A & A Awnings and Storm Shutters

A porch awning was damaged in a recent storm. A&A Awnings at first was not sure it could replace that awning with an exact match for the other sections which had not been damaged, but in the end, the match was perfect. I was very pleased with the work done.

Excellent product quality, installation, and follow up. However, it took over 2 months to get installed. Had to call sales rep and office several times to see when installation would occur. They said delay was because materials were not available to make the awning. Had to call for an adjustment after installation, and they responded immediately and fixed it.

Whole process from estimate to installation was smooth and error free.

They were very helpful in choosing the awning fabric and delivered what was promised. They installed on time as promised and the installers were efficient and courteous.

Making an appointment was very easy. I did not hear from them four weeks later like I was told, but as soon as I called to see when the awning would go up we met two days later and it was up in two hours and looked beautiful! I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the person who came to measure and the installers. Very polite and professional. I cannot rate the value for money. It was pricey in comparison to other shades, but I'm hoping worth the money....

Larry gave us the bid to do the job adn let us decide we set up a delivery date when I would be in virginia. the instalation crew came yesterday ere very proffessional and made wure it was all to my liking. My husband was also very pleased .

these guys were fantastic! he made several trips to my house to complete the job! I would recommend these guys over any other in the Hamton Roads area. they are more committed to service than any others that I called, and I called several companies in the Tidewater/HRs area.

Very happy with the service and installation. Crew arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely and neat manner. The awnings look good and have already proved to be quite functional blocking the souther exposure of my home. The awnings are good quality and have been mounted firmly. They should with stand many hard seasons. My one negative comment regards the sloppy welding of the frames. These are quality awnings that are not cheap. For the cost, one would expect the welds to have been done by a competent welder. Better quality control would warrant a five star rating and a "yes" I would recommend and use again.
