2 service technicians arrived promptly as scheduled. Explained cleaning process and work to be performed. Spent approximately 3 1/2 hours cleaning entire carpeted area of basement. End result made the carpet look new again.

Ryan was great to work with. We didn't even have to go to the showroom as he went out of his way to make multiple visits with samples to our house based on our discussions on what we were looking for. It cost a little more than I was hoping, but we went with a little higher quality carpet I think as well. As it turned out, the money was well spent on the total overall package. Extremely easy to work withh and very responsive, we had several date changes due to our ongoing basement renovation project (carpet install of course was the last on the to-do list), and Ryan had zero problems working with our issues and moving the date around, which we greatly appreciated! Dennis and Javier came on the install day and despite being a man down, they worked hard all day and into the late evening to get it fully completed (over 1000 ft of nooks and crannies) and it looks fantastic. Sometimes when you want the best, you pay a little bit more. We have zero regrets and would happily recommend Ayoub for your carpet installation and sales needs.

We had Ayoub do the carpet cleaning. They seem to be very thorough in their cleaning. They came when they said they were going to come. We would use their services again. They were here October of 2015. It was before the holidays.

Willy and his partner did a fantastic job. There was a little whining at the start because of poor communication between the cleaners and their main office but they got over it and did a great job. Our carpets are almost 18 years old and they look so good. There are stains that could not be removed but that was completely understandable. They got that dark edge along the walls to really brighten up. I will call them every time I need carpets cleaned!

We have been purchasing and caring for our oriental carpets using the services of Ayoub Carpet Service (ACS) for more than 20 years. Needless to say we have been extremely satisfied with ACS’s services and their approach to taking care of their customers. Recently we had to replace some wall to wall carpeting so of course we went to the ACS showroom in Falls Church. Our visit reconfirmed our prior experiences, same great service. No surprise here! When Lou, our sales rep, visited our home there was little doubt that he was an experienced flooring professional. He gave us manufacturer and installation options, comparing and contrasting each. We made our selection and when the installation team arrived it was magic. Observing Melvin and his team at work was like watching a close order drill team. Everyone knew their job, doing it quickly, expertly and clearly taking pride in their work. It’s always gratifying that after 20 years the reason we originally selected ACS has remained the same, customer focused service.

A great experience from start to finish -- easy to schedule, they did a beautiful job on our carpets and even made our slightly worn front hall area rug look great. Price wasn't cheap but was reasonable.

Our basement was flooded by a burst water spigot and saturated our wall to wall carpeting and 3 oriental area rugs. The wall to wall carpet had to be torn up (not by this company) but Ayoub Carpet Services picked up our area rugs and brought them to their warehouse for cleaning and repair. During the process of cleaning up the basement, the largest carpet, 10x14 was torn about 18 inches. When we got the rugs back, they were clean and looked like new. The repair of the ripped rug is unnoticable to me. I am very happy with Ayoubs services. They did a great job and were very accommodating with my requests. Everyone I interacted with, from the office personnel, to the man who did the repair, and the delivery guys were very nice and polite. I would recommend this company to those needing their services.

We purchased a special on Angie's List for carpet cleaning with Ayoub Carpet Service. Ayoub had installed wall-to-wall carpeting in our home about two years ago and we were very pleased with their service. We spoke with Ryan Gallahan, who scheduled the carpet cleaning within a week of our phone call. We had worked with Ryan on the carpet purchase. He is a top professional and excellent representative for Ayoub Carpet Service. Marco and Carlos did the carpet cleaning. They called 30 minutes ahead of arrival to let us know they were nearby; arrived on time; and did an outstanding job! Our four level townhouse is not easily accessible from the street and involved numerous stairs so the cleaning job was more difficult than some. We would definitely use Ayoub again and highly recommend their services.

Ryan at Ayoub was really great to work with. After initial conversations about our needs, he set aside some samples for me to come in and look at. Then he came out to measure and brought the boards for my wife to see since she couldn't go by when I went to the showroom. He ordered some larger samples of the styles and colors we thought we liked and after they arrived we settled on the brand, style and color and placed our order. There was absolutely no pressure to go with the most expensive option - Ryan actually helped us find an equal quality alternative that suited our needs, with a better color, and was more affordable than what we originally had been pricing out from our prior research. We were having some other interior and roof repairs done around the same time so we were working to get everything scheduled to do carpet after the interior repairs and Ryan was able to work that in. The only snag in the whole plan was a problem with the carpet manufacturer, which was beyond Ayoub's control, and Ryan maintained good communication along the entire process to let us know what was happening and what the impact would be. Installation was excellent and took just half the day. The crew moved all the furniture around as needed and put everything back just like it was before. Very professional and the carpet looks great. Initially I was told that the carpets would be returned in about a week. After several weeks (I don't recall the exact date), I had to phone the vendor to nag him into completing the return of my cleaned. Once scheduled, the 2 workers arrived on time and efficiently placed the carpets properly before repositioning my furniture on them. Luckily I wasn't relying on getting the carpets back quickly. On the other hand, the carpets look GREAT now!

Second time using Ayoub (different properties). They were great as usual. Scheduling was a breeze. The company had an opening the very next day. We had them clean a master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms in addition to a hallway, staircase, and an area rug. They also deodorized because most of our stains were pet related. They could not guarantee that all the stains would be completely gone. A few stains were mildly visible afterwards, but these stains were years old so it was understandable. BEST PART was that they very, deeply scrubbed the edge where the baseboard meets the carpet. It looks so much better now. All this was covered under the $250 for $400 worth of cleaning coupon that they offered.

Sent a technician to my home to insure that the finished rug size enhanced the room's space and overall design. Their whole staff (cleaning, showroom and technicians) are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

This was a large (12' by 14'), wool, handmade, oriental carpet. They hand washed it, and treated it with an all natural stain protectant. I called on a Monday morning, and to my pleasant surprise, they were able to pick it up the next day, and apply the offer I bought while I was on the phone getting an estimate. They were very prompt, called ahead, and were cheerful, efficient, and polite at pickup. When asked, they were able to show me carpet pad samples, and offered to add it to my order if I liked, or I could call it in later. I called the company, had immediate service, was given an estimate, and ordered the pad, which was nicer and cheaper than anything I could fine online, and was from a local manufacturer! About 14 days later, they called to make a delivery appointment, arrange payment, and to confirm delivery details. About 16 days later, they came to my home to deliver the carpet. Again, they were polite, punctual, and efficient. They laid out the carpet pad and carpet, and centered it in my living room. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend the, and will use them again!

Despite the bad weather and snow, they still came by to pick up the rug, as promised. I was not there, and had to leave the rug outside, but they picked up and noted that. Although it was estimated at several weeks, they called about 1.5 weeks later and said it was ready. When they came, the guys were extremely polite and professional, putting on over-booties before even being asked, and were very careful moving everything to put the rug back in place. When it was unrolled, the cleaning job was wonderful. However, I still noticed the dye bleed through and damaged fringe. I told them, and they said I needed to contact the office. I did, and I spoke with Lisa again. She noted that my email traffic to her and the initial work order had the repair work noted, although the final work order had only deep cleaning down. She noted that normally the Angie's List special is only for cleaning, not repairs, but due to the confusion, they would honor it and have it repaired. She scheduled a quick pickup for the next day, again in terrible weather, but they picked it up. The repairman at the company called me a couple days later to confirm the work/repairs needed, and said he might not be able to completely repair a couple of the water bleed through areas. About 1.5 weeks later, the carpet was ready for delivery and I had it delivered again by the very professional crew: polite, considerate, professional. It was FABULOUS! The colors were restored to their initial vibrancy and the new fringe and beautifully restored bleed through areas made this a huge success. I am so very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism with which they handled everything, and the speed and efficiency of the pick-up and delivery, not to mention the actual work, This was during the Blizzard of the Century and other lesser snowstorms and treacherous weather, and they could easily have put things off and delay, but they did not. Wonderful, wonderful service, and I am planning to have additional carpets and rugs cleaned after this experience. Thank you to everyone at Ayoub!

Once again, Ayoub exceeded my expectations! I was shocked at how wonderful the large rug looked, as it was a very old rug handed down from my husband's grandmother. The colors were vibrant and all the stains gone. The smaller rugs were used in our kitchen and had taken a brutal beating over the last several years of dog training, dog feedings (one was under their dishes), and one was inside the main door to the garage, so was very, very worn. They all came back looking almost new, and all the stains were removed, and colors were once more bright. Again, Lisa was very helpful and professional, as were the delivery crew. A wonderful group of people - thank you so much!

Ayoub Carpet Service did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets when we were moving out of our rental house. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and even gave me advice on how to avoid carpet staining in the future. The technician also noticed that I had overestimated the square footage of carpet, and did extra stain removal service to make up the difference in the $400 for $250 deal. They were even able to remove staining that was leftover from the tenants before us, and left our carpets looking great.

They were great. They were really good. They did my upstairs and downstairs carpets. They were very good and very fast. The carpets looked great. I didn't pay anything over $250. They were fast. I scheduled the time online and they showed up at that time.
