Overall very good service. I had some gaps in a room due to humidity but they fixed that too. Definitely would recommend this company.

Very professional and easy to work with. Final product exceeded my expectations and did not need to call back to make any corrections. Cleaned up after work was done. Would do business with Mr Cho again and recommend to others.

Mr. Cho from KK Floors was great. Great price and service. He personally made sure the job was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

After meeting Patrick from K&K and being impressed by his honesty and professionalism, I figured they would be the most expensive. Of the four estimates I was pleased to see that K&K was the least expensive and also the easiest to work with. I have little experience to compare with but the product and the installation certainly met my expectations.

What a great experience! Sung began the process by phoning and coming to our home to bring samples and discuss price. They were very reasonable and were able to get the products that I wanted. The workers who came out were very polite and got right to work. They were careful and professional. Sung then followed up with a nice thank-you note. What a beautiful floor in the family and computer rooms!! And the bathroom also! Thank you so much! We will call you for our flooring needs again!
