It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. It went well. I paid an additional $250 out of pocket. He was a very nice man. I would actually hire them again if I needed anything done. The price was a little steepish.

They did a great a great job and I would recommend them.

Dean came out to perform an electrical inspection for our newly purchased home. The home we purchased was over 50 years old and we knew there were some major problems. Dean went over the entire inspection with us very thoroughly , pointing out to us the major issues that we're in need of immediate attention. He was very honest and detailed, and he explained every fault he found. Needless to say, we used him for our electrical panel upgrade.

It was EXCELLENT - I couldn't be happier and I would DEFINITELY recommend them. I called them on Monday, they came yesterday (Wednesday). The were right on time. It took about 2+ hours from start to finish. Tread was very patient and happy to answer ALL my questions. I'd DEFINITELY use them again.

He came out to do the service the same day I purchased the deal. I had additional charges of $56. He was knowledgeable in what I requested him to do and was great. He also was friendly and nice, that made a big difference. He provided excellent customer service. I thought the price was a little high and the quality of service was excellent.

This was emergency last minute request as I called them on phone. They were professional and curteious at the time of taking order. Eventhough the electrecians were already booked for next day. They were able to send someone over next day afternoon. The electrician came in following day completed the request service. He was helpful and explained pro and con of various alternative approach before selecting one. I was overall satisfied with the service they provided and will use them in future.

We could not have been more pleased. Mike is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and the cost for the work. He arrived on time for both appointments. We would be so pleased if there were more service/repair people like Mike. Things would then go much better for the consumers. The young lady who made the appointments for us was most pleasant and helpful. Walls is a great company. You will not be disappointed.

Service provider refused to provide a quote over the phone and scheduled a service visit. Gave a quote which was twice the price of the job they were clearly using the coupon as a bait to get new customers and leave them with no choice as they have already paid 99 bucks

We made an emergency call after hours after we had a brown out, followed by a 1/2 power outage in our home. We spoke with a knowledgeable professional who was able to schedule our appt. for the next morning. He also provided guidance over the phone and helped us do some troubleshooting ourselves. When morning came, Walls called and was able to come earlier than they had planned. The technician came when he said he would, was very professional, and diagnosed our problem right away as being outside our home, and Dominion Power's responsibility. We were thrilled to hear a trusted professional opinion, and the good news that we wouldn't have to spend thousands for our "emergency." Thank you, Walls!

Everything was great. The electrician was on time and was very professional. I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently he worked that I asked him give me an estimate on additional work that I plan in doing this winter.

Provider was very good. It seemed a little expensive for the work, but I can't say that I'm initimately familiar with market rates for electrical work.

He was courteous and knowledgeable. He informed us what he recommended before doing the work, and he explained what he was doing as he went along. I had already paid $99.00 to Angie's List for $200 worth of electrical work, but he wanted an extra $100 to install the second ceiling fan. I do not know what the going hourly rate is, but I felt it was an OK price, not a real bargain. In future I will need to know what is involved in $200 worth of services. He was in and out in two hours which was a bit long, but I didn't have to clean up after him, so it was all good.

I've had them out twice now. Overall pleased. Liked the guys that did the work. Will call them again.

The electrician was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He put the track lighting kit together from scratch, opening the box to completing its installation onto the ceiling. He took great care not to scratch the floors or make a mess. I'm totally behind this guy.

After purchasing this coupon, Walls Electric set up an appointment with me to fix our electricity (we have no power in the master bedroom). They failed to show up for the appointment. I called and was told that the foreman forgot to schedule electricians to our home but he would send them out shortly. When the electricians arrived, I showed them the problem and explained the history without even checking the fuse box, the electrician told me that he had to give me a quote before he could start the job. The quote was for four hours of work, totaling about $600, with $200 taken off per the coupon. When I asked what would happen if it took less than four hours he countered with "what if it takes more? I just have no idea.". I am not willing to work with a company that isn't up front with their minimum quotes and wont even do a cursory glance at a problem before asking me to shell out $500.

Dean Sheetz was exceptional! He and his assistant arrived on time, and he walked me through everything that they planned to do. His suggestions for addressing my installation provided much greater flexibility than I originally though possible. Walls has become my "go to" company for electrical work.

The technician was Mike. He was courteous and professional. The new range sat 4-6 inches from the wall due to the poor placement of power receptacle. Mike was able to move this in order for new range to sit flush and not stick out any longer. There wasn't a light over the sink from when the house was built. He was able to install a new light fixture and run the wire to the same switch area as disposal unit. I am quite satisfied with the work performed.
