled. Would wee use this company again? We just asked for an estimate for another room.

Paul was very friendly, informative, and honest from my first meeting with him. He even came back to our house late in the evening after we inadvertently stood him up due to traffic. He gave several possible solutions in different price ranges. He gave us the best price out of the contractors we contacted. Installations was completed over 2 days. After they tore out the old ceiling, he noticed and pointed out an issue with the ceiling joists sagging in one spot. He gave us a very fair price to correct that problem as well. In addition to all this he went way beyond what was quoted by replacing the trim around our attic access door, re-positioning some lights to offer better coverage, and fixing some wire-management issues. The end result was very polished and professional looking, and more than we bargained for. This is THE BEST service I can remember ever receiving on a home improvement project!

I sent out messages to a couple of drywall companies but they respond first so I am a firm believer in the first one who responds gets my business. They came out the very next day and gave me a price and then was able to complete the work the following day. They showed up on time and did a great job. If I have any further issues with drywall in the future I will most definitely be using them.

Very impressed with Paul and his team. He clearly knows what he is doing and has fair pricing. Received quotes from various other Angielist drywall companies and found Castle to be the best overall choice.

I found Castle on the site and called because they had great ratings. They told me Paul could stop by that afternoon to take a look at the job. He called when he was a short distance away and arrived when within the window promised. Paul was a very nice, professional man and he told me he liked to email quotes which suited me just fine. I had given my email address to the office when I called earlier that day. We asked him for a ball park figure and his quote was on the money from that figure, it was actually much less than we thought it was going to be. He came on a Friday and he told me he would email me the quote on Saturday. I did not receive it until I called on Tuesday. I then received it quickly (that is the reason I gave a B for responsiveness). The price was very reasonable, and we scheduled for the following week. The workers arrived as expected and got right to work. They were very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the work faster than I thought and got everything cleaned up. They had to allow the patches time to dry before the painting was to be completed. Everything looked great, even being able to match the ceiling pattern perfectly. They told us they would return the next day at the same time to sand, caulk and paint. They arrived right on time and completed the work. It turned out terrific, we are very pleased. We will certainly use them again for any drywall work in our house. I highly recommend them. I was a little disappointed they did not except credit cards, as I would have liked to get the air miles, not a big deal at all.

Great Job! They arrived on time and worked diligently to remove the old ceramic tile. They replaced some drywall and then taped the seams and put "mud" over the whole area. Looks really good. They cleaned up well too.

Castle has done our work for many years, we will continue to use them for many more. If you need a good price, fast service and quality work then look no further.

Paul showed up at the house early, introduced himself, and gave me his card as well as a list of references. We talked about what happened to the ceiling (Pipe froze and broke). He also didn't mind that we had 2 dogs. We explained to him that we run a business out of our home and could only have the work done on Saturday and Sunday. We also wanted to recreate the exact pattern that was on the ceiling (Knockout or Knockdown?). He said it wasn't a problem, and then took his room measurements. He promised us a quote in the early AM the next day, and that's exactly when we received it. We also had two other quotes. One was $100 more, and the other one was $300 more. The choice was obvious... He showed up early Saturday morning with his crew, plastic sealed off the doors, and floor draped off. Demo was a breeze, insulation went in, pipes were insulated, and joists were inspected for any other type of water damage (I took a look too). Paul said, "We'll have this drywall up in 30 minutes". I've never seen it done... Until they did it. His 2 workers started to mix and apply the joint compound. They took a half hour lunch, and went right back at it. They plastic prepped the walls, applied, and recreated the pattern. Paul showed up the next morning to paint as well as assure the quality of the work was up to par. He was done by 12pm on Sunday. My wife and I are very pleased that 1. The quality of work was excellent and 2. It was done well within our timeline. He even volunteered to put the furniture back, but we had to do some more cleaning (Dusting), as well as assure all the paint was completely dry. I even had him quote me on redoing my garage. I would recommend Paul for ANY drywall joy, big or small. Well worth it! Thank you!!!

Paul was great to work with. He was very professional, price was right and his attention to detail were outstanding. Would absolutely hire Paul (Castle Drywall & Plaster) to do any other work for future projects.

It started off a bit wrong due to a no-show during the morning appointment for the quote. I was called by Paul a little after and he informed me he was running late due to other appointments, but offered to come by the next day (a Saturday). That was about the worst of the negative. Everyone else was spectacular from the company. Paul not only found the problem, but went above and beyond to inspect the cause of the leak and everything short of fixing it. The workers were on time when they were hired, especially after a change in schedule on my part. The work was completed quickly and expertly and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Although a bit more expensive that when I had this previously done, this was a larger and more difficult ceiling, and painting was included this time. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would gladly hire them again in the future.

My house had structural issues that were repaired by another contractor. After that was done, Castle Drywall came in to repair the extreme drywall damage in my 2-car garage with 10 foot ceiling. The drywall was in pretty bad shape throughout the entire garage and had to be scraped and retaped everywhere. Paul and his crew came in and did all the repairs. They painted the walls, ceiling, steps into the house, door, and the boxes that were installed to cover the structural repair work. In addition, I asked that the floor be epoxied. I picked a dark royal blue with added sparkles. Castle Drywall did an excellent job. My garage looks perfect and beautiful. As they were working at my house, my neighbor asked for an estimate and so Castle Drywall also did work for him. He said it was a fair price and he was very pleased with the results. I believe that the price was fair and the work was completed timely. I could not be more pleased and I would definitely use Castle Drywall again.
