An excellent job was done on both the carpet and upholstery. The workers were very careful and thorough. It all looks great. And the workers were prompt and professional.

It was somewhere around $200. They did an excellent job and I would use them again. I would recommend them too. I told them that I found them on Angie’s List and I was hoping that they would be the people that I would continue to use going forward, and I feel that way right now. Price was fair. I feel as though they are now my carpet company. They did it right, that is important.

They're a little high on price. They're punctual and on time. I stopped using another service provider because that provider ruined the carpet, so now I'm using them (Ayoub). They can't really fix what the previous provider already messed up, but they're a little bit better.

Wonderful! I had been putting off having them cleaned until I realized I was having company in a week. I called them and not only did they pick them up the next day but they actually returned them, beautifully cleaned, in 4 days. That is pretty unbelievable. Roozbah Ghanizada and Carlos Hernandez delivered them and even trimmed my existing carpet pad to better fit one of them. They were very meticulous in their delivery and setup. Highly highly recommend them.

Very well. The gentlemen who arrived surveyed the area. I pointed out a large stain that they said they would do their best to remove. They asked if they should 'feather' into the adjacent rooms, and I said sure. They got the stain out (yay!) and there was no telling where the cleaning started or ended. They worked quickly and kept me informed of each step in the process. I gave a 'B' on responsiveness only because I never got an e-mail back when I first used that mechanism for getting an estimate; had to call.

I cannot recommend ACS highly enough. I reached out to 3 companies on Angie's List and ACS was the first to respond. This responsiveness continued throughout the experience. We had a very specific window because we wanted our cleaning to coincide with floor replacement and they accommodated us. Pickup and delivery were timely, efficient, and the personnel were helpful and courteous. One note is that we found a bigger discount on their website (20%) than on Angie's List (15%). The rugs came back immaculate with ALL odors gone!

They were not very good, unfortunately. They shrunk my carpet. They did not try to rectify the situation. I called about it and there was nothing they could do about it. They said, sometimes they shrink. The price doesn't matter much, if they mess up your order. I can't give them much credit for professionalism.

They were punctual, and the cleaning was done well. A couple of very old stains did not come out, which did not surprise us, since they had resisted previous cleanings.

Personnel was very courteous and helpful and the rugs were cleaned very nicely.

It worked out fine. I ended up not getting it back for Thanksgiving. It wasn't because they didn't work timely, it was because I was really busy and it took me a while to call them to come pick it up. The big deal was for a smaller rug than mine. My rug was larger so I paid a couple of hundred dollars. They did a great job on the cleaning and it was completely upfront. They moved and put the rug back down with my furniture. I would use them again for sure. My interaction with them was great. They were very professional and courteous. The work turned out great. I had spots on my rug and they got them all out. It wasn't like a super duper deal but I got what I paid for. I did have some issues with the return date.

Both carpets came back very clean. I did a bunch of research on the proper way to clean oriental carpets and then questioned them to make sure they were following what seems to be the best practices. They offered that I could come visit their facility to see. I can't tell where the carpet was mended, because they did such a good job. One of the oriental carpets had the hem glued under, not sewn down and they didn't notice that. So it came back with the side edges hanging out (no longer turned under by the glue). When I pointed it out to the delivery guy, he told me what I needed to do to fix it myself. I'm sure they would have taken it back with them to the plant and I could have paid to have it fixed, but I did it myself because it was pretty simple.

This was the second time we've used ACS, and they again performed magnificently. Our furniture had been in long-term storage for 15 years, and the floors had the deep-ground wear-and-tear of a home serving as a rental property for 15 years. The friendly and polite team of two arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and treated our home and effects with care and sensitivity. Their attention to detail and clean-up were exemplary. Both the main office scheduler and the team lead had excellent advice and tips. Our floors and furniture look like new. This company is great.

I scheduled my appointment via email with Lisa from the Chantilly office since I do not have access to my phone at work. She was very responsive and gave me a quote and pick up day within a few hours. The guys from Ayoub came almost at exactly the beginning of the four hour pick up window on the appointed day. Rather than trying to make the hard sell, the Ayoub tech explained the best solutions for my carpets including fixing a potentially serious problem with the fringe on one and providing protectorant on a large carpet that goes under our dining room table. The tech was able to provide updates to the cost estimate immediately on site and, importantly, he was dead on with those estimates. I used a 15% off coupon from Angie's List. The carpets look great, almost like the colors have been turned up! I will definitely use them again for all future carpet cleaning and repair.
