Wall's has been a life saver for us recently. We hired them to install a new light in the ceiling of our dining room, where there currently was no overhead light. We knew that our circuit in our panel box was overloaded and while the technician was out we wanted him to take a look and see what we could do to split things up and move some items to a new panel that was installed. The houses in our neighborhood were built in the early 90's and we knew that things were not done correctly in the houses. We recently build a detached garage and installed a new panel for the service to this building. This allowed us to have room to correct the electrical issues and make the circuits even and not overloaded. Jay is the technician that came out. He installed the new light and it is beautiful. He spent a lot of time going through our panel box and tracking what everything was. Nothing was labeled correctly. Jay took a lot of notes and promised to get back to me with his solution. Within a few days he had a game plan in place. He was very upfront with us about what needed to be done and how much time it would take. He came out with his helper on several days working to resolve all of our issue and safety hazards. We knew that the circuits were overloaded but while working Jay found a lot of other major issues in the wiring in our house. There were wires that appeared burn into the boxes, loose wires laying in my attic, 3-way switches installed in locations that were not needed. Every time an issue was discovered, Jay would show me what he found, explain to me (someone that knows nothing about electrical work) in a manner I could understand and tell me my options on fixing the problem. Jay was very knowledgeable and professional through out the entire process. He worked with several different helpers over the days he was at our home and what really impressed me was the patience he showed and the time he spent to explain and teach his helpers. As a woman that works home alone all day I am selective to who I allow to work in my home without my husband around. After the first visit, I felt completely safe with the crew working in my home and at times even left them alone to work. I can not say enough about this entire process and the entire Staff of Walls Electrical. Everyone really cares about the customer and making sure that the jobs is completed correctly and timely. Mark Walls, the owner of the company called Jay at least once everyday to make sure that everything was going ok and to see if he needed help. That really shows that even the offsite personal really care. We are defiantly sleeping better now that everything is fixed and we will defiantly not hesitate to use Walls Electrical again in the future.

It went great. They were friendly and explained everything in thorough detail about everything that they were going to do. They seemed to be honest and fair priced. One of the wires were sparking. The technician Tread was really good and I would vouch for him. It was a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

technican arrived about 20 minutes late. Other than that the service was excellent. Technician was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

We've been wanting to install recessed lighting in our main living area since we bought the house a year ago. Once we had the cash, we called a couple of the top rated companies with deals. We were nervous about all the possible drywall repair necessary, so we had Walls come out and give us an estimate before purchasing recessed light deal. Fortunately for us, we have open trusses, so Jim only had to cut 2 holes. Both of which we were able to hide inside our laundry room. Jim showed up on time and worked all day. We are very happy with the results. He was right, we have plenty of light now. I am most impressed with Walls immediate follow-up when we had a problem with one of the lights. They came out & investigated immediately. Replacing the broken sensor free of charge. I recommend and intend to use them for other custom lighting.

Purchased the big deal and were pleased with the service.

They said they would be able to get to me before work and they stood me up twice making me late for work.

Great service once they got here. But, had a few challenges with making it here on time. However, very pleased with the work performed. Would definitely use again.

They were supposed to be there at 9 am and I work an hour away from here. I stayed home this morning to help them get the work started. At 10:30 they called and said they were behind and I cannot take the time off of work to wait on them as they said they would not be here until 1 pm. And when I asked about rescheduling they told me it would be another week.

The provider was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

The work ended up being more than we expecting in cost. It wasn't their fault but some bad electrical from the previous owners. They were great to work with, showed up on time and were very polite.

I was promptly called the next day to schedule service. The dispatcher was extremely nice. Unfortunately my wife has changed her mind and we may ask for service at a later time.

Walls Electrical Service Inc provides good service. The technician that worked with us was really helpful. He was prompt and very reasonable. I would probably use them again in the future, and I do have some other projects on the to do list, so I may be enlisting Walls Electrical Service again soon.

They did a good job. They are worth the price, the work was easy, I thought it would take 2 hours to finish it but it only took 30 minutes and then they were gone.

Jim arrived at 9:15 and was gone by 3:30pm. Difficult work as all outlets had been painted in but not much mess. I was able to nip to local Home Depot to obtain a few specific black receptors and covers as they only had white ones. All round great work and would definitely use Walls again.

They came out for us to do the service. He arrived at the time that we scheduled, but he thought the work would take a shorter time than he estimated. There was a miscommunication with the work we wanted them to do and how long it would take; so they had to come back the next day. I wanted them to install a new ceiling light. The entire installation went well and he got the work done. I did have to pay additional costs and we expected that and they did let us know ahead of time.

Technician was on-time and worked quickly. He determined what the issue was with my existing outlet and replaced it with a new GFI outlet with enviro cover.

They came in after a remodel had been done. They had to make up for faulty work done by another provider. They looked at the work and they determined the wrong wiring was done. He did attempt to fix where the contractor put part of the cabinet over a switch. The guy from Walls was very good and he was very professional. I appreciated his honesty as we walked around the house and looked at other issues and his knowledge went well above the electrical side of the work. I would definitely use Walls again. They were very good and they came within two days of my call. They even waited at my home while I was on my way from another appointment. The scheduler for the day of the appointment was very pleasant and she tried to communicate the most convenient time for the work to be done. He was incredible and I would not hesitate to hire them. They did come a second time after this service as well.

They did an excellent job. It went well. I would say that whoever they sent out was very experienced and nice. He seemed like he really knew what he was doing. I would recommend them. I used the second time and I found that they were a little bit pretty expensive. I wouldn't give them such a high rating on price but they definitely did everything. They're definitely good workers. The person that they sent out was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly.

They were on time, nice, efficient, cleaned up afterwards, work was completed in a short time and works great. Only catch was on the price... I had bought a "$200 for $99" angie's list deal and the end price was about what I expected to pay before the "deal." Other than that, it was perfect.
