The Cleaning Authority always does a fantastic job.The crew always is very thorough in cleaning the house and they leave a nice checklist to show what was done on that visit.They are very reasonable for what they do and have even changed the way they clean by disinfecting the house on top of the other work.I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have there home cleaned

I have used TCA Chantilly since February 2013 and have recommended them to many in my community. Even my direct neighbor uses TCA Chantilly. I can't imagine anyone else doing as terrific a job as my Team does -- Ericelda and Yanira manage to work around my revolving door of dogs (as many as 4 at a time). I've been blessed to know them and thrilled for them to take such good care of my place. They take care of my home as if it was theirs.

We have been Cleaning Authority customers for nearly 15 years. The expertise, professionalism, and quality exceed other companies (whom we've tried as "test" runs to see if we would switch services). TCA remains one of the best choices - for value and service - for the care and upkeep of our home. During stay-at-home orders, TCA has exceeded our expectations with their consistency and, more importantly, the intensity, thoroughness, and care throughout our home. Clearly, TCA wants to protect their employees as well as their customers with safe, effective practices to minimize exposure for all.

All work has been outstanding, professional, and without any issues for four years. I highly recommend their services and outstanding staff.

Having a regular cleaning service is supposed to make your life easier; Cleaning Authority of Chantilly just added stress to my life. To start, our initial cleaning service was mediocre. They charged $40 extra for a deep clean to get it in a good condition for them to maintain, but they missed multiple things entirely. I also paid an extra $25 to have the fridge cleaned. Unfortunately they only did a little wiping. They ignored the insides of the drawers and door shelves entirely and a spill that had happened under a drawer. The most frustrating part of my experience was dealing with Rocio when I called to raise my concern about the fridge. To finally get what I paid for (a clean fridge), required them to come back twice and and exchange of numerous texts, phone calls, and pictures explaining to her that they had not indeed cleaned the fridge. She made me feel like I was lying to her and trying to get a second clean for free. All I simply wanted was to get the service I paid for. Overall, the actual cleaning service is OK. Some teams did better than others. They missed things here and there but I understand that people have different expectations. I do not think the performance justified the cost. However, at the end of the day, it was my interaction with Rocio that led me to canceling my service with Cleaning Authority. She's pleasant when things are good, but lacks the customer service skills to deal with any issues. The last straw was when she refused to honor the price listed in our customer agreement when I changed our service from bi-weekly to monthly.

Team 8 - Yanis and Marta We've been using and relying on TCA for several years. They always arrive when expected and *thoroughly* attend to everything that is scheduled for each visit. Holidays are anticipated with coordinated attempts to rearrange their staffing availability to our schedule. We're happily hooked!

WORK DONE WELL, SOMETIME IT DOES BY DIFFERENT TEAM, BUT OVERALL THEY DO GOOD JOB.

My husband has been in the customer service industry for almost 30 years and I know how much he appreciates a kind word instead of dealing with a complaint. I know you probably hear more complaints than praise from people so I wanted to take a moment and let you know how happy I am with TCA and especially my team #7. It is hard to believe that we have been with TCA since at least 2006. What is even more amazing is that there has been very few changes in my team. I think this speaks to how TCA takes care of their staff and recognizes their hard work. I appreciate the consistency in the work and the quality of the work that is done. I have been most pleased with the responsiveness by the office as well as my team when an issue arises, which is not often, and the flexibility needed occasionally in scheduling. TCA has stayed with me through numerous renovations over the years. My house has a lot of finer finishes that require special attention and products. I have come to really appreciate the quality of the products TCA uses as well as the attention and carefulness in which my team exhibits in using them. They have been able to deal with calcification and other issues on my shower marble due to my hard water when I couldn’t get it off. And I can never get my cook top to look like it does after they leave. I am extremely pleased with my team of Rosa and Carmen! It is obvious they get along well together and make a good team. They have a rhythm about them as they go about their work. Yet they are flexible when I can’t get my son out of his room before they get here which happens from time to time. They both have a positive and helpful attitude and are extremely conscientious. I have learned a few tricks from them through the years. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Lastly, well-run companies do not just happen - they are the result of a strong management team who value and respect their work force and mindful of the corporate values and mission. Keep up the good work!

I was very happy with the job the girls did. They did a great job, and left everything very clean.

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for more than 3 years. They are my third company I used for every other week cleaning since I purchased my home 6 years ago and are by far the best.

Team 6 does an excellent job dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. They are friendly but very professional. They are also very careful to not break anything which had been a problem with other cleaning companies we tried. The management is also very good with working with us when we need to change our schedule.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority in Chantilly, Virginia for approximately two years and happy with their services and staff members. I especially like the cleaning rotation and find the house cleaners pleasant, attentive, prompt, and professional.

We have used several other cleaning services over the years and none compare to TCA. We have a consistent team who is extremely professional, thorough, and trustworthy. TCA is extremely responsive and is very good about accommodating schedule changes. And although the price is higher than we would like, it’s very competitive to others. We recently retired and thought about canceling the service, but they make it too easy to enjoy not spending time cleaning, so we’ve continued to use them. I love the sight and smell of a clean house!

Called for an estimate and I was told, for our home, a monthly cleaning would be between $102-$122. They also stated that an accurate estimate would be given after 15 minute in-home evaluation. I told them I would call back since I was calling around for estimates. I did call back and got a different person. I asked to speak to the original person I spoke to but was told they probably worked in a call center. I explained again what I wanted and was told it is strictly $75/hour and they do not do monthly cleanings any longer. Very disappointed in how my request was handled and obviously will look elsewhere.

Do not hire if you like having your sheets tucked into your bed. I asked them repeatedly to tuck in the flat sheet when they make the beds. Two different crews did NOT tuck in the beds. So frustrating. The rest of the house did not feel clean. Just swiped around.

Tolerated them for awhile but they broke blinds and wouldn't make good on them. Also they claim they "detail" one area each cleaning ..... well they don't unless u are home to babysit them. Also the owner has a major attitude and lets you deal with a person just like him . Also their "green" cleaning supplies do not clean. They are very arrogant defensive people the second u try and tell them like that ur baseboards are filthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Also god forbid you forget to leave the sheets out one time and they are in a dryer no way will they get them. Also they wouldn't even change a crib sheet when I'm paying for the room to be cleaned

A team of two or three staff usually cleans our townhouse. The staff are professional and efficient in what they do.
