The move went great. They were on time, started moving as soon as they got there and got done extremely quickly.

The movers were extremely professional. They worked to the minute of the three hour booking very hard for us. They were prompt and worth every penny.

Very professional, took care of our belongings, no scratches or damage whatsoever. Went the extra mile by adding a last minute storage unit pick-up. Would definitely use again.

We set up the original date for company to move furnishing. Once he heard the move was in Lovettsville, VA, there was an additional $100 added on to the cost. The Groupon said Loudoun County so we did not expect added costs. When we gave him our three dates, we specifically did not include Saturday 9/27 because that was the town's Oktoberfest celebration and the road to the house was closed. Yet, he said that was the day that was available for him to come. The furnishings were in a Lovettsville storage, 3/10 of a mile away from the final destination. It was simply too difficult to arrange a date and the costs seem to increase the more we spoke to him. It was almost like he did not want the business, or the job was not profitable enough, once he heard "Lovettsville, VA".

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and care that the movers displayed. We made use of Angie's List 3 man crew for 3 hrs coupon, expecting that the move would take much longer. In fact, it only took them one hour more. They were punctual, courteous, and very careful with a number of items we were concerned about. This all made it into as stress-free a move can be. While not expecting to move any time soon, we surely would contact ARKO again the next we need movers.

Excellent customer service and very hardworking movers. They were very diligent and ensured all furniture was appropriately wrapped with moving blankets. All furniture was very protected and safe during the move. They worked very quickly and maintained a high attention to detail. I would highly recommend!

Arrived on time. Totally professional intro and conduct. Worked to do everything in the four hour time. Delivered without delay or problem. Price: We bought a voucher through Angie's list for this provider, which was an amazing deal times cheaper than all other estimates we got from other providers. The deal included a large truck and two guys for hour hour labor. Since we had way too much stuff for one bedroom we went over time from the voucher and paid extra, which was again very reasonable. Communication: I was able to communicate with the provider via email receiving prompt responses to my inquiries. I was also provided with a number to call for questions. I received a phone call alerting me that the team is on their way so I knew the exact arrival time. Scheduling: we had a last minute change in plans and had to move sooner than expected. The provider was able to squeeze us in and move on the day we requested. Quality: Speaks the best for this provider - NOTHING got broken during the move and we had lots of stuff. Every piece of furniture was wrapped, all boxes were safely secured in the truck, and all fragile stuff arrived in one piece! No walls dinged, no scratches, nothing. All arrived exactly as it was, amazing. Efficiency: the team was extremely efficient. They worked non stop very hard until everything was done, moved and all arranged in the house to our complete satisfaction! Overall, highly recommend the provider, they will definitely be my choice for our next move!!

I've used many moving companies before and trust me, Arco is far the best in every aspect - Pricing, communication, professionalism, customer service! The pricing quote was almost twice less than everyone else around. It even got better when they billed us at the end. Because it took quicker than expected they gave us a break on the price! That was WOW! The communication was top notch, from when we first inquired and all the way through the moving. They told us in advance what to expect and how to get everything ready for a smooth and efficient move. They even called a few days after the moving to verify if all our belongings are intact and we are fully satisfied. On the moving day they showed up on time and looked very professional. They were wearing clean orange t-shirts with the company name. They were polite and communicating with us through the process - in English!. They brought all the necessary equipment. They knew exactly what they were doing. All the furniture was quickly wrapped and secured. All the boxes were checked up and double-checked up so they don't collapse during the moving. Everything was carried with care. The whole process went quickly, both loading and unloading. There were no damages to our stuff nor walls and floors. The whole move took only 4 hour. These guys are great! I was concerned at first because of the low price compared to other quotes I had received, but was very happy with the service. Arthur confirmed and followed up after scheduling the move. They arrived on time, actually about an hour early, which was great. They worked fast and efficient, wee very professional, and padded and wrapped furniture well. There was no damage at all to any of my belongings, nor to any walls, hallways, railings etc. I had packed all boxes myself, so this quote was only for moving, not packing services. I would highly recommend ARKO to anyone needing a moving company.

There were additional costs for bubble wrap and other packing materials. There were no cost surprises and they provided the price list of these supplies a week ahead of time. The movers were great. They worked very hard. I was very satisfied and have recommended their services to others.

It went fine. We changed the dates a number of times since their availability kept changing – they kept filling up. Ultimately we found a time. This was for a local move. We were moving items from a storage facility to a house. We did have a few minor items that were damaged & they were under the impression that the items were damaged before the move.

We were very happy with Arko. They scheduled the move with my first choice time frame. The movers were polite and worked very hard the entire time. They filled the truck to the rim, were okay with using tape we had purchased ourselves (to save money) and didn't re-wrap stuff that we'd wrapped ourselves (also to save money). Nothing was broken. We have new hard wood floors and I was a bit nervous when I realized that they weren't laying paper down before they brought stuff in. But there were no scratches. I did wish I'd known ahead of time so that I could have put paper down myself. There also wasn't any inventory taken, but nothing was missing. Overall, great experience. We'd recommend to any family or friends without hesitation.

The team (of two) arrived well within the window I was given, and called me ten minutes before arriving. There seemed to be a lot of paperwork to go through for such a small job, but they were friendly about it, so we carried on. They had two nightstands, a full-sized dresser and a standing bureau, plus two filing cabinets padded and loaded into the truck in under 30 minutes. When we arrived at my house with the furniture, they first moved out my nightstands and full dresser, and relocated the elliptical machine up a flight of stairs, in order to clear a place for the filing cabinets. They were very careful with all of the furniture, and made sure that everything was where I wanted it before they left. The BEST, the VERY BEST part is that they then hauled my old furniture to the Goodwill store near me that accepts donations. The gentlemen were courteous and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a local move.

Arrived on time at the pickup location & carefully loaded the moving truck with my items. My husband supervised but really didn't have to. These guys kept moving. Then, they drove to Phila where I met them & they quickly unloaded the truck. The guys were professional, courteous & pleasant to work with. My items were moved with no incident & no damage.

The crew was amazing! I have had to move many times and I would say my experience with ARKO was the best. Professional, efficient, careful, thorough. I could go on and on. I had them meet me at my storage unit initially and then offload at my new home followed by a trip to my Apt where they packed up and again had to offload at the new place. All of this with a two man crew only took about 5.5 hours (much faster for that amount of work than previous companies I have used). I will definitely be recommending ARKO to my friends and family.
