A piece of flashing came off during a storm last summer. I wanted to use a company close to home. You know, support the local businesses. I had spoken with two other companies who had a 4-6 week waiting period/lists. The owner of Builders Siding came to my house within 12 hours and gave me a quote and the job was completed in less than 72 hours. Thanks to Builders Siding I received quick, professional service and at the best quoted rate!

They did an excellent job in replacing the siding and the trim.

A representative came to my home, assessed the trim and suggested that we remove and replace the old, rotten wood trim and in its place put water-proof, no paint needed aluminum trim. Their estimate was very reasonable, so I asked them to start the work and they began within a week or so of the initial assessment. I was also given an extensive list of their references. One man completed the entire townhouse in about two weeks (in freezing temperatures). The finished product is beautiful. I was a bit surprised that no one contacted me after the project was completed, but seeing as I had no concerns, I wasn't bothered by it. I feel confident that if I had any concerns, Builders Siding would have been responsive.

I was satisfied with the work performed by Builders Siding Company. They were able to remove the old trim from our windows and install new trim in a timely manner. Our windows look good with the new trim and we are happy with their work.

At the sales stage, Larry provided a thorough review of the product options, competitive pricing, detailed, professional written estimate and provided good design advice on selecting materials and colors. He also gave us a very complete list of references and encouraged us to talk to them and to visit work they had done on homes similar to ours. At the installation phase, work was completed on the schedule promised. Good quality workmanship. Crew did not speak English, but foreman spoke enough to get by. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that they did a job on my shrubbery with the scaffolding, had they been a bit more careful, they could have spared some of the damage. They also put in a replacement window in our garage. Overall, a good experience.
