Ayoub Carpet Service

They came ou in April this year. When I called, the person I talked to said I would get a 20% discount. I don't know if it was a new member discount or because we had an empty house. I am not quite sure what the qualification was, but she said that I would get that. When they came, they said that I would only get the 15% Angie's discount and I know the person on the phone told me I would get that 20%. They said they would call the office and they called then they said, "No, we can only give you a 15% discount." That was the only disappointment with them. The quality of work was good. They came on time and everything they did was good, but it was just that discrepancy between that 15% and the 20%. The service cost about $400 or something like that. I would use them again.

The provider showed up on time, did an estimate based on square footage, and presented the estimate to me before starting work. He projected it would take about 2 hours and that's almost exactly as long as the team required. They were courteous and seemed to care about the quality of their work. No complaints - the cleaning team was great!

From start to finish my experience with Ayoub Carpet was outstanding! I called and spoke to a live person right away. She was helpful, personable, and professional. I was able to schedule service within 3 days of my call. The service providers called to let me know they were on hand and arrived at my house promptly no more than 30 minutes after my service window. All of the service providers were friendly, efficient, professional, and courteous. My carpets are spotless and all of the work I requested was done and within the price quote I was given on the phone- no hidden costs or extras. I would highly recommend Ayoub for any services you need! They are awesome!!

Jay and Jose arrived within the short window provided, with a call 15 minutes before arrival. They both put on those little booties before stepping in our home, which is appreciated. We went over the work that needed to be done, what type of traffic on the carpet, stains, etc. Jay and Jose got right to it, protecting our hardwood floors very well. Unfortunately they dinged up the wall with a hose (it was a tight corner) but I didn't notice until they were gone, it can be easily repaired. The carpets were cleaned very well, all dirt and spots removed as far as the eye can see, and they were dry within 4 hours. We couldn't be happier and plan to use them again and recommend to others. Also, they do hardwood floors and rug cleanings! We'll use them for that too!

Ayoub has been my go-to carpet cleaning/repair company for many years. They always do an outstanding job. Our wall-to-wall carpet looks new after they shampoo it. They can get out even the most stubborn stains. Our oriental rugs still look brand new thanks to their top-notch cleaning and repair work. Highly recommended.

The guys were very professional and punctual. They explained everything before they got started. Did a good job of carpet stretching and cleaned the carpets very well. The price is a bit on the higher side but I used Angie's deal coupon $250 for $400 service which helped keep my cost reasonable.

The two workers were very thorough and removed all of the spots and stains on the carpet and spent a very long time cleaning the sofa and loveseat. The results were excellent.

I had arranged for a different vendor to do my cleaning and arranged for a date, however unexpectedly he had to go out of town for a seminar. I needed someone immediately as the carpet stains would set. Not knowing that Ayoub Carpet Service, a business that I had used for many years, showed up on Angies List as a residential carpet cleaning establishment. I thought that they ONLY sold retail carpets and kept my Persian rugs in top shape. I told Nancy, who answered the phone, my problem and she jumped on the situation and had someone at my home in less than two hours. The technician who arrived had been on his day off and came to my home especially to do this work. Ryan was punctual, professional and did a terrific job on my carpets. I will not only use Ayoub for my wall-to-wall cleaning now, but will ask for Ryan!

Ayoub Carpet Services is a very impressive company. I was particularly struck by their focus on customer service as well as doing an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. I would definitely use their services again.

We had a carpet stain that needed to be repaired before selling the house. I called on a Friday and Debbie sent me their "best technician" the following Monday... and she was not kidding! Their rep (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name - I will update this later if I can) arrived within the specified window and even gave me a 30 minute head's up for his arrival time. He was friendly and courteous and after sizing up the situation got down to work. I retire in 10 days so I was practicing being an old retired guy by sitting in the room and watching him work. (I asked if he minded and he enthusiastically invited me to stay.) He answered all my questions about the process and worked quickly and skillfully. My wife saw the repaired area later and could not find the repair location. In addition to the great service, the charge from Ayoub was about half of what a competitor had quoted for the work. Call Ayoub - you won't be disappointed!

This is a fantastic company. I used Ayoub Carpet Services last summer to clean and repair a couple of oriental carpets. This time, I needed to have cleaned and sanitized carpet in a ground floor den that had been soaked when a pipe burst. I ended up purchasing an Angie's List deal for $250 for $400 worth of carpet cleaning, since it was only a little more than I would have spent on that one room. My appointment was scheduled quickly, I got a call the day before to confirm, and the crew -- Marco and Rene -- called me about 30 minutes before their arrival. They were on time and were highly professional. In addition to the carpeting in the den, I was able to have carpeting in two sets of stairs, a hall and the master bedroom cleaned (the only rooms left were two guest rooms which are hardly ever used and didn't need to be cleaned). For an extra $35, they also cleaned the grout in one of my bathrooms -- it was pretty bad. Marco and Rene were respectful, friendly and professional -- they put down drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors, and were fast but thorough. The carpeting looks terrific, with all the miscellaneous spots out. Before they left, Marco went over post-cleaning carpet care, and left some spot cleaner. What a great company!

We have used Ayoub Carpet several times in the past. They do a great job. They show up on time, letting you know when they are on their way. They work quickly and efficiently and I've always been happy with their service. I called the company directly for a quote for the work. They had us on file and had cleaned the same areas previously so they quickly gave me an estimate over the phone. It seemed a little expensive so I went to Angie's list to see if I could find other options. Ayoub came up top rated and there was an Angie's list coupon that saved me $150 so I booked it immediately. I'm very happy with the service and the results.

. This was a very good experience. The staff called ahead, as promised, to let me know that they were on their way on the agreed upon date. They rolled up the rugs, and took them away. There was a slight delay in getting them back, because the expected date was one that I could not accomodate, so we rescheduled. They delivered the rugs as promised on the rescheduled date.The rugs looked very nice and clean. The staff was very professional and appeared knowledegeable about the oriental rugs. I had also ordered a new padding for a third rug, and they brought that, took the old one away, and set the pad down. All in all I was completely satisfied and would use them again.

I hired the company based on a recommendation from my neighbor and also their excellent reviews on Angie's List. From start to finish Ayoub was a joy to work with. The customer service rep on the phone was terrific and the two technicians, Marco and Rene, were highly personable and professional. We have a small house which they finished cleaning in about two hours. We had not had the carpets cleaned in nearly four years and they look like new again. We were also delighted by the 15% discount we received by being members of Angie's List.
