They were excellent.
Description of Work: They cleaned 3 area rugs. The two men rolled the rugs up for me and carried them out. They were gone for a couple of weeks and then brought them back and put them exactly where they had been.

Description of Work: Ayoub's service is outstanding. They cleaned two 8 x 11 foot wool rugs, one oriental and one Berber, thoroughly. The rugs look new and are both over 30 years old. They also replaced the padding on both rugs. Pick up, delivery, and removing from the room and putting back was included. The delivery men could not have been nicer. I highly recommend them for the care of valuable rugs.

Description of Work: I have an old oriental carpet that had not been cleaned in a very long time. The rug also needed new trim. I got their name off of Angie's List and gave then a call. The receptionist was very professional and kind. I explained the situation and they gave me an estimate on the phone with cleaning cost and new trim. I was told the rug would take 10 days to clean and mend and that was ok with me, because we were getting new flooring in. They called before the 10 day period and wanted to set up a delivery date. I told them that my floor was almost done, could they deliver sooner than expected and they worked with me and got it done. The guys who came to deliver were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone

Description of Work: A gentleman named Junior was here for over 3 hours and did an excellent job. He was able to remove several bad stains and he covered several areas. It was a quality job performed by a pro. The price was totally fair for the job performed and I am fully satisfied. Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 3 level TH. 3 bedrooms, 2 staircase, 1 hallway, 1 family room and foyer area. Carpet cleaners were very professional and on time. I even received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They inspected my carpet/measured the square foot and gave me my quote before starting the cleaning. They did a thorough job and I was very pleased with their work. I definitely will use them again in the near future as well as recommend them to others. When I initially called to make an appointment...Ray is the person who helped me and he was absolutely wonderful! If only every person that works/owns a business could be as helpful and professional as he was to me.

Description of Work: Staurt and Jose from Ayoub Carpet Services re-laid carpet, replaced padding, and stretched carpet where necessary, all subsequent to a major leak we had some months ago. These guys were very professional, did an excellent job, and left evrything tidy and clean. Great service such as this is relatively rare which is why i called their Manager, Brian, up after to thank him and his company for a really good job.
