Excellent, fast service. Great job

I purchased a Deal through Angie's List and then called Ayoub to schedule. The person I spoke to was very friendly and eager to work with my budget. I was able to schedule the work to be done the very next day. The technicians gave me a 30 minute heads up call (love that). They arrived on time and were so friendly, informative and professional. Jay did a walk through with me so he could explain the process and so I could point out particular areas that I was concerned about. They then put drop clothes down to protect the hard wood floors in the path of the equipment and went about their work. When they were done Jay did another walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the job and went over the hand out that covers the do's and dont's for the next couple days. He also gave me a handy dandy resource for carpet stain removal along with a bottle of their stain remover. I can even have the bottle refilled for free at any of their locations!! Wow. This experience really stood out as above and beyond good customer service. Oh and don't let me leave out the fact that the carpets look better than any other time I've had them cleaned.

I knew this would be a major undertaking. Installing unfinished solid hardwood is much more labor-intensive than a pre-finished engineered hardwood. Had I opted for a pre-finished produced it would have cost about the same as a new carpet and pad installation. Personally, I much prefer the solid hardwood. Just me. The crew did a great job. Prep is a major element. Prior to pulling up the existing carpet and pad the crew placed plastic barriers over all the hanging clothes in the closets. They were very polite, respectful, and professional. The look and feel of the solid hardwood gives a superior look and feel to my entire home. It's been six months since the installation. I have no complaints and I'm totally satisfied withe the cost and workmanship.

Excellent response and scheduling. Punctual and professional technicians. All furniture was moved and replaced. All stains pre-treated and removed. Carpet looked brand new after they were done. Extremely satisfied and will use Ayoub again!! Highly recommend.

Used the Angie's list special: two oriental rugs cleaned for $239. Dropped off rugs at Falls Church location -- very convenient. Brought in an additional rug (2 x 6 runner) that needed cleaning and they did it for no additional charge as part of the special offer. Needed rugs in less than two weeks for a moving date; rugs were ready on time, despite the snowstorm.

Absolutely no problems or issues. The rugs were spotless and well cleaned. The technicians were meticulous about removing and re-laying both rugs to my complete satisfaction. Price was very fair.

It was great! The guy came by within the provided time window and took care of the carpeting pretty quickly. He ended up getting a call in the middle of the job and told me he would only charge for an hour even though he went over (to take care of the issue on the phone). Very professional and nice guy.

Oriental carpet (light in color) was sent to remove red wine stains. When the work was completed and returned it did not meet my satisfaction. When I called to discuss this, it was handled very professionally from the first person I spoke to. Ryan the plant manager took it upon himself to make sure I returned the rug for further evaluation and to try again. When I got the carpet back, it was perfect. Job well done by all involved. Thanks to Ryan, I will get all my carpets cleaned here. The pick up and delivery men also did a fabulous and professional job.

I bought a deal on Angies lIst from them and got 400$ worth for 250. but it was a little more in square footage with the steps included and the pretreatment so I ended up paying a little more. It was worth it. I gave them 3 dates I would be available and they booked me for the first time I asked for. Everyone at the office was especially nice. Especially Nancy. Marco and Carlos called before they came and I was ready for them. They came in and Marco and Carlos went to each room and determined how much square footage was involved in the cleaning and suggested an odor treatment in the room where the dogs sleep. I agreed and they took off. My basement room was the worst and Carlos went over the floor over and over until it was clean. When they finished the carpet was cleaner than when we moved in a year ago.Both guys were great and very professional. I followed them around the house while they pre-treated and cleaned and I'm sure bothered them but they were happy to answer my questions. Next time I clean my carpets I will be using Ayoub and ask for Marco and Carlos. They go above and beyond.

I've used Ayoub Carpet Services for years and have always had a great experience. Their people are helpful and professional, and their work is consistently excellent. They have done rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning, and I have been very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Carpet cleaning was the best of several I have used over the years. Sofa spot cleaning was good but not perfect (has anyone ever gotten white upholstery perfectly clean?). Super-nice people and experience.

Repaired a section of carpet. It blends beautifully. They are the only company I use to clean my carpets including oriental carpets. They are professional and do a wonderful job every time.

Service was better than great! Overall, the price was 460.00, but with the deal from Angie's List, it was $310. They were professional and they were quick and efficient and did a FANTASTIC job. The price was a little more than some others in the area, but the price is well worth it with the deal; you get what you pay for. I would HIGHLY recommend them and I will be using them again in the future. AGAIN, get the Angie's list deal and you will not only get a GREAT service, you will get a GREAT deal. They even left me with some spot cleaner at the end. Thanks team!

Very professional on the phone and in person. Gave us Angie's List discount to clean two very dirty, expensive, Persian rugs (5x7 each). They look like new now and reasonable price.

I bought the $200 for $400 worth of carpet cleaning deal - when I called to make the appointment and described my townhouse, the person I spoke with estimated I had only purchased half of what I needed to clean my house (about 1,500 sq ft with 2 flights of carpeted stairs) - I was concerned. However, when the techs actually arrived they said what I needed would only cost $60 over what I already paid as part of my deal. Much better. After cleaning the carpet looks very good. I was able to make an appointment within a week of initial purchase, the techs were prompt, professional, and did a good job. I would use again and would recommend to others.

We had used ACS before when we bought carpeting so we were confident to work with Linda, Ryan & Dennis again on this tile entryway project. Linda & Ryan worked with us for quite a while to select a tile that had the size, color & durability/care requirements we were looking for at a still reasonable price. We were able to take several samples home to get a good idea of what to select. Ryan's estimate contained no surprises & included a contingency estimate in case we needed to replace the subflooring--I knew upfront what my maximum costs would be. The crew showed up when Ryan said they would. They worked hard and carefully. Dennis takes pride in his work & the final result looked better than I expected. All I had to do was repaint the trim, which I had planned to do anyway, but there was no touch-up painting on the walls or big clean up needed. I will use ACS for all my flooring needs, including carpet cleaning, & plan to contact them again when I can replace our kitchen flooring.

It went well. The crew was respectful, but also were straight with us. They made us feel comfortable with them and felt trustworthy. Did everything ahead of schedule and provided additional help that wasn't originally requested.

I can't say enough good things about Ayoub. They delivered several rugs to our home for a trial when ended up being essential as the rugs we thought was "the one" clashed violently with our other furnishings. Linda was incredibly responsive and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. She even managed to squeeze us in for the stain treatment of our dining room rug two days before we had a hoard coming for Thanksgiving. We will absolutely use Ayoub for all our future flooring needs!

Absolutely great service. Ayoub is very professional, timely, and has superior attention to detail. The installation was flawless -- the install team arrived on time and got right to work, every carpet seam was perfectly aligned and the edges were perfectly flush with the walls and other woodwork. I worked with Ryan to get it set up and Dennis led the installation. Both were top-notch.

PRO: Office and Delivery personnel were highly professional; rescheduled at my request a number of times; assisted uptake including where heavy furniture involved without hesitation. and replaced when done. CON: Cleaning was generally good to very good although odor removal (not urine; dog fur oil) less than optimal. GET THE COST ESTIMATE BEFORE PICK-UP; this service is expensive, even with the Angie's purchased coupon.

Seems to be a good job. We'll wait to see if the smell comes back, but so far, so good. Nice people to work with.
