Excellent job. The stairs and hallways were very dirty, and the basement carpet had black asphalt stains from driveway. All stains were removed, and carpet really looks spotless. Would definitely use again.

I contacted this company with an unrealistic expectation of getting them to come clean my carpet the next day. No other company was able to do that. And understandable so. I had waited to the last minute and I dont expect a company to drop other customers in order to appease me. When I called Ayoub, they explained that they were busy and had many other customers, but after them being able to work a few things around, they were able to fit me in the next day. Talk about customer service!! When Rene the technician and his partner arrived (on time), he was polite, professional, had great ideas, never promised anything he couldn't deliver, and was up front about everything. I left them alone and they got to work. They cleaned several floors of carpet and also my kitchen tile. Not only did he do such a great job, he got stains out that he couldnt promise me he could!! Such a great job. I called him personally the next day to thank him, and even called his office to express my gratitude. The person at the office thanked me very much, and I could tell that this company takes great pride in customer service, workmanship, and are deeply honored with positive feedback from the customers they work hard for. I recommend this company for all your needs. They are great to work with and I am pleased to give them this feedback for everybody else to read.

My service began with calling the office and the young lady who set up my service was one of the most professional and helpful customer service reps that I've encountered in some time. The two gentlemen that performed the cleaning arrived on time and did a thorough preview of the areas to be cleaned as well as trouble areas. They then placed wall protectors on all corners that the hose would be in contact with and hardwood floors were also covered where contact with the hose might be an issue. Extremely thorough job on everything. Each leg of furniture received a plastic slip under them for protection. Smelled fresh. The two gentleman who performed the services were extremely helpful, polite and hard working! For a small additional fee, they repaired 3 spots on my carpet that needed to be cut out and replaced with carpet remnants that I had kept. The repairs are perfect.

The service and work were both superb. They moved all the furniture to take the rugs in and put them back, and they were very well cleaned....as orientals need to be. They also did a small bit of repair work on the edges of one carpet. Great all around.

Initially, there was some miscommunication between Ayoub, my tenant and me but after it was resolved things went smoothly. The carpet was in very bad shape but it became clean and my tenant was satisfied. I bought a coupon, $250 for $400 worth of cleaning and the extra I paid was $50.00.

We visited 5 carpet companies & from the beginning ACS was the most responsive. The other companies' reps either acted as if they couldn't be bothered to show us what they had or to discuss options, or they were all over us but when we asked questions we were blown off or were given answers they had clearly pulled out of their backsides. Linda S., the sales consultant at ACS, spent so much time with us on our first visit &, if she didn't have the answer to a question, she went out of her way to get it. She was friendly, informative, professional, responsive, & patient. The same applies to Ryan G., the ACS sales & services consultant who performed the estimate & oversaw the job. He was always accessible & patiently worked with us to address & accommodate problems/concerns we had regarding our particular situation, including planning for possible unexpected problems. The estimate included everything, no surprises. The crew, led by Dennis, was absolutely professional. They arrived on time, cut out the old carpet in sections & bound it so that dust was kept to a minimum. They worked carefully, especially when moving some heavy antique furniture, left no marks on the walls/trim, & vacuumed up afterwards. They were friendly, efficient, & hardworking & when they left, other than the new carpet, you would not have known they had been there. Juan, the friendly, professional carpenter who re-planed the doors, arrived as scheduled & did a beautiful job with no mess, no fuss. ACS & their people are heads and shoulders above the competitors we visited. They go out of their way to help, work with the customer to find solutions, and know what they're doing. We're going to have the tile replaced in our entryway & we'll be using ACS - Ayoub Carpet Service for that & any other flooring job we have in the future.

Ayoub was very responsive and did an exceptional job on the carpets in my house. There were some stains from the previous owner that I never thought would come out and they did. The results are wonderful and will enable me to keep these carpets for years longer than I thought saving us lots of money. I have already referred them to friends who have had similar results and will do so again!

The company was very helpful and responsive in getting the appointment scheduled and letting me know when they would arrive. The people who did the cleaning were very professional. They took the time to move the furniture (except beds) as necessary.

Ayoub did a fantastic job on cleaning the oriental rugs. They picked them up promptly clean and returned them smelling so fresh. I highly recommend their services.

From the moment I started talking with Nancy at Ayoub Carpet Cleaning, everything has been easy. I was scheduling the cleaning for a few days after having my new house painted, and Nancy told me that if I needed to change the date or time because the painters took longer than I thought, it would be no problem. The day of, Juan and Carlos came out, saw what needed to be cleaned and immediately got to work. They took extra care to not damage my newly painted walls and almost instantly I could see a difference in my carpets. They were professional, worked quickly, and the quote I received was spot on, so my Angie's Deal covered it all. Because of Ayoub Carpet Cleaning, I love my carpets again!

The "Big Deal" was for two small rugs cleaned for the one price. I didn't have two rugs but had one large one and they honored the deal to service the one large rug instead for the same price. I was a little taken aback at the estimate to do the reapirs and reconstruction of the worn areas, but then I had never needed that type of work done and when the process was explained to me -- in detail, by the technician at the shop -- it made sense why it was expensive. I am happy with the result. It was finished much faster than expected and since we were still in the midst of a remodel, they were able to store it for me for about an exra month at no additional charge. The delivery team was polite, professional, and helpful. The room where we intend to lay it was not finished yet and the delivery man told me when it is time to lay it down, to feel free to call and they will come back out and help get it down.

Rugs were cleaned beautifully and placed back into original positions. Pick and delivery went smoothly as well. Pricing was as promised. This was night and day contrast to a previous service by a different company. We were very impressed with Ayoub and recommend them highly.

In 2014, we had a water problem in our basement that required the removal of wide swathes of carpet in the finished basement of our home (bought in 2013). We tackled the repairs in stages and the final stage was completed by Ayoub. Not knowing if new carpet could be seamed to the old or if we would have to replace the ENTIRE basement, we contacted Ayoub. First, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule for the initial review and estimate. Lou was GREAT!. No pressure to purchase right away. He first took a look at the basement, answered all my questions, took measurements and a sample of the carpet. Price, costs was never discussed until he had all the information which I thought was very refreshing. A few days later, samples arrived at our house for us to check the match (at no costs to us). Lou then called back to make sure we were happy with the samples, and with two estimates, based on our conversations. Once we decided what we wanted done, we schedule the install for early September. Ayoub's crew (sorry, but I forgot their names) arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. As with the previous basement project, it was as if it never happened! Is the carpet a perfect match, no but we are very pleased with the choice, the install (cleaned and even swept the new and old carpet) and the service that Ayoub provided. Please note that the only reason I gave them a B was because we tackled this in the summer and they were very busy with other jobs, but once we made contact, no problems at all.
