They were great! They were professional, punctual, and did everything that we needed. They gave us good advice and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy and we'll use them again.

Once I contacted them to schedule the service I purchased, everything went very smoothly. They (I think his name was Tim and his assistant) were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The electrician and roofer who did the work were both professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

I contacted Wells Electrical based on a special offer I purchased through Angies List that provided $200.00 worth of electrical work for $99.00. I had the work scheduled and the installer showed up on time. I was quoted the cost would be $800.00 to install 4 simple under counter lights (I had purchased the lights from Lowes myself) and electrical outlets to plug them into. I agreed to the work not really knowing what the going hourly rate was for an electrician, so I take the blame here. The work was completed in 1 ½ hours and I was charged $800.00?that?s more than $400.00 an hour! Mind you they accepted my coupon for the $200.00 off, but still?I can?t help but feel I was taken.

Simply did not show up on the rescheduled appointment. When I called the office they could not reach technician and when I said I would cancel the appointment she said that would be best. I needed a plug installed for a new stove and would need a dedicated line installed with a plug for the microwave in the future. We are also remodeling the basement and would need lighting installed and will find another electrician. Today's job was for only $150, however we have an older home that will be needing a lot of work. It appears that they just work interested in performing the work.

I previously gave Walls Electrical Service an "A" for work performed in 2013. On that occasion the electrician was prompt, thorough, and billed a reasonable price. The work had a certain level of complexity and was well accomplished. This occasion in 2014, with different electricians from Walls, proved to be an entirely opposite experience. (1) Walls never responded to an initial phone message requesting service, so I finally phoned again a week later to set up an appointment. I stressed that the work to be done was at an address other than my home address. I phoned again the day before the appointment to confirm, but Walls claimed to have no record of the appointment. The office managed to fit me into the next day's schedule, and again I stressed the address where the work was to be done--not my home address. Sure enough, the next day two Walls electricians showed up at my home address--not the address specified. They finally made it to the correct address about a half hour after their scheduled time window. Perhaps the office rather than the electricians themselves were to blame, but this is no way to run the dispatching end of a business. (2) The tasks were two simple lighting fixture change-outs and one simple GFI outlet changeout--perhaps at most an hour's worth of work for a qualified electrician. The Walls electricians charged $75 to remove each lighting fixture and another $125 to install each new one, for a grand total of $400 for two simple change-outs. The simple GFI changeout was billed at a staggering $89. The two electricians worked about 35 minutes, so a bit more than one man hour in total. The final bill came to nearly $500, less $101 (using an Angie's list coupon for $200 of electrical work for $99). That seemed to me a bit exorbitant for basically an hour of work for rather simple tasks. And then to top it off, the electricians did not clean up the work area or remove the old lights and cardboard boxes from the new lights. Most contractors do a far better job of cleaning up after their work. (3) For all I know, perhaps $200 is the standard charge these days for a simple replacement of a lighting fixture, but it may make more sense to find a competent handyman who will do such simple work for a reasonable fee (or perhaps watch a few YouTube videos on how to accomplish the tasks safely oneself) rather than contract with a high-priced outfit such as Walls to do it. All in all, I must rate this experience a "D" compared to last year's rating of "A." It is a barely passing grade, for at least the lights and outlet work.

Dean did a great job. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Took a while to schedule but most of that was snow related. I would definitely hire him again.

It was okay, but we were not expecting to spend the amount of money that we spent. They did not show up on time and I had to contact the company to see if they were going to show up. I felt it should not have cost that much to remove the fan as he didn’t do anything else but test the outlets.

It was excellent. They were prompt, which is always very important for me. They were here when they said they would be. It was a team of 2 guys, my wife dealt with them most of the time. She just told me that they got here when they said they would and they did a really good job. They were efficient and they did a quality job. Their pricing was competitive.

The technician came out, was very professional and polite. Because of the location of our room, and the direction of the joists, installing the lighting would be difficult and result in moderate drywall damage. We would have to have a contractor come out on a different day and repair all the drywall and repaint, all at additional cost. It was also his opinion that overhead lighting was not best suited to that room. After his honest assessment we decided not to have the work done.

The technician quickly located the problem and fixed it fast. He was professional and pleasant. I would definitely choose this company again!

Excellent service. Installer arrived early and professionally installed the four recessed lights and dimmer switch. I will definitely use them again.

I had a new electric dryer delivered and it could not be connected because the outlet in my laundry area was designed for an electric range, not a clothes dryer. Sharon from Walls Electric was very pleasant on the phone, and she was able to schedule me for service the next day. Jim, the electrician, came out and did the work quickly and made sure the wiring was appropriate.

They were very service oriented, fast, and friendly. My only complaint is that some of the receptacles are not flush with the wall, but I'm probably the only one who notices.

Went very smoothly. I delayed install until weather left ground soft enough for digging. Line had to be run underground. Once I contacted Walls to do the work the quickly scheduled the job. Workmen arrived at stated time. Wasted no time doing the work, cleaned up yard and reinstalled sod so grass would grow over trench. I was mildly surprised at the overall cost of $500 which I thought was on the very high end of estimate. Original evaluator had indicated job would run around $250 if not problems were encountered and $650 if there were problems. Since there were no problems I had expected this job to run around $300 total. So I'm very glad I had a deal for $200. Even so I paid $399 counting the cost of the deal. I had also previously paid Walls to locate the problem with the lamp post so they did not have to do that as part of this job.

He was professional and personable, and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely call Walls again for any electrical needs that come up.

Provider arrived on time. Replaced a 200 amp FP panel with a Cutler Hammer Home Line Panel. There was a problem with the estimate and the Work Order Invoice...a total of ten breakers listed on the estimate were not used according to the work order/invoice. Company said on the phone they would refund $59.00 for the breakers. As of today there has not been a final inspection of the work. They said that they could not make any accomidation on the time of the inspection even when they were informed that because of our sleep schedule we would not be available before 1 PM. They hung up and abruptly ended the call when I was discussing this. They left two large holes in the wall where they installed the box. One I saw easily as it was directly under the box. the other was covered up by a loose peace of drywall in front of a large hole. I will never use these people again and I would urge everyone who reads this to do the same. The box installed was not the box listed on the estimate listed as costing close to $1600 but a box I identified from markings on the installed box as costing $96. I will never use this firm again and a I would urge anyone reading this to do the same.

we purchased a Big Deal for $99.00 this was for $200 of electrical services they came for estimate and gave us a figure of over $1000 to replace one ceiling light( we had purchased the light) replace a dimmer switch( we had purchase the switch) and replace one ceiling fan ( again we had purchased the fan). We were told this would take about 3 hours. We felt that the cost of $250 per hour aprox based on their estimate was totally out of line. We are requesting a refund.

The technician was helpful in troubleshooting and gave me some good information.

Wall's has been a life saver for us recently. We hired them to install a new light in the ceiling of our dining room, where there currently was no overhead light. We knew that our circuit in our panel box was overloaded and while the technician was out we wanted him to take a look and see what we could do to split things up and move some items to a new panel that was installed. The houses in our neighborhood were built in the early 90's and we knew that things were not done correctly in the houses. We recently build a detached garage and installed a new panel for the service to this building. This allowed us to have room to correct the electrical issues and make the circuits even and not overloaded. Jay is the technician that came out. He installed the new light and it is beautiful. He spent a lot of time going through our panel box and tracking what everything was. Nothing was labeled correctly. Jay took a lot of notes and promised to get back to me with his solution. Within a few days he had a game plan in place. He was very upfront with us about what needed to be done and how much time it would take. He came out with his helper on several days working to resolve all of our issue and safety hazards. We knew that the circuits were overloaded but while working Jay found a lot of other major issues in the wiring in our house. There were wires that appeared burn into the boxes, loose wires laying in my attic, 3-way switches installed in locations that were not needed. Every time an issue was discovered, Jay would show me what he found, explain to me (someone that knows nothing about electrical work) in a manner I could understand and tell me my options on fixing the problem. Jay was very knowledgeable and professional through out the entire process. He worked with several different helpers over the days he was at our home and what really impressed me was the patience he showed and the time he spent to explain and teach his helpers. As a woman that works home alone all day I am selective to who I allow to work in my home without my husband around. After the first visit, I felt completely safe with the crew working in my home and at times even left them alone to work. I can not say enough about this entire process and the entire Staff of Walls Electrical. Everyone really cares about the customer and making sure that the jobs is completed correctly and timely. Mark Walls, the owner of the company called Jay at least once everyday to make sure that everything was going ok and to see if he needed help. That really shows that even the offsite personal really care. We are defiantly sleeping better now that everything is fixed and we will defiantly not hesitate to use Walls Electrical again in the future.

It went great. They were friendly and explained everything in thorough detail about everything that they were going to do. They seemed to be honest and fair priced. One of the wires were sparking. The technician Tread was really good and I would vouch for him. It was a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

technican arrived about 20 minutes late. Other than that the service was excellent. Technician was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

We've been wanting to install recessed lighting in our main living area since we bought the house a year ago. Once we had the cash, we called a couple of the top rated companies with deals. We were nervous about all the possible drywall repair necessary, so we had Walls come out and give us an estimate before purchasing recessed light deal. Fortunately for us, we have open trusses, so Jim only had to cut 2 holes. Both of which we were able to hide inside our laundry room. Jim showed up on time and worked all day. We are very happy with the results. He was right, we have plenty of light now. I am most impressed with Walls immediate follow-up when we had a problem with one of the lights. They came out & investigated immediately. Replacing the broken sensor free of charge. I recommend and intend to use them for other custom lighting.

Purchased the big deal and were pleased with the service.
