Arrived on time, did a great job, and were vary professional.

They were very professional. Mike Miles was very easy to work with, he kept in touch, sent us a note when there was an issue with getting the hardwood in on time. He was able to work with us to have them installed on a day that we did not have to take off of work. Mike came to the house to see the finished instillation and to make sure that we were happy with everything. They did a very good job on the instillation, and the clean up was great.

Very professional. Quality work and they cleaned their entire workspace before leaving. A very nice touch.

John was very responsive on the phone, very prompt with his appointment. Came prepared with samples. They installed the carpet on the day that was decided. No fuss, no delays. and prices were comparable with other vendors. We hired them for a bigger repeat project. Currently they ar installing factory finished hardwood flooring in our house. Very Very professional, and I would recomend them anyday other so many others in the area who I met with for the same original project.

Installed hardwood floors in master bedroom and 3 smaller bedrooms. We are are very pleased with the floors. They arrived on-time and completed the work in one day. They were also a great help laying down area rugs in all 4 bedrooms. They were very careful with our furniture and made every effort to minimize dust. Strongly recommend.

I contacted K&K after reading Home Advisor reviews. James came out one day later to discuss job (hardwood on one level of townhouse), explain process, and show samples. He sent a detailed estimate that same evening. Though not the least expensive, I selected them for the job based on James' professional attitude and the reviews here on Home Advisor. I am not sorry in the least. The entire process was handled courteously and professionally. The install team got the job done --and done well -- in one day, showing courtesy and respect while in my home. I am exceedingly pleased with the result. I plan to use K&K for future floor work I need to have done.

From start to finish a positive experience. John was responsive to every phone call, request for information, and adjustment to my initial order. He made a recommendation which I would never thought of which truly enhanced the look of my house and stairs. I true pro. Their showroom personnel were extremely helpful. I received three quotes for my project and K&K was the lowest. I highly recommend this company.

K&K did excellent work and met my very specific timetable due to an upcoming move and occupation by tenants. I will use them again!

Also have another two rooms that they quoted for which I said I will decide on after seeing how this job went. As I see it they will get to do all of my carpeting needs, no complaints whatsoever and professional and friendly company and fitters.

Excellent company to work with. They were the most competitive price wise and Peter their sales rep was on point with the carpet samples I asked for. He was quick and thorough with his measurements and returned a quote within 24 hours. The installers were very good and did an excellent job! They were professional and courteous! I highly recommend KK flooring!

Fantastic job! Super professional, timely, extremely neat. Cleaned everything once was done. Fast, efficient. I am hiring them again to do my stairs.

They did a great job and finished promptly. My floors look so good I'm almost sad that I'm moving. I would recommend them without reservation.
