prompt and courteous pick-up and delivery. the work was excellent. i would have liked more clear communication about pricing for extras. For example, the rug pads provided were very expensive--I might have agreed to them anyway, but was surprised by the cost.

When we selected Ayoub to replace the carpet in our new home, we went by the Angies list ratings but didn't pay particular attention that most of their reviews stems from their carpet cleaning services so perhaps this is why we did not find their service for new carpet install particularly stellar. We were moving into a new home and wanted the carpet redone and when we first met the salesperson, he seemed very knowledgeable. Although Ayoubs prices were much higher then others,we felt like because of their reputation , we could rely on their service. We had some some research on how to select carpet but really relied on their expertise to guide us in the right direction. We knew we wanted something somewhat plush but the one thing that we did NOT want was a lot of track marks. We selected the Karastan Maison carpet and we were told it would be more cost effective to order all of the carpet at once since we weren't planning to do the living room right away due to other renovations. As soon as the upstairs carpet was installed, it turned out to be everything we did not want. The carpet showed EVERY single track and it retained the trackings. We literally felt like we were living in a sandbox. I immediately contacted the salesperson to let him know I was concerned about this and thought perhaps over time , it might not be so bad. He told me every carpet will show tracking and that it was impossible not to. After a few weeks of living with this carpet, I decided there was no way we wanted this same carpet installed in our living room where there was even more traffic. I was told basically there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to select another carpet for the livng room, we would have to pay a restocking fee of almost $400! I was upset that not only had we just spent 12k on a carpet we hated, that we would have to yet pay more money out of pocket to get another carpet for the living room. They acted like we were unreasonable to expect new carpet to not show trackings. After weeks of emailing back and forth and escalating to management and repeatedly being told there was nothing they could do since we had selected the carpet, we basically had to live with it. One of their managers finally contacted us with news that the carpet we selected came with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and we DID have the option of replaceing the upstairs carpet AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. At this point, we were already more then haflway through that 90 days and we were nervous about picking another carpet that would have the same issue. We selected a new one for the living room but couldn't decide if it was worth going through the hassle of redoing the upstairs because we were not getting any sort of reassurance that the carpet we selected would be any better. Ayoub did not want to give us any advice as I am sure they didn't want any accountiblity in case we didn't like it again. In my mind, if you know your product, you would be able to tell the customer whether a carpet would show as much tracking as the one we had in place. I felt like we were being treated like we were over reacting to how our upstairs carpet looked and that it was just normal . We finally decided not to redo the upstairs and proceeded with the living room. Well the living room is a HUGE noticeceable difference and turned out to be EXACTLY what we wanted. It doesn't show even 80 percent of the trackings that our upstairs does. So now we have to live with our decision to not have that replaced. At the end of the day, yes it was our decision but for spending so much money to have this done, it was a lot of stress and not feeling like we received useful input on their products. I would not use them again if we could do it over. I will say that the installers that came did a great job and they were prompt so there is that. The manager that helped us did want to make sure we were happy but in the end, an overall bad taste left because it we do wish we had redone the upstairs carpet and had received the proper guidance to come to that decision.

Ayoub Carpet Service has cleaned our rental property carpet since 8+ years - first for a tenant, and subsequently for 2 "move-out" cleaning jobs. Although different technicians have been involved over the years, the outcome has been consistent - professional, courteous, punctual, and CLEAN! This reflects Ayoub's continuous commitment in quality performance by well-trained technicians. Another area of Ayoub which we feel equally superb is its customer representatives - in particular, Deborah and Ray -who both excel in delivering customer services that reassure customer satisfaction/retention!!

bar none the most thorough and professional carpet cleaning job I have ever had called in 10 years of home ownership. This company is professional and offers at a fair price with no bait and switch. Their equipment is top notch and not a gimmicky push cart filled with water. They have a giant industrial van they pull up that has a machine inside it to help with the cleaning. Very best. Highly recommended!

First time I've used Ayoub and I plan to use them again! They were terrific-- very responsive, polite, professional and did fantastic work above and beyond the call of duty. They saved us from having to replace an entire room of wall to wall carpeting by removing 2 RED DYE STAINS from our carpet that others said couldn't be done. (Red dye from an oriental carpet placed over the wall to wall beige carpeting on the first floor had bled into the beige synthetic fiber wall to wall when water damaged the first floor of our home.) I tried other companies, but they all said red dye couldn't be removed. But they recommended that I call Ayoub because of its long record handling not only wall to wall carpeting but oriental rugs as well. . Ayoub said they couldn't promise anything, but they had a red dye heat transfer process that might work. So they sent out Andre and Byron. They called first, arrived on time, and were professional, polite, personable. They also took the time necessary to do quality work. Andre is a wizard! He applied the heat transfer process several times to the areas damaged by red dye, and voila! The red dye is now all but disappeared from our beige carpet. So much for "it can't be done!" I can't say enough about these terrific techs, especially Andre. They also steam cleaned several pieces of furniture for us, which hadn't been cleaned in ten years and thanks to their careful work, now look like new! Great company. Great service. It's such a relief when disaster strikes to find companies that do quality work.. Thank you Angie's List for pointing me in their direction!

They arrived to pick up the rugs when they said they would. The two delivery men were very nice, courteous and professional. Roozbeh explained what they would do with the rugs and how long it would take. He was even able to explain some things to me about my rugs that I did not know. They returned in 10 days, just as they said they would, and assisted me with putting the larger rug back down. The rugs looked great. One rug, a runner in a high traffic area, is white and it was so very clean, cleaner than when I had taken it elsewhere. I am very pleased with Ayoub and would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

On Thursday we bought a $400 for $250 deal for Ayoub Carpet Services through Angie's List. We called to schedule service and were given an arrival window of 1-4 on the following Monday (today). Monday at 1:02pm the phone rings and the crew of Marco and René let us know that they were 10 minutes out. After measuring our rooms and evaluating the condition of the carpeting Marco wrote up the work order showing that including the Angie's List deal, we'd have a balance of $29 due at completion, a total of $279 ($250 prepaid). We'd already moved all the furniture from the sitting room into the bed room, and the TV room into the living room, and the basement rec room into a bathroom and laundry area, leaving precarious towers of furniture and books that needed to be navigated around. Marco and René were super careful with the cleaning hoses that stretched from the truck to our white (!) carpeted sitting room upstairs. The hoses were carefully laid around corners and furniture, and nothing was scuffed or scraped. We'd installed out carpeting 7 years ago, and despite weekly vacuuming and not wearing shoes in the house it was time to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Raising two kids will tend to do that! Two hours of careful, meticulous work later, all our carpeting was as near to new as it has been in a long time. We'll absolutely use Ayoub Carpet Service in the future, and will be sending in some of our (Tibetan/Turkish/Bhutanese) rugs for cleaning soon.

I purchased a Big Deal and received Wonderful service from Ayoub Carpet Service. We inherited a couple of nice rugs and gave Ayoub a try based on the reviews... absolutely glad we did. The rugs came out much better and very, very clean. We're now convinced that we will be regular customers for their service from now on. Thanks!

They picked it up when they said they would, and kept it for just a few days. It came back (promptly) as clean as one could hope for, given the sorry condition it was in. They did a much better job than the company that cleaned it last year.

We are moving and the carpet was returned wrapped in a breathable plastic rather than paper. We will unroll it when the move is complete. The phone contact was professional handled. Both Travis and Carlos who picked up the rug and delivered it were great. The rug was already rolled when it was picked up and it should not have been, It would have been better to have Travis see the rug and the condition it was in rather than just my description. There did not seem to be a problem with not unwrapping the rug until the move is complete. The pick up and delivery was with in the window of time given and Travis called when they were about 15 minutes away. Made the whole transaction seamless.

I purchased a big deal on Angie's List for the cleaning of two carpets. The carpet in the dining room and kitchen were soiled over the years from my family and grandchildren who were babies. These carpets were oriental design and had been beautiful when purchased. Ayoub called promptly and arranged a pick-up. They moved the furniture and took the rugs. After about two weeks they called and arranged a drop off date. They were very helpful setting the rugs and furniture back up. Very professional. The rugs were beautiful. The cleaning really brought out the designs again! I was very pleased with this service and will use this company again!

They did a great job, even removing some stains that had been there since before we moved in. The carpets looked and smelled very clean, and we got our pet and cleaning deposits back. There was some confusion regarding the coupon when they finished; but a quick call to office resolved it immediately.

Everyone at Ayoub Carpet was very responsive, prompt and friendly. I purchased a two for one rug cleaning deal from Angie's List and was contacted by a representative the same day. They came out two days later to pick up the rugs to be cleaned. We had them back just two weeks later, fresh and clean. We were very satisfied! The only blip happened on the day the rugs were to be delivered back. A representative contacted us to schedule a delivery date. No one showed up that day and I eventually found out that something had gone wrong and the rugs did not make it on the delivery truck. They rescheduled and delivered promptly the second time. It was a bit frustrating to wait around during my 3 hour window and not have anyone show up or call on the first scheduled delivery day. The second delivery was much smoother. Overall, I would definitely use this service again.

Very pleased with service. Technicians (Wilfredo Mejia and Saul Guillen) arrived on time, were extremely professional and the carpets look great. We have been using Ayoub Carpet Service for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

Very well. They were going to charge me 75 dollars extra. It was part of the contract, it wasn't like it was hidden. I just didn't think that what I had was more than 400 square feet.

Ayoub Carpet Service was very professional in all aspects of their service. They provided helpful information about the carpet selections they offered in their showroom and allowed me to take sample boards home to view in the actual spaces. Once the choices were narrowed down, they ordered larger sample swatches that were delivered directly to our home for our consideration. There were several occasions where additional sample boards were hand delivered to our home to save us the time and effort of driving back to the showroom to pick them up. Once the selections were made, measurements were taken and a written estimate was provided in writing. When this was agreed to, a written contract was provided, signed, the order was placed and the installation scheduled. Everyone involved in the work was introduced to us on site by our customer service representative the day the work was started. They were always on time, courteous and very neat and clean throughout the entire project. They always arrived in company vehicles wearing company shirts for easy identification. Our customer service representative was involved in every aspect of the project and checked in on site daily to look at the work and answer any questions we may have had. It was singularly the best experience we have had in a home project of any kind. We plan to contract with them again for carpet for our basement which we are currently finishing and hardwood floors for three more rooms on our main floor.

They picked up the rug promptly with no issues. It took about a week to clean. Everything went well and the rug came back good as new. This is the second time I've had them clean this rug and the service has been great both times.

Ayoub Carpet Services did a superb job on an 11x13 foot oriental carpet that we owned for 20 years, never had cleaned, and placed in storage for over 13 years due to transfer overseas. After initial miscommunication on both our parts, ACS went far out of their way to reconnect with us and demonstrate just why they are rated so highly. The General Manager personally came to the house on a weekend to inspect the rug. After lengthy and detailed consultation, including a detailed description of how they clean the carpets (which matched what we experienced overseas), ACS took the carpet for its first ever cleaning. Within their promised time limit, ACS returned a like-new carpet and installed it in the house, moving furniture as necessary and custom-fitting a pad underneath to help prevent damage to the knots and fibers where they contact furniture. ACS offered a (very generous discount due to the miscommunication and exceeded every expectation. ACS said that they would call from the plant if they felt that the carpet needed repair. The General Manager did not think that it would, but wanted us to know that they would inspect and call. Frankly, we figured that there could be some damage. In fact, there was none and ACS told us so. Far from exploiting an opportunity, ACS provided quality advice and actually acted more as a partner than a vendor. They have made a new regular customer. We strongly recommend this service.

A very professional and super-friendly woman answered the phone on the first ring. She stayed on the phone with me to come up with an estimate of total costs for the job. I purchased the Angie's List Coupon which was $250 worth of work for $400 and provided her with the coupon code. The original estimate was $585 based on my cursory measurements and her not being able to actually see the furniture situation. We set up an appointment. Two professional gentleman showed up a few minutes ahead of time on appointment day. The lead worker went through and took his own measurements based on furniture that could not be moved and the actual square footage that would be cleaned. He adjusted the final cost to $540, or $45 lower than we planned. With the coupon, the final total cost was $390 ($250 coupon plus $140 after job completion). The two men worked non-stop and were very thorough. They put some movable furniture up on wooden blocks and a special paper under small pieces. The lead worker insisted on taking me on a tour when they finished. They did a beautiful job! We will definitely have them clean our carpets in the future!!
