Dean and his assistant were on time and performed the work in less than the the estimated time. All the work was well done and the installation looks great.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked good. They came out, did the job and were fine. They provided same day service the day I purchased the deal. I asked him a few electrical questions about some other stuff, but that was it. This was the first time I used this company. I thought it was great that they were able to provide same day service; that was huge. I thought the guy was knowledgeable and did a good job.

Very well. They charged quite a bit for installing a dimmer that took about 10 minutes ($75.00).

We've called Walls a few times and have had very capable electricians come to the house. Will keep using this company for sure. They did make an effort to do as little (necessary) damage to the drywall as possible during the creation of new lighting. Also, made sure to screw back in the drywall so it can be easily repaired. All went well.

Scheduled easily even with the snow coming. Dean and his helper came on time, installed the new lights and they look fantastic! They were professional, efficient and even cleaned up afterwards. I can't say enough good things about the service we have been provided. I called Walls and made an appointment for a home inspection and Dean (and his assistant Billy) showed up early! (how often does that happen anymore?!) I wanted the home inspection since we just moved into this home and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. As it turns out, everything wasn't ok. Our electrical panel was outdated, overloaded, and wired completely wrong. Dean gave me an estimate for the work and said to call around and get other estimates, but it would be a good idea to upgrade the panel. I had mentioned to him our main had tripped twice since we moved in and he said that is absolutely NOT normal. It turns out two days later our main tripped 4 times and I ended up texting Dean around 7am as I knew the office wasn't open yet. Dean texted back very quickly, and continued to call and advise us throughout the morning. He was able to determine our issue and help us get the problem in order without even having to come over. We then we knew we had to upgrade our electrical panel and we were able to get an appointment very quickly. This was a major task for Dean and he was at our home from around 9am until 1130pm. He worked through the entire day to ensure we ended up with power that night. I can't say enough good things about the service we were provided. Its very rare to find someone who shows up on time, is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough in his analysis to us. I would highly recommend Walls Electrical Service and ask for Dean!

I think it was fine and okay. It was pretty straight forward. It was good.

The appointment was set up quickly, and the woman I spoke to was pleasant. On the day the work was performed the electrician finished his prior job early, and I got a call to see if he could come to my house earlier. The installation took approximately 30 minutes to complete. There were lines in the wall he could easily connect to in order to add the new outlets. I purchased "The Big Deal" for up to $200 of electrical service for $99 through Angie's List, so the installation only cost my $99. The invoice I was given showed the job would have cost $175 without the Angie's List coupon.

They did come on time. The electrician was diligent and work different avenues to locate the issue. He showed and explained everything he did. They did a great job, resolved the problem and I have not had any issues since. (I had another electrician come in and he could not resolve it. ). However, they were very very expensive. The date of service was 12/31. He was professional, punctual and I was very happy w the service provided.

Dean and his assistant were great from start to finish. They arrived on-time, quickly identified a hidden outlet in one of our rooms, and fixed an outlet in our basement so we could use the light switch. He also identified a problem with one of our light-sensors on a porch lamp. I can highly recommend Dean and Wall's Electric for your electrical needs.

electrician was on time but did not have the type of smoke detectors that I had specifically asked for when I set up the appointment. So I had to wait for him to go get them and return about 45 minutes later....glad I didn't have another appointment to go to. The work itself was simple for a qualified electrician. As for the coupon and cost of work....I will never do that again....way overpriced and I feel the coupon is a gimmick. I spent way too much for the scope of the work and the cost of the materials which are available at the hardware store and still did not get exactly what I wanted..that's the price you pay when you can't do the work yourself. Plus I paid for 4 batteries@$10 per battery and only received 3

I'm really scared of electrical problems, so I was happy/relieved that Walls was able to respond so fast. Luckily for me, they had a worker in the next neighborhood. He was able to trouble-shoot the problem correctly and do a quick fix. My only concern was that the replacement circuit breaker may not have been 'out of the box' brand new. I can't be sure, since it came out of a catch-all supply in the work van. But regardless, it is the correct 'type' and working fine. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They came out last week and they did an excellent job. They are still more work to be done, so they are scheduled to eventually come out and finalize; but I have no complaints. They followed through and accommodated my schedule, so it was good. They will be coming out to attach the generator. The upcoming project will be $900. The price is fair. They have done an excellent job. The guy was pleasant. He did everything and gave me advice. He did not argue, so that was good.
