+ -1 moreWent well. Paul was good with communication, crews cleaned up after working. The process was slow due to the size of the project(took about a week), but the outcome was outstanding. Paul did not ask for a deposit up front, even to cover materials. I would definitely work with him and Castle Drywall again.
Description of Work: hang new sheetrock, patch numerous holes in existing sheetrock, then tape and apply knockdown texture to approx 1300 sq feet of first floor in a house with high ceilings and detailed angle work for a renovation project.

Called Castle on June 26th for an estimate for ceiling work and talked to Lisa and set up an appointment for Saturday June between 3 and 5 but he was a no show. At 600 I called the office and left a message that we would not be able to wait anymore . Monday afternoon around 2 I finally received a phone call, barely asking if I wanted to reschedule. There was barely an apology for the no show on Saturday but I went ahead and rescheduled for Tuesday at 4. Well shame on me, 445 he was once again no call, no show. When I called the office the excuse was he is out doing estimates now and barely apologized for my day being wasted again. My response is too bad, I wasted at least 4 hours waiting without a courtesy phone call I am not interested in working with someone without the professionalism to call and say you are running late. My business will be happy to go with one of their competitors who understands to arrive one time and to at least be apologetic if you are arriving late.
Description of Work: Called Castle for an estimate for popcorn removal, repair and new ceiling installation.

Some companies wanted $10-15K for the job and I was weary of the price Castle gave because it was so much better than the others.They were very professional in all aspects and took care of my need. I would use them for future projects.
Description of Work: Castle Drywall removed the popcorn ceiling in my 2400 square foot home and put up a flat ceiling. They then painted the entire ceiling as well.

Paul was on time and gave us a great price. We scheduled up the appointment he was here on time and did the work in a timely manner. Looks great!
Description of Work: Castle Drywall repaired my knock down walls in my bathroom, and hallway. The office he had to repair a hole in the wall as well as plaster an entire wall. This wall had some imperfections in it prior to him plastering. After the plaster job you could not tell where the imperfections were.

Description of Work: Paul came on Wednesday prior for the estimate and came in that Friday to patch two holes in ceiling and restomp both areas and a third. Work was completed very quickly and no mess was left behind.
